Oh sweet! I heard about these sites where you can customize your Mac! But wow, I just did a quick 'all-black' on the Macbook, it'd cost 500+ and I wouldn't have my Macbook for about 2-3 weeks. :O Also to buy a new one entirely, it'd cost almost as much as the 17" MBP. But damn, it looks so sexy... XD

well this is my first post and i don't have anything to share, but i'm in need of some neliel and yoruichi wallpapers for a project i'm currently working on. so i was wondering if anyone had some to share and thought this would be the best place to ask. anyways thanx just for reading

Here's my new set up for May. I didn't make the wallpaper for it, although I did modify it a bit from it's original (I added the text on it and I got rid of some things I didn't like on the original). Still can't figure out a way to change the iTunes icon, but at least with this set up the icon doesn't stand out as much. XD  |

Have you tried changing the shortcut itunes? Maybe try this. I used to know how to change any icon on Windows (at least XP) long ago. You try an alternative apps or possibly the original exe file.

@ DA- Changing the shortcut icon works fine, but iTunes will only open with the .exe now after one of the updates for it (And the icon for the .exe can't be changed easily through the properties). The only program I've found that will change icons like that is CandyBar, like you posted, but that doesn't work with Windows. The other ones that I've found for changing icons are for icon creating, and not for changing the icon of a program. >.> |

Hmm, you can try this or maybe this. Friggin' Steve Jobs always has to make s#it complicated. I'm not a fan of their iTunes updates but I've gotten used to 10 now. Plus my icon if you saw previously is pretty much the same and matches my dock well. The one source says you can change it to the previous iTunes icon, but not sure about a new icon, but I'm sure if you replace that original file, you can replace it with any icon. I know it's possible, although much more of a hassle on Windows it seems. Too bad.

@ DA- It's alright. Changing the icon is just too much trouble than it's worth. To make things match more (Or maybe match less? I don't know XD) with my new set up, I just changed all of my programs back to their default icons, except for the folders on my desktop and the Windows Explorer icon on the taskbar (So that one can match the folders). Well, here's my new June set up. Like I said before to DA, I changed the icons of my programs back to their defaults except for the folders on the desktop and the icon for Windows Explorer. |

Here's my wallpaper for June! Makes me realize I really love Linux. My desktop is almost empty. It's a looks almost like OSX though but meh. Still, it's kinda hard to survive without iTunes.... |

@DA Yea, icons on the dock are those softwares I use frequently use (and organized them according to what kind they are eg, web browser, media, office etc etc) Also, there's no iTunes support on Linux and VMWare lags when I use it on this PC to boot with Win7. My PC is about 5 years old fyi (at max specs), though it works like new with Linux but it lags to a crawl on Win7. Probably will like to try a Hackintosh on VMWare. Really need iTunes to sync my iPod touch (syncing in with my notebook currently) What sucks is that Apple knows that many of us Linux users would love to have iTunes on it but they refuse to make one T^T |

Yeah that sucks, and yeah typical Apple. :( I think they have a rival/hate against Linux? And I think iOS5 came out although I haven't checked/updated yet.

haven't post in here for ages...XD you guys sure have nice wallpapers.  current desk, blue! new xp theme, i mean, like finally +_+ i think i cleaned my desk enough. i don't like it without icons XD now that i think about it, even my netbook's theme is blue-ish...oh my.  |

gah drrr!! =D i like the blue-ness >_> I technically have 4 pictures on slideshow (1 min per) and the icons + task bar are hidden >_> thus this is what my desktop looks like ('cept a bit slower) XD  btw toyumi, is this rahzel? if so where did you get the pic? =o

@ Ocean- Yeah, that's Rahzel. I'm pretty sure I got the original image from Minitokyo, although I edited it a bit because there were some parts of it that I didn't like, plus I wanted to add the text there and I had to make it quite a bit longer. |
