actually try outs would start as soon as the staff are completed.. btw....Dont know whether you would approve this one, but i need a comment.. lets go this way: the STORYWRITER would not just submit stories....he/she must also submit a SKETCH LAYOUT so that there will be no conflict for the positioning of the pictures...*just a sketch, detailing would be done by the artist* EDITORS are subjected not just to edit but also the one who will make the dialogue itself...this would make the job more easier and more faster at the same time...each manga story, there would only be ONE, CHARACTER DESIGNER and one ARTIST to draw.... Maybe your asking, then why ICH needed lots of Character Designer, its becoz we will have a preliminary test for each character designer...whether he/she is qualified at that story...and also I would like to split the manga team in to 2 teams...but for the meantime we need to complete first the member... what do you think guys?

| @ich i think splitting into two teams is a bit early but a good idea once we have enough members, and yes each applicant must be able to perform all his jobs at a satisfactory level. also, if a sketch layout is just where everything is placed, then it's a good idea, but not completely necessary. about the editor writing the dialogue, i don't mind, but that would mean being the editor would require some writing skills. |

I was just thinking that you can consider me as a spare character designer. I know that there are already some people who want that position but if someone cancels or becomes sick or breaks his/her arm or something crazy happens then you can contact me. (I mean if you want me^^) Of course I can be the main CD if I get the change. And I think (but this is only my opinion) that there should be at least two designers, because it'll be hard alone if there are lots of characters... That goes for most of the other positions, as well. But naturally there would be only one artist who draws the whole manga, because it can get quite nasty-looking if many people with completely different style are drawing together. ^^'It can be hard to find a talented artist who wants to put so much time and effort into this project, though. Mmm, what do you exactly mean by splitting into two teams? Would there be two groups, which both have their own artist and story writers etc. but are creating the same manga? Or would there be 2 groups that both work with their own manga? I'm sooo stupiiid. :B  |

| i can't speak for ich, but the way i understand it is that there will be two seperate groups working on different manga, perhaps with the storywriter being the same person. |

Ray, you forgot me.... : ( "EDITORS are subjected not just to edit but also the one who will make the dialogue itself..." Fine by me. So would mean (if I'm editor) that I have to (help) make the dialogue for every scene ICH?

@terr thats exactly right ^^ so that editing would not take a long time...^^ @Justpassingby yeah 2 teams means 2 set of groups with different manga stories...but for the meantime im focusing at the staff...bt the staff are almost completed*if I will be asked* @korento wah~~~~*seen your artwork on You draw anime* thanks!yeah your accepred!^^ but pls be sure that you can spare your time here^^ there would be only one ARTIST..hmm let me think bout that character designer....it will be just best to have 1 after all....

Good to know. I did sort of want to work on the story writing, but dialogue/editor is good enough. So, with this team idea, the "writers" would make like part 1 and part 2 of the Manga and send one part to each team to work on? Am I getting this right?

I'm actually going to have to pass on this project. Sorry, Ich. I just decided. You guys have tons of great artists and writers, so I will just get in the way. And I will be too busy to handle much else. Good luck with this, though!  |

regarding my request for being one of the writers, i'm afraid i might have withdraw it, the reason being i will start the final testing period of high school in may and will have much less free time than i do now. anyhow, even during that period of time i think i could somehow manage, but the real problem is ahead of that - i am enlisting towards the end of july. obviously, after that i will have no time to spare for the doujinshi, especially during the first few months of boot camp :S. sorry guys. anyway, until then i will do my best to help organize everything. *comment by a random person*: "and he seemed so serious about it too. gosh, kids these days!". |

I know it will take a while, these things always do, but I'm really excited to see the final result (Volume 1). So far, I don't think anything has been decided yet.
