Hi!! I want to audition but just a teeny tiny question. Do i have to show my face while singing? And where will I submit my URL if i do want audition? Anyways, It looks like fun so I wanna join! :)

whoa this is a busy thread. I will try to help with what I know. No you don't have to show your face and most entries will be coming from youtube or 4shared. These are the 2 most common sites used for this competition. As long as your song is being streamed then it doesn't matter where you put the song, well as long as the site is appropriate.

Ray! Thank you so much for answering the questions :D About deadlines...well it really depends on the number of contestants...like Hitomi said, usually, sign ups stay open for about a week, but if on the first three days the 150 slots are taken...then sign ups will close. So...I suggest, all of you have your song ready for submission tomorrow! :D Good luck!! I'm super excited about hearing all of your voices!! You can sing anything you want as long as it is your voice and your voice only and no profanities NOTICE: To those who have questions, please read the first posts as some of your questions that have been asked are already answered there. But of course if you still don't understand or your answer is not there then ask away. I will check this thread every now and then to answer questions I know because I know that pame and gendou are busy people. If I'm not able to answer your questions then we will have to wait for them to show up :p. Good luck to everyone who joins

XD And when I tried putting the sound clip from my phone onto the computer, it came out nothing. :( Maybe when I grow older, I'll join! In the meantime, I must get my friends to by me something that is useful for recordings. |

I joined Gendou Idol twice before and I think the rules changed since I last joined ^_^ Are we supposed to include the URL in our sign up post already? Or do we send it to Pame-chan through PM? Cause if we include it in our sign up post, that would mean that the first people to sign up will get more people to hear their songs wouldn't it? |

Puppet: You can have someone else mix it, if you want. I don't mind. Jetz: Idol is part of Gendou system now, so you have to go to the link in the first post in order to sign up. Sign ups will be open in two hours. All you have to do is upload the link to your song. (From youtube, 4shared) I suggest you read the first post :D It doesn't matter if people listen to your entry before or after. Public voting won't open until the judges have posted their scores. |

If you are entering the contest as a duet, then make sure that only one person uploads the song. In this case, if it is your friend, then if you make it to the next round, then you have to make sure, she also uploads the next entry. I don't think you will need to clarify whose singing what part, but as long as I know the names of the people singing. For example: This A and B singing "This Love" |

The page found by the URL you supply MUST be a recording of your own voice! It must also contain the exact phrase: Gendou Idol Season 6: yurisaku uhm, what do you exactly mean by this? if you dont mind please elaborate :3 thanks!

@ Yuri chan: The title of your entry (on youtube or wherever) can be named whatever you like with fancy stars and decorations, but it must also say "Gendou Idol Season 6: yurisaku". Title examples (without the quotation marks): "YAAAAY YURISAKU UTATTEMITA~~~~ Gendou Idol Season 6: yurisaku" "☆ミGendou Idol Season 6: yurisaku☆ミ" etc etc... NOTE, however, that the "yurisaku" I used here is relevant only for the user yurisaku! So don't sign up as that if your username is anything else! @ Juri Licious: ... please read the first post for instructions. Your entry here will be ignored unless it is submitted properly. @ hgntsuki/(ツ・ω・ã‚): I don't recommend doing that. An account is necessary for listening to songs on there and not everyone reads Japanese (necessary for navigation around the site). @ Yoru-kun: as many times as you like. :)  |
