[Tori puts the gun in her belt loop. Grass gets up, dusts himself off, and leads everybody farther in the hotel, away from the windows and the blistering heat.] Grass: Alright. Now that we've got everything sussed out, can we start talking like civilized people? [Everyone else has a faraway look in their eyes. A giant sweatdrop appears on Grass's head] Grass: Uh...right. Well. *To Receptionist Guy* I'd like to talk to the owner of the island. Your guide...er...bellboy told me he lives in this hotel. Receptionist Guy: You mean Mr. Kutchero? Yes, he lives here. I think he's still in the building. Would you like me to ring him and tell him you'd like a word? Grass: Yes, please. I need to talk to him about my job status. Receptionist Guy: Very well, Sir. By the way, do you know that you have a rather large drop of water sticking on the side of your head? Grass: *sweatdrop* Wha...? Receptionist Guy: Why, fancy that! It just got bigger. [Grass is confused. The sweatdrop disappears and is replaced by question marks above his head] Receptionist Guy: Oh, nevermind, Sir. It just turned to question marks floating above your head. *hums and goes off to call Kutchero* Grass: ....huh?

Whats been going on here??? 0.o *glance at watch* OMG im late!!! *turns on the TV and go inside* *ahem* Good afternoon to everyone^^ Now for our weather report... The blazing heat that has been frying our island is finally gone!!! YAY!!! Its sunny outside with the temperature of 80 degrees F which is about 26.66 degrees Celsius. Thats all for today folks. [Tori walks up to Grass, and reaches for the space just above his head. Tori: eh~ there... ^^ [He hears a faint *pop* and sees that she now holds a big question mark, which she somehow stuffs in her pocket. Suddenly, he doesn't feel so confused. Grass: Oh...er, thanks. [Tori goes over to a counter and leans over to talk to somebody Grass can't see. Suddenly, very odd-looking girl jumps out of the shadows behind Tori.] Rabbit: BOO!!! [Not seeing (or caring) that Tori draws and aims the gun at her in surprise, Rabbit starts chattering away. She looks at watch, and suddenly jumps into a nearby TV. Everybody stares at the screen in shock.] Grass: That...girl just jumped...into a TV. *pokes TV* It looks solid enough...it...WHOA! *Arm slips into TV* [In Rabbit's broadcasting studio, an arm is flopping wildly behind her] Grass: Akh! *Pulls arm out with Tori's help* Why do I have the feeling I made a mistake coming here...*hears Rabbit's broadcast* Ah, at least the weather's better now. So, um...introductions, anyone?

Ryoko: Thank you. *starts walking toward room 15 and heads inside* Ryoko: This room looks tidy and clean. *sits back on the chair and turns on the TV* Ryoko: I wonder what's on. *ponders* *switches the channel around and stumbles upon the weather channel* Ryoko: Sweet~! It isn't burning outside anymore. |
