Rurouni Kenshin - the only problem it's that it has to many episodes only to fill, it doesn't have basicly anything important.

I don't consider Samurai Jack (while a good American cartoon) to be an anime.

Umm..*scratches head*..Samurai Champloo for me. The fighting is great plus the cursing and comedy only adds to it. Also, Samurai Deeper Kyo could also be a possibility, but I have'nt seen enought episodes.
