Tatsuya, great find! I'm wondering about that drum set.. those don't look very lego-like. woot! fuwa fuwa time is on the downloads section. that was unexpectedly fast. omg.. i think i'm falling in love with yui singing backup for that song. and mio rapping?!?! XDD

[@kirky] Well one thing I read today was how the fanbase in K-ON is only Mio, so like Mio~ism [no], but Mio is not a dynamic character like Haruhi (who is still rank #1 in Japan?). Haruhiism's fanbase is far too large and exerpienced and far too spread out for fanbase in K-ON. It can rival Lucky Star's crazy fanbase though, or just star its own trend really. Actually, that'd be best. :D [@settsuo] Well everything really. There's no flaws, at least in my position (except it's only 12 eps long). If you're into wacky anime, no... if you're into any animation from Kyoto Animation, I'd recommend giving it a try. I think that last sentence, can be best, eh Kirk? XD

@DA-san: i think to rival Haruhi fanbase, K-ON need an epic song like hare hare yukai and God Knows that will always stay in fan's heart i still think Hatsune Miku got the biggest fanbase, well lets hope K-on fanbase will keep getting larger and i hope they will do a live performance after the series end xD

@JC Mio = Ronald Mcdonald (McDonald's) Mugi = Colonel Kentucky (KFC) Ritsu = King of burgers (Burger King) Yui = ??? Who's the girl? o.0 @RaiZo Haruhi's fanbase is still bigger than Hatsune Miku's. And yeah, K-On! needs at least one epic song like God Knows. ____________________________________________________________________________ Animax would probably screen this Anime once it's dubbed. Speaking of dubs, I really hope the english voice actors are good as being able to sing all of the songs in english preserving the original rhythm and tune.     |

I was watching Case Closed [dub] yesterday (since I was sick at home), and they actually made a new ED, but the theme and melody was the same, but it felt so "unpassionate", cause I love the original ED. :/ With music anime though, they should keep it Japanese (I saw Clannad (season 1) on Anime Network, and they just subbed it, lol). The first season for Haruhi was dubbed fully in english, but I wonder if God Knows... was re-made.

Ahh~it shouldn't be about Mio anymore. Not with Ui around xD. As I said, nothing will defeat Haruhiism. It's power level is more than 9000. It'll probably get as popular as Lucky Star. But yeh, it'll be better if it has it's own trend. @Settsuo. I hope you've watched it now. *shifty eyes* What D~taicho said. KyoAnim > Everything else. (well near enough let's call it most studios/shows) /fangirl. The last sentence indeed sums it up el captain! Episode 8 was soo...god. Awesomesauceness. Srsly. :D Ricchan is still mah fave.

@Unico: it's Wendy's Mascot dunno her name hmm i thought Haruhi are losing their fanbase because of their inconsistency in releasing the 2nd series, but i guess now the series is on the fanbase might go even larger btw what do u guys think with the insert song on epsd8, i guess that kind of song it's pretty suitable with their club name xD

im so in love with the song on episode 8 "My love is a Stapler"!! it's sounds really ordinary but for some reason i just love the lyrics maybe because it's so honest and kinda gullible and the imperfect sound makes me feel really listening to a live performance

Just saw this episode, and has to be a top favorite, not sure about my favorite, but so so good. Skipping a few parts, the second half was the best, pretty much perfect and ultimately godlike. The change of animation, such as the great kawaii picture Sai posted, was awesome. The live performance was great, and it was actually live, too, not a music video like their first performance. Too bad we couldn't hear their other three songs, but "My Love is a Stapler" is so good, seriously could be #1 on Oricon! Playing in Maid Suits failed, but reminded me of the Wedding Dresses ZONE wore on their final live show. Back to the performance, absolutely perfect. The fact that quick side commenting made it more live. Not as dynamic as "God Knows..." from three years ago, but it's a nice touch up from KyoAni. The song itself is so relaxing, the vocals are amazing and even the seiyu for Yui (who I've fallen in love with lately) hit that high note pretty well. The duo vocals though were awesome, but Yui's guitar in the song were so great. Such a simple pop/rock song, but it was pretty flawless to me and I hope it becomes a single or available as an OST or character song!! I so hope they go to Budokan, by this performance, they're really awesome. I wonder the name of their band is, lol. Has not been shared yet. Also mentioning this since nobody else has, that Azusa girl is really, really cute. Next episode will be more on her.
