Well, tetsu does back up vocals, and sometimes Ken jumps at times, too. 'My Heart Draws a Dream' is a good example with both Ken and tetsu helping HYDE out. On another song they did with the same type of [live] performance, they sung 'My Heart Draws a Dream.' The part where Ken (and I think tetsu, too) sing "Yume wo egaku yo", Ken was late to put his mouth towards the mic, so the words were sung yet he reacted late. I'll try to find the video tomorrow, to show you. They already sung this live in Korea already. Concert. ^_^

Minna San, I saw in AWAKE concert near ending part, one by one of Laruku personnels sing a song. Hyde took over and played drums when Yukihiro was singing ! It's sooo coool!! |

| Yukihiro can sing? I tought that he can't singing..hehe^^ so..how is his voice..kakkoo ii? About their new album..omg~ it only have a few songs~..in this day..most of japanese singer release only few songs..like Hamasaki Ayumi..only 2 songs..i wonder why? |

[@Kyo] I saw that a long time ago. Yukkie didn't really sing well. He's more of a metal/rocker type singer, cause I don't understand what he was saying even if it was in Japanese. XD At the same concert, they also sung "STAY AWAY" differently, too. First, Tetsu started singing HYDE's first verse, then Ken took over by singing the second HYDE verse. Then HYDE finished it all off. ^_^ Overall though, that wasn't one of their best concerts as his voice was kind of scratchy.

whOa!! laruku is really a great band! i loooove them and their songs!!! go larukuists out there! let's raise our banners!!! XD BTW, i love the songs Kasou and Fate...i think that they are "sister" songs coz they sound alike...anyways, ken-chan is soo great!! i like the way he "plays" with his guitar!!
i cannot protect you without a sword....
but i cann't embrace while holding a sword...

I love Tatsu & maybe Ken backup singing, its great because almost all their singles, we just hear Hydes vocal. BTW, 'My Heart Draws a Dream MV is awesome, especially the part where the kids lip sing.

Yeah, "Tetsu" and Ken are great. That video is pretty sweet, but it shows how old this band is getting. I mean HYDE will be 40 in about 3-4 years, yet he still sings great.

Wow, I didn't know Hyde is almost 40! He looks way younger. So L'Arc~en~ciel has been around for 15 years? I didn't realize they were around that long. |

Yes, they've been around for about a decade and a half! I'm curious to see how their KISS album does; that telling you their still together and are NOT disbanded. It'll be a while until we see another concert from them. You kind of miss the way they performed on stage, with HYDE running all over the place. Those were the good ol' days that you can never forget about this band. XD

I particularly liked Larc's Niji live performance during their Anniversary concert. Pretty dramatic hehe.  |

Some of my personal favorites were "Link", "Ready, Steady Go!!", "Lies and Truth", and "Driver's High." The Link performance was when they said stuff to the crowd and whatnot. tetsu threw a banana in the crowd, which in my opinion was VERY dangerous! O.o` (XD) Ken was mocking the announcer lady and Yuki was speaking so low. ;P HYDE did the dance from the "STAY AWAY" MV, which was pretty fun to watch. They also performed the song, too. ^_^ I also like how HYDE says "are you f***in' readay?" before they did "Ready, Steady Go!!" "Lies and Truth" is one of my favorites by them overall. A classic song from the 90's era. My favorite one overall was probably "Driver's High." Let alone it being one of their best songs (imo), they performed it perfectly. Especially HYDE when he says "kakedashite!" Most of the other live performances you see of this song, his voice either breaks slightly or entirely. At L'Anniversay, it was strong, powerful, and perfected! [edit] Yeah, they are old but still look like they're still in their 30s. If you've seen the "My Heart Draws a Dream" MV, you can see how old they're getting though. D:
