gym As soon as Meitou and Kotaro and some of the 4th year students were about to leave. Some of the SC members made it to the gym. "Ah, crap looks like we have to stay after all, man this bites." meitou said with a drag in his voice. "Man why are they so late anyway?" one of the classmates said. "Who knows, just get back in line." one of the teachers said. "man this blows" meitou said to hisself. "What time is it anyway?" Shima turned to Saiki, "Hai demo don't worry" She said as she walked inside the gym. She walked over towards the 4th years and looked at Meitou, "The time is 10:00 AM" She gave a kind smile, "And is there a problem with being here, because..." Then she preteneded she was crying, "Because this really means a lot to me...." A lot of the student turned their heads towards their president crying and then looked over at Meitou and Kotaro. Tetsuya went ahead of the others and saw Sayuri.He was about to approach her bu a 4th year student suddenly said "Ah, crap looks like we have to stay after all, man this bites" and asked the president the time. After Sayuri answered him she started to cry. "speak of the devil..."kotaro mumbled This was too much for Tetsuya and he said as he walked forward to the student "Hey what the hell is your problem?Just because your a 4th year student and the president is a year lower than you,that doesnt mean you can do that to her!" Tetsuya went a little closer saying "Or did you think bullying the president would make you 'cooler'?Tch..I hate people like you.Do you think you own the school?Yeah sure I admit we were late.But that doesnt give you the right to say that." Now everybodies eyes were upon the two fourth year students. "please spare me the lecture... " kotaro replied sarcastically "no one is bullying the president,just because you guys are the student council doesnt mean you can make the student body wait for you whats wrong with voicing out our opinions? besides you guys are even the ones at fault here and should apologize" he added minoru saw the comotion and intervened " enough, enough...the good thing is that we can finally start this ceremony" minoru said smiling "lets go to the backstage ms president" minoru said as he walked to the backstage the ceremony started and the principal gave a brief speech and introduced the school rules etc "and now id like to introduce 3 new members of the faculty...Mr. Minoru Sakaguchi the 4th year homeroom..." "Mr Kyouya DelaCroix the first year class adviser and Shiroi Fugiwara the new english teacher" the principal said the three teachers went on stage and introduced themselves... then its the introduction of the student council began "and finally at the start of the new year, id like to introduce the newly elected members of the student council" the principal said "please step forwaed and introduce yourselves" the principal said as he looked at shima |

Shima whispered a "Thank you" to Tetsuya. She walked up there and bowed up in front of everyone. "I'm sorry for the delay we're looking for everyone, but now that I think about it..." She paused for a while, "The Vice-President is still not here, so... I guess we have to wait for sempai to come here still." She gave a sheeply smile but then the whole gym started to yell, "WTH!! WHAT DO YOU MEAN WE HAVE TO WAIT NOW?!" Shime gazed upon them she closed her and eyes and then in her right plam appeard a dark orb. She opened her eyes and they glowed a dark red. "Unless you want to die, I suggest you shut up and sit back down" She said. |

-Close to the Gym- Yuan walked silently, his eyes looking at the ground often, trying to avoid eye contact with people. "...I have a feeling that this school will be ..interesting.. to say the least.." Yuan thought in his head. "... I... believe we are.. close to the.. Gym?" Yuan said nervously, breaking the silence among the group. "...And hopefully, no one has to see my powers at night.." Yuan thought, his eyes looking down at the ground as he thought about it. "If they ever do find out about that hideous.. form.., I'll let it slide.. I guess." Yuan whispered to himself, a weak smile appearing on his face. |

[Gym] Kenji was smiling all the way to the Gym and he didnt say anything else. When they had reached the Gym everybody was angry and saw that the President was holding a Dark Orb "None of that Sayuri-san." Kenji said as he Approached the stage and put her hand down. "Now whats this all about?" he asked his brother. "Dude..Your the only one missing from the student council.And I gotta tell you about this guy...Maybe later." Tetsuya said to his brother. "Hmm..Well.." Kenji said as he faced the student body and bowed low He then said "I apologize for the Tardiness of the Student Council.I know Im the one at fault for holding them back in this event." |

'ok enough enough" the principal said "lets just end this cumbersome event shall we" kotaro mumbled "ok now that the SC members are complete...introduce yourselves to the whole student body...president shima.." the principal said gesturing the SC president to come up on stage for the intorductory rights |

{Gym} As Shima's eyes were red and she held the black orb Saiki thought to herself, "Thats Shima~chan for you. Always serious and wants the students to behave." Kenji then entered the gym and apologized to everyone. The introductory rights began to start. Saiki looked at all the students in the gym. The gym was full of first years to fourth years. Many students laid their eyes on Shima. "Never noticed how many students attended Jinguuji Academy. Shima~chan was the right one for this job. I do not think anyone can say speeches infront of this many students without getting nervous."  |

~Gym~ Rain watched as Shima started to give her speech. A smirk crossed his face. "Let's have a little fun, shall we? Liven this boring assembly up a bit." He concentrated on the air above Shima and formed a cloud. With a chuckle, he started pouring rain on the Studen Council President. |

She walked inside the ring of fire. And when she appeard again there wasn't a scratch on her. She raised her right arm, "Die" |

"I wonder if this is a normal day for the students here.." Yuan said in his head, hoping that there will be no casualties if a battle would ensue. "It's.. kind of.. bad enough we are behind schedule.." Yuan whispered to himself, sighing heavily. |

He started slowly walking toward her, his eyes glowing a deep blue. "Besides, you and I both know two things. One, you aren't actually gonna shoot me with that little light ball of yours. And two, you couldn't kill me if you tried while I was asleep. Besides, you forget that I still have that little cloud above you. I don't even need to hesitate before raining acid down on you and melting you right here." |

[Gym] Rain and Sayuri were closing in on one another when Kenji stepped in the middle with two glass swords in each hand saying "We'll have none of this during this time." "Tetsuya,Please get Sayuri out of here." Kenji said to his brother "Uhh..Right.." Tetsuya said as he pulled Sayuri out of the Gym and Tetsuya whisper to Sayuri "Lets get out of here.Kenjid already at his limits.This is the first time in three years he smiled like that." "As for you Mr.Rain." Kenji faced Rain with a smile "If you wanted to fight so badly...Please try me." Kyouya walked towards Kenji saying "Kenji.Keep your temper this time.I dont want to clean up dead bodies again." "Kyouya please.Shut up for one minute." Kenji said as he smiled at his older brother |

~Gym~ Haruki who was standing just slightly behind Rain had a smirk of amusement plastered on her face. 'A fight already? I think I might really enjoy this school year,' she thought. Haruki grabbed a chair and set it further behind Rain and sat down, deciding to watch the "show".  |

-Gym- Yuan stood there, fear impaling his heart, remembering that day when his father died. "..I don't.. want to.. see anyone.. die again.." Yuan said to himself, looking at the ground. "..But what... can I do?" Yuan thought, his fists tightening. ".. I guess the best thing to do is.. watch from the sidelines.." Yuan said, sighing, not wanting to test his power's limitations as it could cost his life. Yuan walked towards a pillar in the gym, hiding from sight while peeking carefully at Kenji and Rain, not wanting to get involved in the battle that was about to take place. |

~Gym~ Sain: you know...this is starting to get interesting can have a chance to see what "power" they use and...it's best 4 all of us to stay at a certain distance... *thinking*(if situation comes to worst like if they somehow use there most powerful spell I'm gonna have no choice but to counter that with my magic... dang I can only use this, one time a day cus this consumes most of my energy. hey...It's that guy, the one who was in the room with me when I came here and that girl I'm guessing that she's one of the Top students here...and for the rest I gotta remember who is who if I"m gonna know who I'm talking to) *sees a student trying to hide and another who is sitting on the chair* (maybe I'll ask one of them)*talks to the one who is sitting down* Sain: um...excuse me who are the rest of the students besides the ones that are about to fight?

She then walked towards it. The students created a path for which they wished to stay distant from Saiki whose eyes were glowing dark red.Saiki stepped into the dome. Many students tried to follow her, but only Saiki is able to enter. Once Saiki entered, she lifted the floor between Kenji and Rain which acted like a wall between them. "You two, stop making a ruckus, especially at the beginning of the year. If you wish to fight, take it somewhere private or atleast let me make a dark dome around you so there will be no witnesses. I won't stop you from fighting, just don't cause any trouble." Saiki said with her eyes still glowing dark red. Saiki dropped the wall back into the floor. She then lifted the floor around the dome which levitated in the middle of the gym. The students stared in awe and wondered what was happening inside the dome. |
