Somewhat like Dissidia. You can buy and equip weapons, armors, accessories and abilities. The difference is that there is only one slot for the armor. Battles can have 2-4 characters in a field in different arrangements: 1v1v1v1, 2v2, 1v3 and 3v1. You can customize the stats and skills of characters in aspects like Max HP, Max TP, Defense, Magic Attack. Overlimit duration, TP cost of skills, Base skill damage, etc. Multiple story scenarios: 2 story each for the 4 different countries and 1 special story. I haven't tried the online battles. There are no summons though. The game uses an enhanced Linear Motion Battle system so you can just go left or right but if there are platforms, you can go up or down. Levels of characters can't be easily distinguished. A character levels by collecting GP that is received after a battle. However, if one doesn't use the GP, the enemy would have a hard time knowing if his enemy could use his Hi-Ougi or not. You can pick up items, while in battle, that you can use during battles. There is also a challenge area. Somewhat like short battles that you would have to finish given a specific condition. Another part of this game is a mini-game called Tales of Wall Breaker, a simplified 2s 1v1 battle game where the player must hit the opponent into the wall until the wall breaks. I hope this helps so you can imagine the game.

That battle system sounds like it would be interesting. True Tales style right there. As far as characters and the stories in the main story mode, I'm interested to see how Luke and Asch from abyss relate. I read about how Asch is a Knight and Luke a spoiled prince forced into the competition to pass a test for the family and throne. It's something I need to look into for sure. I'd like to watch the Tethe'Alla Chapters of Tales of Symphonia but I'm a bit apprehensive since I haven't played Symphonia. I am trying to read the manga though. I did love the omake episodes though. I didn't know Kratos could do comedy.

Tethe'alla Chapters of Tales of Symphonia are pretty good, at least the one that came out, no sign of the second episode yet :( left a heck of a cliffhanger though.

I really liked the first Tethe'alla chapter. Lloyd's monologue and Zelos' past scenes really stuck out to me. Could you guys imagine what the Kratos Vs. Lloyd duel will look animated? @ Flyheit: And Yes, I want to see The First Strike as well >.<

Ok, what the hell man. There isn't a Tales of Graces release date for NA, and I doubt we're getting it. We better get that sh-t right there. THEY OWE US because they didn't give us ToVPS3, or Graces (as of yet). If we don't get that, I will never buy a Bamco game (intentionally) again.

looks pretty decent and the voices sounds right although we haven't heard all the main ones :D @Shuy yes i know but +_+ it is worth the wait after all this time @Ugo I wonder what we will get when reserve it like the other tales game Art Book, Soundtrack, etc
