Yay, another happy person! I'm happy today because I cleaned up the huge mess I made when I tried to use the blender before my boyfriend came downstairs, so he never knew that I did yet another klutzy thing! I'm also happy because I made yummy frozen coffee and didn't break the blender! *giggles* Things are...different between my parents and I, so there is no hope of that! I shall just have to enslave the children next door, bwa-ha-ha!  |

Now I'm happy because my nails turned out really well! I painted each nail a different color: black, orange, green, purple, and dark pink, with sparklies on the top! Vie: Your poor new slave brother! I want a slave! |

I'm happy because I'm painting my nails for Halloween today! Vie: Congrats on your younger brother! *giggles* So, the men hope some of the cuteness will rub off on them? It's totally not working! It makes them look more scary by contrast! My boyfriend likes to scare me by going in there and being obnoxious. So scary! |

Today I'm happy because I did all of the housework yesterday, and everything is all sparkly clean, and I can just relax with my boyfriend all day! Vie: I'm sure you are not scary-looking! You sound really cute. Someone with a cute personality can't possibly be scary-looking! Scary-looking people have mean personalities, like the scary man at the cute shop. Why does a scary-looking man work at a cute shop?! And why does he have his scary-looking friends hang out with him there?! They all stare at me when I walk in the door, and I want to cry, and I always buy something because I'm afraid they'll yell at me if I don't! |

Yay for people who choose to be happy! Others may call us naive optimists, but we just smile back at them and giggle, and then grab their hands and make them dance with us! Why no costume? I speficially made my party a costume party, but nothing scary or gross! |

I think this is a great thread, because it's good to think about things that make you happy, rather than focus on what makes you sad! I get to wear two costumes, because I'm handing out candy to trick-or-treaters, and then hostessing a Halloween party! What about you? Maybe I'll post a Halloween thread. |

yay!
