YAY!! I'm so happy I brought this thread back *does happy dance* (yes, I actually have a happy dance) Happy Birthday early to Neelam and ROQ. OH! Thanks so much ROQ for telling me congrats. @Roq Don't get your hopes to high,driving is incredibly boring...stop...go...turn....stop...go.... BTW,when do you start school,I started on the 10th. on a more thread appropiate note,I gots a 100 on a test,that being said,I aslo got 4/10 on homework...meh can't win em' all. |

Wow, you already started school? ...and you can drive? Go Fast/Furious on 'em! J/K I get the Driver's Class, but only for one quarter because they seperate the students prior to last names. I go to school next Monday, and of course relation to the thread, I kinda feel excited inside. I don't know why, but it's popping out here and there. Just hope I can manage quickly!

don't get too excited(i don't see how you can get excited about school),most of meh school day is taking notes....unless you like that kind of thing. When does you school year end? |

I can't decide but I heard we're getting a 40-day off Teacher Strike. I had one last year (when I was in 9th) but they could ONLY take 6 days off. They would discuss this in the library in the morning I think since I saw a lot of teachers around each other. We would walk by in the morning (after getting off our busses and exiting the auditorium to just relax and talk to everybody), and see 'em talking to each other. I wanted to see a fight but...ehh... =.= Anyways, if we do get the 40-day strike, which I will remind people of when school comes around (hehe), then I don't know. I doubt they can add 40 days of school onto our summer, since there's a law. Like they took 6 days off for us last year, so it must be a similar situation for 'em this year. I saw the elementary teachers (only a few) outside one day in class, picketing (with signs) near the outside sidewalk of the school walking back and fourth. I asked my teachers what was going on, but they were all "who knows" since my one teacher said they weren't aloud to speak anything about the strike in school to students. So I said "oh" and smiled. XD Last year, schoo ended June 15th. We're really suppose to have school on the 4th of September, but whatever... The official day of summer itself, didn't even begin for like three weeks after school ended so, yeah. Plus Snow Days haven't been much of a factor as well, it hardly snows DURING WINTER anymore. So yeah, that's just the story and whatever. I can update about the Strike thing later on or so (I have the school site with the current news and such).

we get out June 1st would be my bet...as for strikes,i've never been in one. Doesn't snow at very much around here(ounce every 8 years i'd say), so count those days out. We do get a lot of breaks however. Then again,it only takes one snowflake to creat a nationwide holiday here. |

Where do you live? I live in PA, USA (like D-Ninja) so I'm guessing he would know a bit about the weather and such as well. About breaks in the HS, there are days where we can drive down to the Southern (my Jr. High; Souther kids only I guess, and Central kids to their Jr Highs) and visit the teachers and see what's up and just relax and hang out. Also, I'm not sure about any trips either? I'm not even sure if we go on one at all!! That would be depressing.

LOL! I just think going on trips relieve stress from students for teachers wouldn't have to get all b*tchy and stuff sometimes. Sometimes they want to go on trips more then the students themselves, but they all have their good sides, and of course bad sides. I'm Happy of my HS, because I become a student of a most pheared Football HS and I'm also happy about my new avatar (not like this happens to be related about school). XD One day I hate in School...Picture day, which happens to be next Monday; you guessed it, my first day of school. It's weird though because we get picture day on the first day, and we get our classes and stuff. Also our yearbook is freakin' insane (like really crazy). At $50 and it arrives in the summer, comming in at nearly 1½ inches...phewww...

@Pixi-san, that is a HUGE improvement! It's like Pimp My Ride or something...but without a TV in the dashboard... Very nice ride! @Kotuso, I start on August 28th. It's the day after my birthday and I'm not looking forward to it. I hate taking pages upon pages of notes per day. Bloody ridiculous! But hey, we get out late June, so that's good!...sigh... Driving's dull? Not with me, I intend to spice up the road. Heheheheh! @DNAngel, it's good to be happy of your school! It's nice to see something liek that once in a while. Ummm, I saw Snakes on a Plane today, it was funny. BTW, does anyone else miss RECESS? That was a fun time...a simpler time...a happier time... |

It's cool though. ^_^ Well I had a feeling inside of me when I was excited for school. I was just watching Negima *get's overly excited and hyper inside!!* I'm loading Class IV (ep. 4; Japanese) and hope to watch it today before I let my sister use the internet for a few hrs. lol Yeah, Nightmare deserves all the credit, he started way before I had even posted on this site. I still remember when I was noob and I nervously posted there. A year later, it's like a second home. Wonderful! Oh and DAngel, sorry about the typo, lol. Nothing particualry happy happened today. I was in line for like 2 hours buying books for school.
