Im downloading Kanon-20 about 38Kb/sec.. well its kinda slow than before..yeah, i had download before..its Kanon- 19 but there were faster than this.. edit:- 30 minutes after..still downloading and 1 hour to go ..32% at 31kb/sec.. Do I need to keep Log on while downloading? cause when Im out(If I'm keep idle for half an our) the download had stop and I had to Login back..is that it?  |

@TioJar, sheep already PMed me a similar question...anyways, i'll post what i told sheep. (roughly the same anyways) Browser:Firefox 2 OS: Ubuntu Linux 6.06 LTS -Dapper Drake Download Manager:have one, but not using it since it's against the rules. used the classic 'right click>save link as' method to download the file also, i noticed that the download seems to 'hang' from time to time. but after a while (like 10 minutes or so), it'll resume itself. sometimes, it will 'hang' for 30 minutes (I cancel the current download and redownload it again when that happens) another thing, when i directly click on the link, the file seem to save itself as filename.avi.bin. when i used 'right click>save link as', it doesn't have that problem. maybe this problem is on my end but i just want to verify if other users has this problem or not |

Galaxy Angel Rune 1 Galaxy Angel Rune 2 With only one download going I'm getting almost 300 KB/sec, but two at once only allows between 260 and 270. I do have a very fast internet [connection] where I'm staying over vacation so it's a little higher than what it would normally be. (I'm guessing 120 to 180 KB/sec) {{ I'm glad I don't use dial-up anymore >.< }} unnecessary edit: downloading off another site at the same drops it a further 40 KB/sec ( ^^; ) |

I was getting about 90kbs when it was by itself, which is typical for me. (I believe I have a 100-200kbs connection). (BTW hyphen-er, thx for showing me there was GA to be gotten. [Bad Eng. I know])

| Between 40-60KB, 30KB or lower at traffic time on a 1Mbit line. A suggestion would be change how the server referesh the link. It would be nice if it monitors user accounts, that way we can just add all the links we want and set the time to start download... just an idea |
