Umm, do you guys dl most/all anime you watched or buy it at CD stores? Can you dl anime w/o bittorrent? Is it fast or slow?  |

heys, long time no see ppl! =] hmms, i usually download using torrents heh. its free, haha. but as for fast or slow will depend what you're downloading ehh, file size, seeders and stuff. oh yeahh, i prefer toriyama world subs for death note. X] YAYY. the spore manga publisher [chuang yi] is publishing death note how to read book 13 soon!! per-orders are open now! there's the L true name card included. X)) but they dont have the box set with all the near's figurine puppets though. sobs* that one will have to order from kino [japan] or tong li [taiwan/hong kong]. for kino, the first batch is obviously gone though. sobs even more* hmms, i dont fancy the puppets.. they look abit scary.. X_x but i want the box to put my all 12 death note tanbokens! boo. its so expensive..

@redberrie, u mean a card wth L'S REAL NAME on it????what?? @amethyst, if u don't want to use torrents,u can use direct download.but there aren't many direct dwnloads available for many anime,probably jz for few really famous ones like naruto,bleach n one piece.but most of d time,these direct dwnloads are real slow to be released n worse,u need to pay for them if u want them.i never tried one,but i think those like naruto from narutofan.com are direct dwnloads n i bet they r fast.coz u have ur own server bla3(i donno^^)but u need to pay. considering that all of us r mostly students,or not working,we choose bittorents instead!!^^   |

| At home, My computer are a little bit slow. Bittorrent is my choice because I can continue downloading even after I turn off the computer. It so easy......... |

Hang? I dunno about that. That old computer didnt hang coz of bittorrent as far I remember. |

hang?u mean like lag?hmm..so far bittorent never slows down my computer or laptop.only burning does that. @orcaz, how do u keep on dwnloading torrent after u turn off d computer??is that possible?how?? |

-from what i experienced bittorrent software dont slow down pc with moderate specs(more than 1ghz processor,256mb ram)but it does slightly effect yr internet speed if youre dwlding via bittorrent,mirc&direct at same time -normally i check at a.scarywater.net for new releases @OwdEe sh4H think what orcaz mean is,the download could be resume even after the connection is lost,unlike direct dwnld;if connection is lost,start again from 0%lah @akuro i think the new comers mistaken your msg as your sig since its on lower part and its coloured,why dont put it on top or just rub out the whole part about dubbed anime?emm or to make more visible why dont three 1st poster of this thread rub out te whole thing about this dubbed stuff and just put on msg to refer last post for latest topic???

computer hang after downloading using torrent? i never experience it b4... it does took up spaces of course la,u want to put in some stuff in your harddrive rite? for direct download try realitylapse.com @ fansub.tv,there's alot of anime available there and it's FREE!!  |

X] oh yeahh, i bought this FiRST magazine in spore. not sure whether msia has anot, probably would have to hunt around for abit. but i think yes, cause the front cover has a printed price tag that says 'RM 9.50'. the december issue has a free death note : the last name, poster. it's a spore version one so the date there is 28th dec. its bout.. wait.. grabs the measuring tape once againn* sorrys, cant resist, haha. okays, its 60 x 41 cm. looks quite nice. X] wee, 20 more days left!! haha, pardon for blabbering so much cause of the high feeling. Eh, looks like this topic is getting more and more interesting... Speaking of Death Note, what did you guys think of the first part of the live action movie ? I thought it was good ,it stayed true to the manga story the best that it could. Back to anime, anyone here watching Kanon (2006 remake) and Otome Wa Boku Ni Koishiteru ??  |

Thanks akuro and redberrie..i'll try both live-evil and toriyama for death note...then.., whichever suits me more, i'll stick to it...however thanks again to both akuro and redberrie for the info.. As for me, i prefer the subs which is more to the originality of the stories..for examples, bleach..i like the dattebayo version better than lunar anime..this is bcoz lunar tends to subs everything.. shinigami=death god.. gigai=artificial body.. reiatsu=spiritual energy(is it? i forgot)...and more...heh.. though..i also think that some of us might prefer the lunar anime version..maybe its easier to follow up.. for me, once i read the note in the upper screen for translation, and understand it..i prefer the original sound of the Japanese better.. heh..well..that's just me..any comments???heh... |
