About 4months and still going cause I didnt install any new programs that needed my computer to restart

i left it a year< bcuz i hate to open the pc to wait for it to load..zzzz slow ass pc lol though i did restart a few times but not shutting it down i leave it open to chat wif other friends in different time zone,different countries i "also" leave it to download download download -______-" |

Almost a week.. 5 days, I think. I've always wanted to leave it on longer, but I need a better heat sink/fan to do so. Now, if we talk about PS2s.. I left my old one (non-slim one) on for about two weeks. My newly bought slim ps2 I left on for about a week once. Maybe more. XD    |

Anything short of a month is weak. I've left mine on for about 4 months before a long power out turned it off. I usually never turn it off put on occasion I need to move it or something like that. My new one has LCD displays and cathodes inside, so I turn it off at night sometimes, other times I throw a shirt over it and go to bed. All these people turning it on just when they use it. My apt. complex has free utilities so I never worry about price and my system has a smart fan system so I never worry about over heating. I do turn my monitor off at night though.  |

5 months and still going i have not turned off my laptop since the beginning of new years it's a weird resolution and so far nothign hardware is broken since i keep my laptop in a cold environment and i don't game on it since it's a work laptop so yea no need for restarts and it's a strictly work/anime laptop.  |

Humm.. I have kept "my" (not mine) computer open for few weeks raw. It just gets noisy if it's open too long :S The cooler >.< But it didn't take that badly xD It's alive!   |

Me too...2 days :D downloading torrents like you guys! And I thought I was the only one! D: But all I do just to "conserve" energy is turning off the monitor :D  |

Maybe... 3-5 days? All this to dL some anime package (forget the title), but yeah. I left for New Jersey and just popped it into the client or whatever, then left the house. It got a well deserved rest afterwards. :D
