Firstly - THINGS to be DONE a) Renovation of cafe's interior: please ensure everything's in order & most importantly safe for customers, IF NOT; please report to me asap TODAY. b) Decoration: I assumed is partially done by now *looks around* Please do the finishing touches by wednesday. If there's anything lacking, please inform me asap. c) Miscellaneous: - Baker/Chef/Barista : Please give me the list of menu by today. The rest, any problems? - ALL staff: this period is critical for our cafe, please DO NOT SLACK in taking care of your health.... Understand? Have I missed out any points? FINALLY! So, if you need to take leave to study for exams/tests, go ahead - I'm okay with it. Hello co manager so far this is all I can come up in the menu... MENU CAKES: Chocolate cake White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake Sponge cake filled with raspberry Chocolate Lover's Cheesecake (Meringue) strawberry cake Fruit cake Nutty chocolate cake COOKIES: Checker board cookies Chocolate chip cookies Peanut Butter Cookies Oatmeal Cookies TARTS, SHORT CAKES, MUFFINS: Cranberry Cream Cheese Tart Strawberry short cake Chocolate fudge Bars Banana muffins Millionaire’s short bread bars BREAD: Banana Bread Cinnamon Roll Garlic Bread French toast Croissant Waffles Just a question though, do I need to elaborate on this foods? Also I've read in the post that we can serve anything...I can only bake. Dunno how to cook varain's Bout the coffee flavors...can't help you with that. I don't drink coffee yet so I don't know much about it. ^_^ |
