(ooc: hahahaha We're gonna take this to the edge, then back.) Nathanael... I guess you have reached the final revelation of why I am valuable among this team. A shadow of a figure wavered into view. The figure no longer has any attacking power. By this form... As a psionic vampire, I not only damned my soul, but damned my existence. In a way, I am non existent, I am the opposite of existence. This is the only reason I can phase between these forms. I am... One-of-a-kind. I may be weak in attacking power, but I no longer need to. My object is to survive. Your little universe is perfect. Ideal for capturing other conjurers and fighters. But what of one that doesn't exist? How are you to solve this dilemma? I am as real as a person, but as non-existent as a Faker's creation. The shadow appeared weak from it's last escape and sat down. Ronin, finish this or we lose. Finish it, or prolong it until I can do one more thing... He goes and grabs Takeshi and gathers white mana and they teleport out of range. A massive jet that is flying over head drops a bomb on Nathanael and then....* *ronin shields his eyes* that will give him a good tan  |

perfect...thanks 4 the lift Ronin...now to Return the favor Kazuma rapidly,(still held onto by Ronin fyi)thrusts his Katana into Nathaniels chest twisting the blade and en explosion occurs, not only distancing him and Ronin from Nathaniel but leaving Nathaniel with a huge hole right where his heart should/could be hows that for wasted effort? (@Critic: ? Care to elaborate?) Maximilian took the chance to regain a form. Right when he noticed that Nathanael was out of the bomb's reach, he took the liberty of using his psionic powers and imitating the radioactive bomb by altering what remained of his "DNA." By doing so, he took in the radiation of the bomb and used it to form his own body, with only radioactive particles. Beneath the cloud stood a flaming figure. It seems that we have as hard of a time defeating you as you have trying to defeat us. I will defend my comrades no longer. I'm going on the attack. With that said, he flared with the energy he took from fusing with the bomb and melted a hole in the ground. It will only take one move to defeat you... |

[OOC: @L - The only way to avoid being taken into the 2d dimension is to not be present in this current dimension, but you're still here. Simply put, Maximilian is existing in two places at once. You need some kind of form here to survive, or you end up scattered throughout infinity, or something else related to defeat. That form is currently the few scraps of DNA Takeshi tossed at you. Since you needed Takeshi's support, your soul or conciousness isn't stored in some little jar off or on the battlefield, that wouldn't of allowed you to avoid my universe anyways. Where the part of you that counts lies beyond that matters little, as I've said, you've sealed your fate. Where's my cookie ^_^] |

(OoC I'd buy into that argument. However, It pains me to have to reveal my little imaginative loop, but I guess if the fight is going to hopefully continue... Maximilian's "Psionic powers" are actually what his being is made of. The being seen is imaginary, and yes, his form changes doesn't seem to make sense. It all boils down to the fact that the only fragments of Maximilian's consciousness resides in his allies' and his enemy's consciousness. In short, the physical form of Maximilian are all in your heads. Your dimensional attack was focused on the projection you seem to have seen in front of you, but unless the attack was directed toward everybody, it would not have destroyed Maximilian. The main flaw of this entire process, is that since none of his physical forms outside the mind are real, none of his attacks are real as well. They act as deterrents to keep you from attacking the other two. Maximilian's consciousness isn't exactly frail, but keeping up the illusion using his psionic abilities breaks his consciousness further. Do you now notice why I kept trying to push the other two to attack? The major flaw in Maximillian's design is that, because his conscious lacked any energy whatsoever, it was only a matter of time before the projection would dissipate That is what I meant by non-existent. See, now that this ruse is over, I guess my run in the battle is basically over. The ruse can no longer fool you. So yes, in short, you get your cookie, Critic, but I can't technically count this as a loss, because I kinda blew the secret and just forfeited my chance of helping them huh? Btw, The clue in my last post. but as non-existent as a Faker's creation. I thought you might have caught on that his physical form was just a projection of a mental object...) |

I was counting on that! *Nathanael grabs the sword as Takeshi stabs and pulls Takeshi off of Ronin and lets the sword blow Takeshi's hand off, a trident forms in Nathanael's hands* Time to end this, Ronin. *Nathanael is blur flying past Takeshi and charging Ronin* |

I'm not... *Nathanael spins a large paper arrow on his finger, barely visible from where Ronin and Kazuma are, Nathanael takes aim with a bow* I'm returning a favor... *four barrier rings appear in front of Nathanael, the arrrow is released, the rings act as magnetic accelerators, in a moment, the arrow hits Nathanael with the trident, a blue shockwave expands outward, engulfing the entire battlefield, and obliterating every molecule in the affected area* [Its perhaps the most destructive weapon I've ever concieved. A compressed shockwave of quantum particles. The wedged particles force atomic material to seperate, meaning all affected matter is no longer matter. Since quantum particles are the smallest in known existance, the shockwave will pass through energy barriers. Note: These molecules do not go nuclear.] |

Critic i gotta hand it 2 ya...nice move Before the wave could hit him and Ronin Takeshi took out 5 jack cards and put it on the blade of his Katana and swung it and hit the shockwave sending it right back to Critic with it going twice as fast but the end result is his blade being shattered as well as his jacks deteriorated* [the jack card is a reversal card which sends the attack right back at an enemy. I knew id lose them w/o a fight if i just tossed them so i added them to the blade for a little support] Part of the new age Gendou RP veterans: Kira, Rukia, KM Revolution, Smoker, Avian, L, and Ryu. |
