@evil kitty: There is absolutely nothing wrong with your drawing. In fact, I think it is absolutely perfect. It would be one of those drawing I would hang on my wall. You did a fantastic, fabulous, wonderful job on the clothing, the face, the proportion, etc. Best of all, I love the creativity of the background and the lettering. And yeah, the character is in B/W but I don't think it takes away the message at all. I love the look in his eyes. Very good expression. If you duplicated it you have done a great job. BTW, thanks for the wonderful comment about my wolf pics. I am so glad you share my point of view. I will see if you can draw you a cat. @Red: there is the saying "better late than never." I am sure we will all be patiently waiting for your great works. ^__^  |

Argh....i envy all of you that have more time than me to draw and post here.... I can't post anything at least until next week, i really have no time because of my research. And...god....i will have microbiology final test next week..... Be patient, i'll back soon.   |

Thanks to the people for commenting :3 @Imppy: I love how you drew inuyasha and Naota ^^ @Turtle: I envy people who can work with colours traditionally. Great job! @Without you: Your wolf request has to be my most absolute favourite not just because I love animals, but I love the sense of realism and surreality in it. @ICH: A nicely done Shana. She looks so KAWAII!!! X3 A request by Eureka. I already sent her the un-watermarked version. I hope she likes it. My first Roxas fanart. Fun, but also...a bit frustrating. Yeah, it looks plain, but I was too scared to ink him so that I could colour him. *sigh* I need a tablet... I tried to stay as loyal to the original artwork as I could and not miss a single seam or button. But I think I messed up with the folds in his pants...and maybe a bit of his face too >.< Argh, his hair practically killed me! Click to full view.  Any photoshop users intersted in using the crinkle brush then visit colorfilter.net EDIT: ARGH! I forgot to comment on one more person which is Roylover! I love your character. She's just lovely ^^ But yeah, like what a few of the others have mentioned, the only error is her nose. I still need to practice colouring myself and I'm never sure where the lighting should go >.<  |

@Imppy: I love your rough draft. I love to see people trying new poses, angle, technique. I love variation. I can see you are trying many different things and that is creativity at work. Love to see what you create. Pic2: That photoshop color is excellent. So you were saying that your photoshop file has ~36 layers? Man that is a lot of layers. But if that's what it takes, I guess you can't help it. Do you have layers for all the shadows as well? Thanks for the comment on the wolf pic. The fur was to most time consuming part of the pic. The water ripple was the easiest, interestingly enough. @Roylover: very nice coloring you have done. (yoda speak ^_^) Yeah, the nose is a little odd and the neck is a bit thick. But the shading on the clothing is superb!!! Great job. @ichvon: thanks for the wonderful comment. I love your new pic. Did you copy that from a source or did you make that up yourself? It looks very dynamic. The cloths near your belly looks a little odd. Looks like she is somewhat pregnant. ^__^ |

@imppy im just using the value...as my reference for shading....I want to try colors but im not confident enough...so thats why I always use my PENCIL to shade...^^

Heya EVERYONE! I finally got some time to post and WOW! You guys are completely incredible!! I'm truly in awe... Right then, gotta keep this kinda short: @Eureka, hiya! I've got a ton of school work, a Junior Research paper, the SAT, and a meeting for a trip to China to deal with all in the same weekend...so yep, I might not be very active till mid May...so tired... @Roylover, great work with these two knights, as you said, there's a huge amount of emotion there. Qianna also looks terribly cute, I love her design! @Kannayuki, very cute work! @Korento, I still think you would make a great designer, so please consider it if you haven't already! Manga work is never too quick, and there's really no deadline anyway, so no worries! Great work BTW, I love your Yoruichi! @Mikito, welcome and fantastic works! @Without You, I love the Cat Man concept, it shows a great deal of imagination and stylized creativity. Even moreso, your ability to blend art styles shows through with the GSD characters, so cool! Like seeing them reimagined by a pro! AND WOW! I'm astounded by the wolf art...so beautiful, yet so fierce...an amazing and metaphorical visual delight! Even the patches of fur seem beyond perfection. I'm in the presence of artistic greatness. Excellent. @Schala, so sorry about your fishy loss, here's to Ivan! Great Kid work and Ivan memorial! @Ebil kitty, great to see ya back here! @Imppy, excellent Kurenai! Love the skin tones! Inuyasha came out wonderfully! I can't believe the INSANE amount of detail in there, it must have taken forever! And very cool!! Team 8 has never looked better, all they need was an Imppy makeover! Ah, pretty well done. The only thing that bothers me [a bit] is the nose. The coloring job is pretty well... colored and the image is drawn nicely as well. Nice stuff. (3

@ WithYou - GSD: I think Lacus turned out the best out of the three. :3 Wolf: Awesome water effect with the wolf. The only thing that looks strange about the wolf is its tail. It shouldn't be sticking straight out like that, but should slightly curve down since it looks more relaxed than tensed. However, I love the wolf's face in the reflection. @ TM - Nice. It's an interesting mixture of media since you colored it traditionally and then colored the background digitally. @ Imppy - Hey! :D Cute picture there. Akira (is that right? The dog's name? I don't remember...) is simply adorable. X3 @ Ich - Aw, you drew her cutely. Everything seems nicely drawn. ------------------------------ Yes, I do own a tablet. However, it's the smallest one out there and I think it's 4 by 5 inches. I might be wrong... Another work of mine with another practice shot at digital coloring. This time, it's of my original character, Qianna. I enjoy drawing her often because, for some reason, she's fun to draw! It took me 1-2 hours to color it. Towards finishing it, I got picky and started doing all these small touch ups to it.   |

@ Without You -- I love the expressions on their faces! You draw eyes so smoothly ^^ -- wow I don't know you draw wolves too tebayo~! I certainly adore them ;_; you drew the fur so perfectly~ (esp. the highlights) @ Eureka thanks! @Eureka: I am strangely drawn to Talia. I really like her. BTW, what is WY style? @Dangel: I do some simple mecha design now and then. I wouldn't attend any mecha design without french curves though. A straight edge just isn't enough. @TM: Nice mix of hand drawing and computer coloring. (You did use the computer, right?) Nice work. And now, after many days of lallygaging (I hope you all know what lallygaging means. ^__^) I finally finished my one and only request left on my list. This one is requested by Blind-Kitsune. It is a reflection of a lone wolf but the reflection is not exactly the same as the wolf but more fierce. This is the first fully illustrated drawing I have done for a long time. That's why it took so long. I hope you all like it.  |
