Sure! First you must save the pic to your computer, then go to Tinypic.com, click browse, find the pic and open it there, then upload it, and copy the top HTML code and paste it as you would any text, then the pic should pop up!

It should be very clear, anime that is computer generated is still anime, as in the Utena movie. Computer generated would include Advent Children, Spirits within, and the like.
