I died playing trilogy network, so I am not a DJ Max fiend, just someone who goes crazy over the word DJ Max. XD Speaking of which, theres a new product for DJ Max: Muse-On Controller for the PC, which is definitely for trilogy. http://www.play-asia.com/paOS-13-71-1i-77-1-49-en-15-DJ+Max-70-3cju.html Not getting that since I am better with the keyboard. XD And D.O, have you reinstalled trilogy yet?  |

=A= Oh God I suck at harder songs I never do great on songs past level 8 on BS damn (and I don't play any of the FX modes) DJ Max Trilogy looks real hard :o I saw some vids and I was just awe struck with my mouth open weeeeeeeeee

Dx Boy did I enter into this forum late. XD Anyways, the only one I've got so far is DJ Max Fever. Really great game! I really do stink when it comes to the level 8 songs and up, though :S. And for some reasons, there are a couple of level 6 and 5 songs that I think should be level 3 or something (IMO anyway).

@darky The only hard part is network, its the only part of the game where you can never win. @Alexandra Hey there! Your not late at all. =P Glad you liked DJ Max as much as we did! Its not like anyone will easily pass level 8 songs and above during the first few weeks when they pick up DJ Max so take your time. For me I dont look at the red line at all, since what I did was to look at the top of the screen and estimate the notes and hit them when they reach the line. Its better this way as you can make out the pattern you have to press the notes in, as well as preparing yourself to press the keys. |

@Xiao That's what I exactly do too! It's eaiser since it gives you more time to prepare for pressing the right key. You just need to get the "feel" of the song to hit the notes 100% By the way, is anyone here having an easy time getting a perfect 100% on a song? Cuz in some of the missions in Club Tour (DJ MAX Black Square), you need to get a 100%!? I was like WTF because I never get a 100%, only high 90's (97, 96, 99, hardly 100) T_T   |

@xian I guess thats the method that makes you an experienced player, but more prone to dying from the effect that covers the top part of the chart, as well as decreased accuracy =P yea, I had not got a 100% yet, 99.2% is the best I could go.... Guess we have to see the red line properly again to pass those 4 songs ^^; |

Oh yeah, I'd forgotten about that effect! Although, there's also an effect that covers the bottom part of the chart including the red line (Last time I saw that was in DJ Max 2; is it still in BS?) So i guess it has pros and cons ^^ Huhuhu...100%...-_-; I had even thought of resorting to "easy" mode *gasp* for that part so the game was more lax. But no, I need to keep my pride DX |

@xian Yes, those effects in DMP2 is there in BS as well. I just wish they would include the ones in the missions... Like the one where they turned the playing area upside down. xD haha, dont give up! you shall pass those missions someday, because its definitely that hard to pass! Oh and season 2 as well... I have not unlocked that yet. ^^; |

Hahaha! The upside-down effect? That's one of the nastier ones out there; every time it activates after a fever is done, i'm like "OHSH*T" DX That and the undulating speed effect. I abhor it :P hahaha Wait there's a Season 2? Is that in BS? |

Black Square Club Tour season 2, much like Clazziquai season 2, but I have only heard on how people unlocked it, since I obviously cannot unlock it ^^; Yea, all the random effects, thats how DJ Max becomes another whole new level of insanity and craziness in mashing the buttons properly... |

Hahaha well you should be enjoying it!^^ BS is the version geared towards the "veteran" players so the songs are generally (or extremely sometimes) more challenging. I just thought of something; during a hard song, do any of you "space out" while focusing on the screen and actually "see" yourself pushing the buttons? I mean sort of putting your hand-eye coordination on auto-pilot or something while your consciousness can wander about? 0.0 I know it's strange, but it's happened to me so many times already... And the stranger thing is, when I'm on auto-pilot, my fingers never miss, they still get the 90%-100% accuracy. But when I consciously start thinking of pressing a button, I miss... |

when I play I think I have fire on my fingers because they move so fast then I cant realize I'm doing it and yes BS is very extreme, if the game had the rule used in clazziquai, I think it will be more cooler but more harder too. |
