Umm...just wondering. I read on the Rules regarding amusic that we can just request songs that appeared on the anime. Does that mean character songs aren't allowed? Does that also apply into OST's? (Wait...I think OST's appear in anime) Anyway, I just wanted to ask if we can request character songs here (example: character songs for the anime K-On or such), since character songs didn't appear on the anime (or so do I think). Tnx. |

Lord of Lightning, to answer your questions, yes, character songs are not allowed on the site. OSTs also are not allowed. If a certain character song or OST track appear as an insert song and is credited in the credits, then it is allowed to be requested (and uploaded).  |

Sorry if it was asked before, too lazy to browse through 30 pages. Is there a way to download all tracks hosted on site as one pack (with current naming/tagging scheme) instead of downloading one-by-one with limit of 100 dls per day? Like some torrent or something? It would be really handy. |

Have you ever thought about putting your game s our making a forum app? Seeing as mobile gaming is getting more popular. I know how you feel about apple but what about android which its based on linux? I figured if you wanted to then you would have done it already, it's just one of those things that I thought about and was curious to know if you had too

| hi I'm new here so i want to ask: I just uploaded a song "takaramono" to fulfill the request but why isn't my uploaded song recognized in the download database? is it because the file name is in japanese hiragana? the mp3 tag is in alphabet though... |

@dake: Two things. 1. I post uploaded files to the download database by hand, it is not automatic. 2. While I do read hiragana, I may only search for the romaji when I add the song.

hello and good day. sorry if this is addressed elsewhere. i am aware of the terms of service stating that only one account is allowed per person. so i am guessing it is by ip address that you gauge. i am living in a university dormitory and my roommate wants her own account but we share the same ip for obvious reasons. :/ is it ok for her to make an account here, since the terms of service says sharing of accounts is not allowed? thank you in advance! |

yes you will be fine if she makes her own account. Its only against the rules when one person has multiple accounts.

Got a quick question. It's about the song AUTOMATIC SENSATION by Ryoko Shintani. The song is the opening for the show Koiken! Watashitachi Anime ni Nacchatta!. Sine this is a 12 episode mobile anime, would it still be accepted as 'anime' on Gendou? I ask cause I wish to check before uploading the song.    |

First off, your question would have been better in the music section. Second, after looking it up, it just seems like a normal anime to me. http://anidb.net/perl-bin/animedb.pl?show=anime&aid=8822 Request the song and upload it if you like, as it's an anime song, it's fine on this site.  |

question. i uploaded some music and is still pending for acceptance. one of the reason why i think its still pending is that you're probably having a hard time finding the lyrics for the song in either romaji or english (or so i say) so, how can i add some lyrics to the song i uploaded while its still pending for acceptance?. |

^ Visually speaking, I'd say no or depending on certain occasions. As long as it's not too intensive. I like how quickly it is to open this site regardless of what device you use because there's barely anything to load. Site question: Considering that this is a site for anime music, is there a chance that this site will also contain and allow downloads of original soundtracks (OST) from animes? They are also anime music so I thought it may be considered.  |

Is this site still even alive? I've uploaded many songs in the request Some even requested the soundtrack of the brand new Gekijouban Sword Art Ordinal Scale which I've uploaded but never went through any approval. |
