[NYC, East Broadway, Near Seaward Park][February 10th, 2010, 01:00 AM] When he's about to entered seaward park, he saw 3 people were standing in the park. "Chih, looks like I'm late.", He said full of disappointment. "Oh well, I guess I can always challenge the winner.", He said with confident tone and a grin. Then he took a look around and saw another person (Kail) was standing behind a large tree. "That appearance, he's a protector too.", He then took a real quick glance at that person. "A woman?", he said, judging the person's gender by appearance. He watched closely and a little bit surprised when the tree that the person he saw used to hide began to freeze. He slowly walked toward the person and patted 'her' back. "What are you doing here? Aren't you going after that card too?", He said toward that person with a serious look. |

The is person already got that card. but she keeps trying to hurt me with those knives of hers...!" Sakuya Glanced at the guy who barged in earlier. She noticed that he was there in the strange dream she had. So he's another player in this game, that's what Sakuya thought to herself. Again, Sakuya tossed another of her light knife but this time it's directed at that girl's (Alessa's split personality) side pocket. A Slight glow was visible from it as the knife slashed her side pocket. "Please don't forget that I was there when you put the card inside, although you didnt see me. If you don't want to fight, you might as well as give the card up and I won't harm you any further." Sakuya's tone slightly warmed as she sighed, as she's against of harming others. However she doesnt have any choice at this point, not to mention that there's another person showing up. She glared the guy who just come (Grey) With a very threatening look as if telling him not to butt in to this matter. "However.. if you're trying to do something funny like that again" Speaking that with a rather cold tones again, she pointed the rest of the knifes she just materialized at the girl (Alessa's Split Personality) "I'll kill you." an ice crack can definitely be heard from her bone chilling statement. Or-...?) Alessa: (She's not going to let us run away.) ??? Took another step backwards. Alessa: (Sis... I think I get it now. Let me-) After a moment, ??? stood perfectly still, and tilted her head down, her long black hair suddenly faded to white. She looked straight at Sakuya, and stood with her knife ready. She spoke once gain in a pseudo British accent. Alessa: "Alright then. This is one on one. Lets go Miss Izayoi." ???: (Huh? Wha!? Why cant I control my body anymore!?) When ???'s spirit weakened, Alessa managed to move in and take control again. Alessa wanted to have a fair match herself. And as manipulative ??? was, she didnt like how it sounded when Sakuya said she was going to kill her. Alessa: (Look at the concrete, and think 'Shatter'.... Whenever I think 'shatter' make it shatter. Think, and analyze the opponent.) ???: (-Fine.) All around alessa, portions of the pavement began to crack apart. Then, small bits of the concrete started to levitate, and hover around Alessa. ???: (She's our opponent, Sakuya Izayoi. Fights with special throwing knives, I think her element may be luminosity or... Light? Ranged fighter. Accurate. I-intent to kill...) Alessa didnt look scared anoymore. She felt as if her only family was being threatened. Alessa: "I want to kill me, then- Alessa started to walk forward. As if following her, The many pebbles of concrete already in the air started to daintily hover towards Sakuya. Alessa: "I'm gonna... rip you apart." The concrete pebbles seemed to stop for a moment, and then spontaneously rushed forward and flew wildly at Sakuya like a barrage.   |

Well...let's try it then...I'll shoot myself upwards..." -but before she could react Krys appeared- Krys: I guess it cannot be helped this time... -the flames around him burned tremendously, however he does not want to fight, the flames begun to neutralize and turn to be more stable- Krys: I wished not to fight, I shall pass the opportunity this time... Alessa. "Huh? Alessa?" Sakuya blinked, as if not believing herself that the one she fought all along was Alessa. All of her killing intent disappear in that instant as she realized that it was Alessa. "But.. but, why? Why are you in this?" Again sakuya blinked, as the familiar figure before her stood still as if analyzing her. At this time, Sakuya regretted that death threat she did a while back. "I'm gonna... rip you apart." The concrete pebbles seemed to stop for a moment, and then spontaneously rushed forward and flew wildly at Sakuya like a barrage. Using her reflexes she obtained during her circus performance, she rolled sideways out of harm way. However as more pebbles headed towards her, the stranger (Grey) saved her. "I Can't do this... I Can't fight against you, Alessa." Sakuya muttered thank you at Grey as he just saved her earlier, However she just stood there with all her knifes has been dematerialized. Well, Sakuya won't attack her anymore, but if Alessa attack first? What will she do? As she's deep thinking, The stranger (Grey) Mentioned about another guy hiding behind a large tree. |

[UN HQ, Outside | 12:40AM) Before Gehenna could do anything, Krys appeared and said, "I guess it cannot be helped this time." Krys then called up flames which surrounds her but Gehenna's reaction was judged as unwilling to fight. The flames stabilized. "I wished not to fight, I shall pass the opportunity this time... I am not sure if you would agree this, if you found that card that is yours... I am not in the mood to fight tonight" "Jeez...I almost thought I'd become fodder for the crows. Well, thanks for giving me a chance!" Gehenna said, as her habit kicked it; pushing her glasses up, only to remember she's not wearing any. Looks like despite having her gender changed, Gehenna, or rather, Zess still keeps his old habits. "Well, gotta run. Have a card to find!" She then places her shield on the ground and gets on it. "Guns and Roses!" is what she hollered softly. The shield starts to shoot upwards along with Gehenna. Soon, she reached the 40th story, the roof top. She jumped off the shield and hid behind a wall. Suddenly someone had patted her back, he jolted and turned around to see a guy with golden hair and eyes. He looked really familiar to him. ???: "What are you doing here? Aren't you going after that card too?" (Graham) Kail: "I d-do but the situation is complicated enough as it is..." He tried to move back, or move away from the unknown person. As he looked to be in his protector form, another player. Kail: "I wanted to wait till it was over before I make my move..." Suddenly she heard someone spoke from the other area. ???: " i mean come on even an idiot know that you're hiding on a frozen tree" (Grey) Now that man mentions it his grip on the tree was a little too firm. It could been the affect of his powers not bing stable, seeing how his emotions take over. Seeing people fight so much just reminded him of his parents. Maybe sooner or later he would have to join the fight. It could get messy. Kail: "Guess am found out... how careless..." He looked at the other guy (Graham). Pram [Central Park][12:35 AM] The White haired girl (Nadia): "I believe that you have something to do with plants. Trust me on that one. And now, about the getting back to our normal selves... I don't know. Maybe if we just willed ourselves to transform back, it might work? It can't be that we transform back when we get a card, or else I would have been back to normal by now." Pram: wow, hear idea somehow makes sense in my head. but plants? how could she knows that? I dont even know about that. Pram stops scratching his head. Pram:" wow thanks,i think i should try how to convert myself back to normal later. and.." Pram stops a while, he accidentally saw some rose petals on his right hand as the result of his earlier action. Pram: "oh yeah. i think you are right, it seems that i'm dealing with plantation." Pram: so that's the meaning of the living said by that tree The White haired girl turned to the guy who float in the air and the boy who stays in the shadows, and called them. then she turned at Pram and the samurai-like man. The White haired girl (Nadia): "Well, we are forming a small group here, aren't we?" Pram: "I dont think I can refuse such alliance offer." Shortly after Pram said that, the other boy (Strauss) approaches them and greets them. The boy (Strauss): "I see, well congratulations. I could always try to find other cards beside this one. Judging by the time, all four of the cards that were mention might have already been taken by now, no point in heading for the other locations." That boy suddenly look around and stares at the sky for a moment. then turn to Pram, the white haired girl and the samurai-like man. Cielo (Strauss): " I guess I should introduce myself. . .the name is Cielo. By the way if you want to know, Cielo means sky in Italian." He grins at Pram and the others, especially the white haired girl.he hold out his hand to shake theirs. Pram smiles as he heard such a strange name said by the person. But he dont really care about that and quickly shakes Cielo's hands. Pram: "name's Pram. maybe someday we'll be rivals, but for the moment, nice to meet you." Pram ends the shake and talk again. Pram: " well, i dont think the other cards have been taken, because we dont know wheter other candidates are fighting for it or making a small group like us. besides that...." The white haired girl: "What???" The White haired girl suddenly exclaimed. The White haired girl: "What's happening to my card???" Pram quickly approaches the white haired girl and check her card. He realizes that the card is quickly disapearing. Pram didn't answer straightly, he think while he still staring at the fading card. Pram draw his breath and started to talk based on his hypothesis. Pram: "based on what the old man said and what's happening here. maybe this is the way those cards recognizes the one who retrieve it. It's like making some kind of contract with your soul. Therefore it wont appeared physically and that's maybe the reason why we cant retriev cards from a person if we kill them. And maybe the only way to cancel the contract of the cards with your soul is being beaten in protector form. where at that time the cards will release its bond with your soul and creates a new contract with the one who just beat you up. Pram stops a while and scratches his head. Pram: "well, that's just hypothesis, i don't know about the real fact yet, though."  |

"Dang...security cameras!" -then Krys appeared again using the heated wind to lift himself- Krys: Reminder... technically and logically we cannot be seen by humans and their technology, but it seems that you need to be sure -Kyrs's flames were slightly enraged but did not cause any aggressive behavior, then, they could fell the air was warm and somehow it caused some reaction in the air- Krys: Here a logical creation of illusion -the Protector reached his arms, the air spiraled around the area, it caused the security cameras to fail in their detection, it caused no damage to the cameras, it the view of the cameras it looked just like noting weird is going on- Krys: If you dont mind can I accompany you? Well at least we could know each other as a person not as an enemy. do not worry I have one word, everything that that I say is true and no back stabbing effect --> |

[UN HQ, Outside | 12:45AM] Tor arrived when he saw someone go up the tower outside. "Whoa!! She went up to the 40th floor!! Ahh!! I need to go up there and follow her." He rushed to the UN HQ and tries one of his abilities. "Ok so...what should I do..." Tor heard a voice in his mind to use a move called "Static Charge." Voice: "Use this power and decide on enhancing the muscles and skin. You need to climb the wall immediately to go after her." "I might as well follow you, it seems you know better than I do." Tor used Static Charge. It made his skin statically charge in order to attract or stick to the wall. He, then started climbing the wall as fast has his abilities go. "I would have liked to go inside the UN HQ to use the elevator but I don't want to be suspected as a trespasser...but what I'm currently doing now is trespassing..." He sighed as he reached the 20th floor.

[UN HQ, Rooftop | 12:45AM) "Sure, do whatever you like," was her reply when Krys asked. But thanks to him, she could proceed without any problem. The door on the rooftop is unlocked, which is good news. They could enter without any problems. Gehenna could feel the card getting stronger. Her hunch was right, it is in the building. But she can't determine its level, but she know it's close. She estimated it to be at the 30th level, more or less. "Hmm...this is going to be hard. Searching every level will take too much time..." she whispered. "Is there a computer somewhere..." Her prayers were answered. She found a computer nearby. She plugged in a USB drive and switched it on. It loads on to the OS from the USB flash drive and she whistled, "Gotta love Linux." She then starts up the terminal, typed in some IPs and ran a few daemons. The screen was filled up with multiple windows. It's the CCTV from every level and room. She clicked her tongue and types a few more commands and some windows closed. "Guess this is the best I could do...the screen is too small. But there's still so many windows up...no matter," she whispered. She looks around the windows. She used 4 virtual screens to manage what go where. But after a while, she sighs and switched off the computer. "I can't find it...looks like we have to search manually." She takes a look at Krys and said,"Well, I'm searching the whole place. You can do whatever you like. It seems like the card is in a place where cameras can't detect..." |

It seems like the card is in a place where cameras can't detect..." Krys: I understand... Judging your power, you can utilize the power of metal, a very unique and impressive ability... Alright I shall search on the lower levels, however I must warn you... be careful and be on your guard the other protectors may ambush you and may end your life... -the Russian left the Protector and moved on the floor below him, according to the size comparison, Krys's Protector form somehow stands taller than her about a few inches. Krys could feel that card that was getting stronger and stronger, that means it maybe located on the lower floors- Krys: I could sense the card, however I can also sense another protector... This night would not end that very easy... --> |

Alessa: (Probably not the shining example of situational awareness) That Newcomer (Grey): "and also if you want to kill each other dont do it in here, it is already occupied in here..." Alessa was about to send a second attack, but then noticed Sakuya''s light knives had dissapeared. SHe also didnt seem nearly as determined to fight as she was just a moment ago. Sakuya: "I Can't do this... I Can't fight against you, Alessa." ALessa: "H-huh?" The pebbles she was about to send forward dropped. WIthout any threat, Alessa didnt have a reason to fight. She was also a little confused. Alessa: "Miss, Izayoi...?" Before she could say anything else, the newcomer pointed out the freezing tree nearby. That Newcomer (Grey) :" i mean come on even an idiot know that you're hiding on a frozen tree" ???: (He seems to be having fun... thinking he's so observant.) Instantly, Alessa put up her hand and faced it towards the freezing tree, and she thought to herself... Alessa: (Shatter!) The frozen tree ripped in half, revealing the man and another person whom where once hidden behind it. |

Sakuya chuckled to herself, somehow amused to the fact that she recognized her eventhough she looked different. Sakuya's ordinary self has returned as she grinned at Alessa. "I've decided as well." Still grinning ear to ear, she slowly walked towards alessa. "I'll fight with you together in this game, How does that sound?" Sakuya put her hand in front of her, as she's waiting for Alessa to shake her hand. "B-b-but I Won't say sorry to what I did just now. I mean, who was that person earlier who provoked me earlier? She's so similar yet different to you, Alessa." Sakuya turned her head away as she's stating that she won't ask for her apologize, however quickly returning to her normal self once she asked who that person who provoked her earlier. |

Kotaro Kiryu [ NYC || Central Park || 12.36AM ] As he watching from above, its seem they were in conversation instead of fight. Few minute later, Celeste, a girl who noticed Kotaro's existence from above. Later, he was called by her, and other person too. His name was Cielo. Since 3 person gathered below, he decided to come to the ground. As he went down, he heard and a guy called Pram introduce himself and making the hypothesis. [UN Tower | 12:47] "I'm at my limit!! wai...why's my ability declining in power? I don't generate electricity from within?" Tor realizes this when he's about to go to the rooftop of the tower. The voice in his mind answered him. Voice: "You need to have an electronic device to get some of the electricity. Even if you generate electricity, the body uses them for involuntary use. "I guess, I need to have a device that gets some juice to help me power-up huh...where did I get these power then?" Tor grabbed his cellphone while sticking to a wall. "Ahh...I took the power from my phone...I guess I need to get up there before my cellphone runs out of power." Tor climb as fast as he could and reached the rooftop. There, he spots 1-2 figures ahead.

OOC @ Inx- You will still be in the game if you don't get a card. You can only be eliminated by one of the ways listed in the first post. @ ALL- finally, i have a system created for battling with an arena. First, one of the people willing to battle must have one card (so the card can turn into an arena. the one card can be used as an arena more than once). The arena battle must be fair (like one on one, or two on two). You can leave the battle early and call it a draw instead of fighting to the end. You are teleported to the arena (located in Dreamworld) when the fight will commence, and once it ends you are teleported back to the EXACT location that you were teleported from (this is the only use of teleporting in this rp!). i will also post this on the first post as well. also, let's try to be on the same page with time please! (there's so many times in different locations right now!) so it will be about one o'clock in the AM right now for ALL locations. okay? (i only need to do this to get the time corrected. these times are varying by a lot at the moment!) "And this alliance offer you had earlier," She said to him, "Not a bad idea! I kind of like it actually. As for the card collecting, we take what we can get, but we won't battle over it. That way, there's less of a chance to lose our powers. Also, we can join up if we have to battle another group. And if two or more members of this alliance are present with a card nearby, we could let the person with the lowest amount of cards take that one. What do you think?" Nadia smiled at the group of four men around her. Even if she only got two to join this small alliance, that would be a big advantage.  |

[Central Park, Feb. 10th, 1 AM] Fenris was quiet while the others spoke about their options, he was observing the others noting about their ways of moving, speaking and the little unvoluntary movements they did, this had been a hobby of his since childhood and it had made him able to remember most of the people he had converstions with. And now he was quite certain he had recognised the girl who called herself Celeste. It only had been few hours so their encounter was still a recent memory. There was still an odd wind blowing, but now he was quite sure of the reason. Fenris smiled as he looked at the stars, well what little could be seen. Fenris: Truly a Black Wind... He looked at the people around him. Fenris: Well, as the matter of alliance... I'm in. But I think we should meet somewhere later today as it is getting kinda late. How about here? At midday? And if you are not interested, don't show up?   |
