Anyways.... I think those markings or whatever or original traits for their character designs. There might not even be a real explanation other the "it just is" or something.

well maybe they are already born that way, if not then when they were born they are painted with a permanent paint as a rightful member to the Inuzuka Clan I wish I can have that mark .__. EDIT hold up! Forget what I said about "permanent" here is what made me wrong:  the marks disappeared when he took a bath :0 |

@ tenryuu I got an answer there somewhat, I've edited the post above. I saw a picture of kiba taking a bath, without any paint on his cheek. They could be tattoos/henna |

About the marks: You mean like when Kankuro was being treated, and his paint came off. I was like "Oooo kay? >_>".. I couldn't believe it. So it must be like that. It has to be some kinda semi-permanent paint that is water proof, resistent to sweat, but can come off with some serious washing. Kiba always did remind me of Princess Mononoke though. They must have gotten the idea from there or vice versa. Like his mom could be a relative XDD. She looks like she could be, ne?

 all i can say about shippuuden is that it is cool, although the part where they have to get the bells from kakashi has an unexpected turn....:) ... well, wat can you say about the pic,? isn't Ino "hot" or what? and ooohhhh myyyy.. what happened to choji, he got big,,, INSTANTLY! hehehe...   |

that happens to me too .__. especially when no one is seeding. Usually seeders came from a different time zone, so either they can be online on the afternoon or at night. |

Ok so I just saw episode 16 and not much happened again. Also... that extracting technique is still going on, lol. Gai hitting his side of the face on a tree branch, a possibility of a "sand bath" in the sand village (near the end of the episode), Gaara's Death! (next episode title)... Haha... sand bath. 8X
