So am I, Naru XD Hello all :D I've been mixed in a terrible annoying project to make :c And for much of my dismay it seems that I'll spent my next break from studies attending hearings in both criminal and civil courts :c The great problem is when the freaking magistrate decides to ask you something not regarding civil or criminal procedures but from the professor, since they all know each other, so I try to be just on the yes or no or just a few words. Gmeismann: lol I'm taking one week to finish one manga vol. :c, 'cause I'm reading it only during the breaks of my late night classes since it's the only moment when there's any peace to read and no ppl around talking loud XD Indeed you should eat on your break, when I was working I was always drinking coffee and those small salt crackers, but the reason for that was just to stay away from the desk Adeline: that dude should run to some place without extradition treaty with the ROC, and enjoy the money he earned illegally in peace on some nice place, and then write a book of his memoirs, pointing fingers to ppl at taiwanese politics :D I'd advice him that at the first sign of trouble. Lol and lately I've thinking in saying to ppl that ask me to make representation for the police in case of ppl giving checks without sufficient funds, just to make them afraid of all and pay the debt. At those moments I see why here we got such a bad impression of lawyers :c. Anyway sorry for the random XD |

[@GM] Sucks to hear your schedle is starting to take it's toll, I guess I should put it that way. And yeah, that's how you cook ramen, dude. Cup ramen with hot water, no microwave stuff. I used to do that, I admit, but like years ago when I was like a kid. It's hard to do it up here in college when you don't have those water machines, but like my roomates cook their ramen in pots, which is what I do, too, so the cup ones I'm going to tell my parents to bring back home. They're coming up this Sunday, so I can like tell them to bring stuff which they are and maybe take stuff home. ------- |

@Adel:: Well... cause I was really really unhappy at that job. Lotsa things happened... I couldn't cope. Got really really depressed and disappointed... i think... I'm not suited for the HR line... @DN: Seems like life haven't been all rosy on you neither but ganbatte!! The beginning of most things/event are usually difficult and it takes time to adjust them to you/just adjusted to. Do let your roommate know about what you think about the room when you do see him...cause is a space for both of you... USD900 rent a month for a shared room?! And I'm guessing this is a room in the school dormitory? That is really expensive! Hang in there my friend!! And let us know of your happenings... you've got friends/mates here who care about your well-being~~ @Gmeis: Yes!! It is mandatory for you to eat during your break at work!! If you don't eat, you'll be lacking of the energy to work... which you need it to stand for that 9 hours. If you don't eat... you'll feel tired easily~ PLUS... is not healthy~ Hmm... I can't comment on whether does your supervisor likes you or not since I dunno much of the story... but what I can say is... do try and talk to your supervisor and let him/her know that you don't like your job to be changed so very often and it does make you feel confuse (and not that you are confuse ya...). See if they are able to help arrange to do similar work most of the time but able to help out other jobs when time is allow or when it is urgent? Welcome back Naru... Seems that most of our members are pretty busy with their lives recently (or while I was gone)... Gmeis started work and DA, collage. Hope that all goes well for all those busy with their lives and well... this thread is always (I do hope is ALWAYS) around for ranting of the trouble lives in the troubled world... And guys... Ramen isn't quite healthy if eaten often. Do eat food with more nutrients in them ya~~ I'll be updating the member's list in post one... a couple more pages to go and we'll be in ver V. Ganbatte minna san! (PS: I miss you guys too) EDIT:: Though this may be abit late..... Welcome!! our new members of the club!! *cheers and pops champaign* ~ Renma ~ Naru ~ Rastya ~ hime ~ Haseyo ~ Sieghard ~ shizue |

[@Engel] I think you're taling to me, umm, DN's not here, umm... lol. My roomates are so chill, like all three of 'em, 'cept one who's around here and there, so I rarely see him. And yeah, like we eat whatever, lol, whatever comes whatever I'll eat. Once I actually get my debit card from home, I'll buy stuff and of course work and get more money my way. ------- |

It seems... a lot of us don't have as much time as we use to. It's getting all taken up either with school or work for most of us. ;_; @Adel~ Somehow... how do you only hear bad news? xD That memory card I already have. I have an 8GB. I shouldn't have bought the 8. I should have just stuck with a 4. Would have saved me like 30$. :c I'll have to look into the 'Flash Card.' @Naru~ Welcome back. SO... how's school? :3 And, I kinda know how you feel.My work is eating up all my time lately. I barely have anytime when I wake up. I wake up and work starts in about 2 hours. By the time I get off and get home, it's already 12:30 AM. I'm tired and I want to sleep. :c @Sammann~ lol That's kind of like my game that I just bought. I only have time to play before and after work. Not much time to play at all since work is 9 hours. And then half an hour drive back and forth from it. I usually end up beating my games within the week that I bought it. I can't bring any type of bags into the place, or security has to check it each time. That takes up like a minute of my time just to let them check it. So, I don't really bring anything with me to work. I bring a pen, permanent marker, ipod, and my key/time card. All of those will just go in my pocket. :\ @DA~ This job is like killing me. My fingers are all in pain from grabbing the boxes. My arms are getting cut up. It's like cardboard size paper cuts. And then the 9 hour days of standing and walking to get stuff is torture. Luckily, production was OK this week, and we met the units, so I get this whole weekend off. T-T Lately, I have only been getting Sunday off. Well, another quick cheap food, was the bread ham sandwiches. One of my friends was doing that. It seems an even more lazy approach than the "hot water + ramen." I know certain loaf of breads can still be bought under $1.00 some even under $.90. And then you just buy the cheap ham too. xD Oh, that's right, school has started for you. How has it been for you? Having fun? :3 @Engel~ I miss you too Engel. T-T Though, I still see you on FB from time to time. I attempt to eat something now. But... the food there.. is OK, but overpriced due to convenience. :\ They first had me at packing items. Then they sent me to the end of the line on a belt production. Now they have me making/packing dog beds. I had like training on it for 3 days only and only 4 hours each. For some reason they put me on it by myself and expect me to do it already. But I did it this whole week. Hopefully, they will just leave me on that job, and won't move me anymore. |

Yikes!! I meant DA!!! >.< Well Adel... marrying a good and rich man who is able to thus give me alot of free time and some financial support to do what I wanna do will make me happy!!!! Muhahahaha!!!! XD But well... that person who told you that has positive thinking and well, I consider myself to be a realist pessimist (pessimist but only to the point where it is still realistic). I feel that one can't really wait for that perfect job to come around... and that we have to just keep on trying. In the event of it, we might get ourselves injured (like moi?) but nevertheless, life still has to go on. And till a certain age if one still can't find the perfect job, one will just have to learn to deal with what he/she has and live on... DX It is getting awfully quiet here.... |

[@GM] Dude man, if the pay is crappy, quit that job man, or maybe bare with it. Maybe work out and get in shape, though while you're doing that and working, yeah, you might get fatiqued. And college's been fine so far, it's like getting brighter. People remember your face, or my name more specifically, met people on my doom-floor. I was playing Ninja Storm (Naruto) today with my roomate's friends down the hallway. I got beat cause I didn't know how to play, but yeah, dude I'm going to own that game, soon man. The only thing is the HW is so retarded, especially for english. Like one thing I gotta do is make a collage that explains five things about me, like, seriously now...? [@Engel] lol, happens all. the. time. ------- |
Re: The Single's Club~ ver IV (We will go on...)

Adel: heck no :D Still I haven't seen any innocent person on jury (only used for certain crimes against ppl). Sadly all of the ppl I've seen standing trial for those crimes deserved their punishment :c Besides the time of being someone like Phoenix Wright has passed a long time ago here, sorry adeline :c Gmeismann: she only saw the bad news because they fly faster than good news and generally are more interesting XD DA: lol that happened to me on my 1st year XD I was wth all the time, but I thought it was because our professors were ppl really bad at teaching and all. Having professors with bad teaching skills is just terrible T_T 'cause like you need to spend a lot of time to get the basic that s/he couldn't explain it right, taking time from exploring the complicated issues. |

Gmeis@ bad news..? good luck finding the flash card then .. what about the 'bad news'? i am a little confused v.v sorry Engelz@ you actually think of getting married? that is ..um.. @_@ that doesn't sound like you ok so.. when you are a pessimist, you think that 'the job should be keep finding' and then, this is how you are going to end your life with i guess you know something that is called 'mind that changes the world?' it all depends on how you think that is.. one person that tells me that ' a job will come to you with a right place at a right time with the right person (what i mean is boss ._.) and .. it may be optimistic however.. if that really happens to a person, just because of how he or she thinks it just proves that his or her way of thinking does not give people any harm at all @.@ well..people succeed because of the way they think.. people survived because of their way of thinking mind does change the world.. ..is what i think though Samsonov@ 'heck no' means that you are not a defense attorney then.. =[ i am sad to hear that well.. reality sure is different in games.. sometimes, games do reflect something good in all people even if it just a story or it never happens in real life.. even if it does,no one really actually stands and believes the innocent client.. that kinda saddens me.. in the games,it appears to look easy for the people to find out who is the real murderer.. however in real life, real events that happened in the real world.. even finding the murderer takes more than a year.. which creeps people out because the true murderer is still out there.. and it just makes people more sad.. how incapable of people to find out the truth.. |

[@samsonov] Well the thing is, we only have that class once a week, for 11 weeks (one quarter). If we're absent for four classes, we automatically fail (which is retarded). So with 10 weeks left, there's so much crap to jam pack into one week, one class, it's going to be stressful. I can already tell you I might fail cause I hate doing this irrelevant bulls*** that the gov't makes us take. My school's an art oriented school, but all this other side crap is just straight up a nuisance, and what's worth I have to pay to take them, too, which is just a pain in my read end.... :/ ------- |

Re: The Single's Club~ ver IV (We will go on...)

Adel: it isn't either that murderers go away and innocent people end up on jail. Though I heard cases about it, buts it's like just a drop on ocean. The criminal lawyers are interested in avoiding the worst for their clients, sometimes one can make its client get away, other times, as in most crimes against life, one can only try to avoid the bad add-ons on the typical crime, so the client can serve the minimum. The law doesn't require the lawyer to believe on his client, s/he should do just the best technical defence of the interests. And about pursuing justice, in 99% of cases it's obvious, the only problem is related to the application of the punishment, since that matter is quite complicated due to financial constraints on the prison system. Lol a former professor of mine, a prosecutor here, he said despite the low number of criminal offences that end up on his hand in comparison with the whole universe of crime, he manage to lead to condemnation on more 95% of the cases, simply because it's evident who done the conduct, not requiring going beyond the call of duty :c DA: dude, don't fail that, having to that again next semester isn't nice at all, especially being such an easy subject I presume. |

[@Kakuu] Haha yes. I'ma hit up the clubs. >:] [@Ki-run] You can if you want. It's probably because they'd want you to back-it up possibly. And not sure but my friend has it and offered to give it to me for free so yeah. The thing is like, I'm getting so into macs, I'm considering getting an iMac (desktop) alongside with my Macbook. I bought my Macbook for school/business, and I'd have to get CS4 for that, too, which is like 500$. I moved all my anime onto my external HD yesterday, not sure how I'm going to manage that though, right now I'm leaving it turned on at all times to see if there's any issues, and just in case it'll error or something, I still have all my anime on my PC where I copied it from anyways. Gotat figure out the eSATA cable than, too, for faster transfer speeds. I'd zap like everyone if I could, but I can't. I hate seeing people's signature's so unorganized and crap, I can care less about their actual profiles. And yeah, once I get some stuff figured out, or just get into the mood to start making the new stuff, I'll post it up then. [@kiralight] Yeah I gotta find employment soon, but I might get into the freelance stuff for GFX and whatnot. Don't know the city well enough to like, work on a schedule plus it might be hard to juggle with school schedule changing every quarter. ------- |
