I really like this one, creative and really nice. i can tell that you're really improving from just the short time you started using GIMP you're probably better than I was with it. Also, try experimenting with font. Try and use font color's that fit with the sig, instead of generic white (i used to do that too. lol). And try and use other effects than ust brushes. There's a bunch of filters at your disposal, and combined with brushes there's a whole arsenal at your disposal. It also looks like you havent been introduced to clipping masks yet. I suggets you look them up. Also, try to use some C4D's/Effect C4D's/fractals. They can also add some cool effects!

Very nice but the colors seem flat to me, the icons are
alright but the yellow one is bright for me xD Still good.
