[Times Square | February 9th, 2010, 8:45 ] "Uh, is that enough for a fare?" Again, Sakuya tilted her head. She stared at Alessa with a strange look. "... You don't go out that often do you?" Sakuya sighed as she raised her hand and call out a taxi who happens to be nearby by yelling. Few passerby near her were startled by her yelling. As soon as the taxi stopped just in front of them, Sakuya walked to the rear door and opened it as she stood by the door just like Alessa's personal bodyguard. "After you, Alessa~" She bowed to her as she let her to enter the cab first. She has been dying to try one of this scene out of movies where the guy is being a gentleman and let the lady to enter the cab first. Unless in this case, She's not exactly a guy.. nor Alessa is her couple.  |

@All- sorry for being a late poster here... I am not familiar with the NYC's locations and stuff [Times Square | February 9th, 2010, 8:47 ] -Krys was walking along the streets, on his back a long, half foot, rectangular object, he stopped for awhile and looked at the sky- Krys: .... -then he looked around and resumed his walk- Krys: [The breeze was cold and silent.... A storm was coming] -as he stopped on the bus stopped, a bus came and he rode it and sat on a vacant seat, he was serious however his silence cu off when his cellphone rang, he picked it up- Krys: Hello... Sorry, five stores asked a a favor and those are not a real joke... Hahaha... well see ya later... "I see, but if you were running away... won't you be in trouble?" "Ummm its the large Hilton Hotel... Sorry for the trouble...", Kail looked down, pulling his scarf back over his mouth. "Hilton hotel? Wow... I didn't think that you're staying at that grand hotel.", He seems surprised. "Was that your driver?", Asked Kail. Graham smiled, "Naah, He's one of my father's men. My guardian and my late mother's cousin.", He answered. strangely, his smile was more looks like a sad smile. No wonders, he was thinking about his mother. "I promise to repay you back once we reach the hotel..." "Huh? You're still thinking about that?", Said Graham a little bit confused. He sighed and said,"Well, okay. If I refuse, that's against my own ideology to not refuse others' good deeds." He smiled and thinking how similar Kail's attitude is to his. He looked at his watched and thinking that Azuma would come soon enough. Suddenly, he heard a familiar voice calling him. It was a guy, about 7 ft. tall and has a scar on his right eye. "Bocchan! Graham Bocchan!", said the guy, waving his hand. "O-oi Azuma... I told you not to call me bocchan, I'm not a kid anymore okay?", Said Graham. He looks pissed a little. "Ah, I'm really sorry. I think I forgot about that", Azuma then scratch his head. And then he started to pat Graham's head and says, "Now that that's settled, should we go home then? your father could die of worries right now." He chuckled. "I know, chichiue is always like that even though it's just minor things.", He laughed. "Ah, but before we go home, I want us to go to Hilton Hotel first. I've promised him to take him to the hotel", He points at Kail. "Ah... One of your friend?", Asked Azuma. He then took a quick glance at Kail. "Yes, His name is Kail. He's a foreigner, you see." "Is that so? Well then, lets not waste too much time and get to the car.", Azuma opened the car's door. "Kays.", Answered Graham. He then turned toward Kail, "After you Kail.", He said. |

It was a very quiet ride there, make Kail feel a little nervous being with people he did not knew well. But Kail for some reason can understand Graham, like he was not that diffrent from himself. They then arrived to the Hilton Hotel, Azuma opened the door for the two of them and Kail and Graham got out. They headed inside the lobby while Azuma waited. Inside it was still amazing as ever. Many rich people going on about. Kail: "Thank you... I hope this did not cause much trouble for you---" Mr. Ivanov: "KAIL!" Kail: "Father!?" he said turning around. Then his father suddenly slapped him across the face. Kail placed his palm over the red cheek. His father was still furious and maybe also disappointed. The room was willed with tension and the other guest felt it. Mr. Ivanov: "I heard from Ramon you ran off. To think my own son would do such a improper thing. I would have called the authorities if you hadn't shown up just now. Go to your room once you are finished here." His father took a glance at Graham. Mr. Ivanov: "I appreciate you sending my son back. Good Night." He had then left without another word. Kail was left alone with Graham, the people had stopped staring and Ramon watching from afar. His face seemed to have been beaten too. Kail turned to Graham looking sorry and embarrassed while holding his cheek. Kail: "Sorry you had to see all that... I'm alright, its nothing bad... Its happened before when I disobey my father..." Kail looked down on the floor for a moment, then looked back up. He tried to make a happy face to cheer up the mood. Kail: "Oh yeah the reward..." he said while taking something out of his pocket. Kail: "Here's an invitation to a party here tomorrow night... please come... @ all - wow this is really moving fast o.o'' I apologize for the rather few posts. Tanya [Hilton Hotel l NYC l 9:00] Tanya and her friends found, to their disappointment that the club was not interesting for very long. They returned to their room at their Hotel just before nine o'clock. Tanya took her fancy clothes off and took a shower. She changed into the baggy tee shirt and red flannel pajama pants that she loved. She didn't care if it wasn't stylish, it was what she had been wearing to bed since Jr. High and old habits died hard. She sighed and ran her hands though her long curly blond hair. Life in NYC was an adventure. It seemed almost ashamed for her to be in her room this early, but sometime everyone needs to go to bed early. She pulled the covers back from her bed and closed the blinds over her floor to celing windows. She settled into her pillows and flipped on the TV. She sighed as a music video of her's played back at her. "Am I really that fat?" she wondered to herself. Being a superstar didn't change one's perceptions of themselves. Tanya always thought that it would but she was wrong. She flipped the channel again, but couldn't find anything to watch so she left it on MTV and turned out the lights.  |

sry for posting so late. Pram [Central Park l NYC l 9:00] Pram lies on a bench and stares the the night sky. Pram: ah! so peaceful.... He takes a deep breath, taking as much air as he could in one draw. He simply love to spend his time in the central park. he doesn't know why but it feels much better than just spending his time inside his room in dorm. Pram: wait.. He stretches his arm to the sky and started to count with his fingers Pram: ah, i can spend more time here. all assignments are done and no morning class tomorrow. He slowly closes his eyes and draw another deep breath  |

[Nadia][187 West 75th Street (Home)][Feb. 9th, 9:10 PM] After only a few minutes, Nadia was into her game. It was an older Sonic game for the Gamecube, but she still loved it. She loved almost all Sega games. From Billy Hatcher to the Sonic series to the Sakura Wars series, she loved them. She was still deep in thought as she played her game. About everything that happened today... It seemed surreal. After the fall, Nadia thought, That's when things started to get weird. It feels like... Something's gonna happen. Nadia sighed. Kotaro Kiryu [ Kotaro's room || 7PM ] It almost night day, he sitting in his room, reading a few reference book. After few minute, he closed his book and lay down on his bed, look out from his window, seeing a lively city until he decided to walk around. [ Time Squares || 7.15PM ] As he walk around at Time Squares, he saw alot of people enjoying themselves with their couple, friend, or with family. He walk around the plaza, stopping by at the shop until late night. [ Kotaro's house || 9PM ] He had a fun today, and then he went back to his house. As he arrived to his house, he knocked the door and enter. Kotaro: I'm home... Everyone? ... I think they out for a while. At least they don't bother my life... *sigh* Oh well, I'm tired and time to go for the sleep... *yaaawn* He went to his room, lying on his bed and sleep. [Back Alley somewhere in Time Square || 9:15PM] Walking around the city in the middle of the night tire him completely. "Well I think this is enough. I'm tired from all that walking. My back still hurts from sleeping on the floor...Need to drink a pain killer when I go back to sleep tonight and see her tomorrow I guess." Tor walked 4 miles around NYC (he keeps a pedometer with him everytime, for "exercise"). Supposedly, he could have walked more but his back's killing him. He decided to go home by Taxi. [Tor's Apartment || 9:30 PM] As he come into his home, Tor drank a pill to relieve his back from pain. "I hope I won't get a beating tomorrow, my back still hurts." He then went to his room, lied down to his bed and fell deeply asleep.

[Times Square | February 9th, 2010, 8:45] Sakuya tilted her head at her. She stared at Alessa with a strange look. "... You don't go out that often do you?" Sakuya read right into her. It's true this was actually her first time out in the city. Despite that, eventually Sakuya gave in and called for a cab. Opening the door, akuya politeley let her go in first, imitating the cab helpers sho'd open the door for guests when she got to go to her family's social gatherings. Alessa: "T-thank you. BUt you dont have ot treat me too special, I dont like the glamour life all to much actually." They both got into the cab, when the cab driver asked where to take them, Alessa said in a tight voice '10 West Street'. [Later, FDR Drive | 9:20 pm] The two didnt talk too much after they got in the cat. Their cat drove down along the west side of the island. Just as they passed the Brooklyn bridge, Alessa remembered her nearby school, and wondered if Sakuya might've attended it. Alessa: "Hey Sakuya, do you got to any of the schools near where you live?"   |

"I'm an orphan, didn't even know my own parents.. Hahaha, so yeah. I lived in an orphanage near china town. I didn't have the chance for a proper education, but we were fortunate that they actually taught us some school stuffs." Sakuya paused as she sighed, while trying to avoid eye contact with Alessa. "My parents.. they left me in an orphanage. I Didn't even know how they looked like... Anyway, now I live in a small apartment on West street. I work as a circus performer.. You can watch me performing if you have the time, It's no me." Sakuya showed a sad smile, it's obvious that her past isn't that pretty and she kind of wanted to forget it. She paused, and then startled as she remembered something. "A-ahh! Sorry, I dominated the whole conversation. What about you? What are you doing here? You're a British foreigner aren't you?" Sakuya looked her eyes curiously as she said that with a cheerful tone. |

"Wow... even thought My dad often bring m here, I'm still amaing at how luxury this hotel is", Said Graham inside his mind while looking around. "Thank you... [NYC, Acre Mansion (home)][Feb. 9th, 2010, 10:15 PM] He rang the bell as soon as they arrived. "Yes, who is it?", Said the voice on the interphone. "It's me.", He said toward the interphone. Then he heard some loud noises, he figured that that was his father's doing. He then went in to his house. Without any wait, he swiftly went inside his room on the 2nd floor. It's because he didn't want to get "lectured" by his dad. In his room, he then took out the invitation Kail gave to him and put it inside his desk. Usually, he studies or paly games before went to sleep. But he was too tired from all of the events happened tonight that he fell asleep as soon as he laid his bdy on the bed. |

I expected it to happen soon..." After a long silence Ramon started to guide Kail to the elevator to head up to their suite. It was getting late and tomorrow was a big day, many rich and higher up companies will be gathering at this hotel. So busy. Ramon: "You need your rest Sir, the party starts at 5 pm. We all need to get ready before then, so please sleep. This event is very important to Mr.Ivanov." Kail: "I know Ramon... I know..." Kail let out a soft sigh. Kail Ivanov [ February 9, 10 | 10:00 PM ] [ New York City | Hilton Hotel | Keil's Suite ] After getting changed Kail was already isolated in his room. It was a pretty large room, made it feel even more lonely. He walked to his big bed and crashed on top of it, thinking about the happenings of his first adventure in New York. And his first encounter with a friend. Kail: "Guess today wasn't so bad..." Now the room was dark, except for the lights from buildings and cars through the windows. Other wise it was silent. (But, I like cats... :3) [FDR Drive | 9:55 pm] ALessa almost couldn't believe her story. When Sakuya offered to let her see a show, she wanted to ask straightaway where her next performance was. At some parts of her conversation, she seemed sad, bud Alessa chose to keep listening respectfully. Sakuya: "A-ahh! Sorry, I dominated the whole conversation. What about you? What are you doing here? You're a British foreigner aren't you?" Alessa paused for a moment. It looked like she got successfully got someone to think she was a foreigner. Though, considering today was her first time out in the city, Alessa was probably in the same league as one. ???: (So? Sis, should you explain to her how you practiced speaking like someone from Britain for the past 6 years of your life?) Alessa gave and awkward smile to Sakuya. Alessa: "Well...." Just then the taxi stopped. it was right in front of Alessa's apartment building. Many wealthy buisnessmen where also going back home in the same tower. The driver told Alessa the fare came out to 45 Dollars. ???: (Oh, it's him.) A large bald man in a suit came up to the car, and opened the door in Alessa's side. He wore a menacing pair of black sunglasses. He instantly noticed Sakuya also riding with her. He spoke in a very rough and monotone voice. Man: "And who might this be?" Alessa: "Oh, Klaus! This is Sakuya Izayoi. She helped me call a cab!" Klaus put down his singlasses a little, and scanned Sakuya, as if trying to memorize her image. After a moment, he put his glasses back up. Klaus: "I see. Well, thank you Miss Izayoi, for helping her out. Now Miss Costana, please return to your room and go to sleep immediately." Alessa: "Wait a second, I should get her number at least... uh-?" Klaus almost forcefully got her out of the cab, and gently patted her back towards the apartment building. Klaus: "I'll handle the details, Mr. Costana is rather upset by the situation as it is." Alessa looked into the cab for a moment, a little hesitant to leave. She finally gave in to Klaus' orders, not without giving a friendly wave goodbye before entering the apartment. Klaus stuck his head into the car, and looked Sakuya directly in the eyes. Klaus: "I dont mean this at all as a thread, Miss Izayoi. I get the feeling you're a nice person, so please feel free to befriend Miss Costana. However, at that same note, you should be aware that the mistress is... a rather special person to her father." Klaus paused for a moment, carefully choosing the his next sentence. Klaus: "With that in mind, it's bound that she's going to have some run ins with 'bad luck' in the future. I'm sure she'll understand the situation if you choose not to see her again." Klaus then kneeled towards the driver. He mumbled in the man's ear something illegible. After that, the man nodded. Turning back to Sakuya, Klaus gave a final farewell. Klaus: "The mistress never went out into town until today. I would like to personally extend her father's sincere gratitude for bringing her home safely. Please accept us paying your cab fare as a form of thanks. And as requested, here's the number to her cellular device. Also please understand she isn't quite aware how to use it yet." Klaus handed a piece of paper with Alessa's supposed cell phone number on it, and then he closed the door to the cab. To send off the cab, he slapped on the car's trunk door. [10 West Apartment Tower Lobby | 9:59 pm] Alessa looked back at the taxi cab from the main lobby. Waiting for the service elevator to take her to her room located on the top floor. Two of her other guards clad in fine dark tuxedos where nonchalantly standing on either side of her. ???: (Klaus is probably trying to scare off your new friend.) Alessa sighed a little. Alessa: (It cant be helped I guess. I wonder if Klaus even gave her my number?) Alessa smiled to herself. Klaus was really good at scaring people off, but it was his job, in a way. Eventually word will get out that a Costana daughter is freely running around New York City, which Klaus said might make her a target for kidnapping. ???: (Well, maybe we'll run into her again.) Alessa: (I hope so too. She does seem like a real dandy person. I hope we run into one another again some day.) Just as the cab started to drive off, the Elevator opened. When Alessa got back into her suite, she fell asleep on the floor, since all of her furniture was to be delivered tomorrow. |

[Cab | 9.55 PM] At a glance, Sakuya showed an emotionless face as if she's quite scared by the intimidating appearance of Alessa's presumably bodyguard. However, it seems what happened just now gave her quite the opposite effect. Finally, after the cab started heading towards Sakuya's place she shouted in excitement. "UWAHHHH! That was some bodyguard wasn't it??! So COOL! It's like in the movies, in the rich girl's mansion there are a lots of bodyguards. But, wait.. does that mean Alessa is an important person?" Sakuya tried to think for a second as her carefree face turned into that of serious look. However, that didnt last long since she's the type that doesn't want to think that hard. "Ah, whatever.. It's not like anything important anyway. Plus.. I.. Gotta.. tell.. Alessa.. that I got her contact number... already. There.. all sent" Sakuya Reached to her pocket and took out a clamshell type of cellphone. She typed the message on the phone as she mumbled the message just now earlier. Well, the point of the message is just to let Alessa know that She already got her phone number. "Hope that she gets this one." Along with the last sentence, Sakuya put her cellphone back to her pocket as the cab slowly approached a small apartment in contrast with Alessa's Accommodation. Sakuya gave a smile to the driver as she walked out from the cab and walked towards the apartment. [Room 503 - Sakuya's Apartment | 10:00 PM] Sakuya put the key as she unlocked the door to her small apartment. Well, it's small alright as the bedroom, livingroom, diningroom, and kitchen are all merged. Just right at the corner there is a door leading to a small bathroom. Sakuya changed her clothes into a very thin t-shirt as she opened the fridge. She took out a pack of milk and poured it on a glass. Somehow she's feeling rather tired for the day as she drank the milk in one chug and fall on the bed, trying to think nothing but to call it a day and to go to sleep. |

Tanya [Her hotel room l 9:55pm] Tanya switched off the TV, settled back in the pillows and closed her eyes. Sleep found her easily, and she drifted off into dream world. In a strange place between sleep and consciousness, she thought about the girl she had met on the streets earlier, and she couldn't help but think that girl would hold more importance, than just a short meeting in the street. For once, in her meeting of some many poeople, Tanya was sincere in the idea that she would be seeing Nadia again. With that thought she drifted off to sleep like a baby. |

OOC: Okay everyone i'm going to start the dream so we can get this rp going! if your character isn't already asleep, please have them go to bed. [Hiroki Nagasa][???Somewhere in Manhattan???/ 10 PM] "Ahh..." Hioki said, "Looks like they're all finally asleep. Or just about." As he stood looking out of his apartment window, he opened his hand. Out of it shot out about twenty different colored orbs of light. He then fell back onto his bed, and was fast asleep. [Hiroki Nagasa][Dreamworld/ Time Unknown] "Alright," Hiroki said, "Is everyone here?" He looked at all of the candidates around the pitch black space of Dreamworld. This was just the land where dreams resided. A neutral space. Which was where the game always started. Hiroki was in this space himself, but that was a long time ago. He waited for all of them to eventually enter this world (they became more and more into it the deeper they fell asleep) and realize that he was the one conducting the show here, in his Protector form. When they were all here, he continued. "Well, at least it seems like everyone's here," Hiroki continued, "And no, you are not awake. Still in a dream. My dream. A unison dream. To meet all of the other candidates, which shall soon become either your partners or your rivals. And to start the game to determine which one of you will become the Protector." He then smiled at the candidates. "Now, any questions?" He asked cheerfully. He wanted to make sure they were at least on the same page before he proceeded to explain the game. A contest really, Hiroki thought, I wonder why everyone has called it a game? But no matter. Explaining the game might be hard to them. It would be hard for them to adjust to this new concept. But they seem like a hearty bunch. I'm almost positive they can handle it. |

Tanya [Inside the Dream World] Tanya looked around and immediately spotted the girl from earlier. She was in a dream, the old man had said it himself, how was she supposed to believe the things he was saying, if it was just a figment of her unconscious mind? "What kind of game" she wondered silently to herself, "I'm sure he will explain in due time." She looked at the younger girl that she had met on the streets earlier that night. Then at all the other people. "Most of them are so young," she continued inside her mind, "to be talking about rivals to people this young seems dangerous." she gave a perplexed frown and crossed her arms across her chest waiting for the old man to continue. |
