Omg i just LOVE this anime already. Its quickly becoming one of my faves! @miko: uwah! really only 13 eps?! Dx *cries* its worth so much more though! hehe. I love all the characters in it. MOE!! <3 And after watching mio i just had to pick up my bass and play! I adore the opening and closing songs! Especially the closing, i love the clothes they wear in the ending video too. So cool!! ^-^  |

Episode 3... Oh cuuuuute! I can't help but grin throughout the episode. Yui getting distracted from studying then playing the guitar with that smirk on her face, that made me giggle... And her discovery of the X chord... I lol'd XD And now ritsu acts more and more like miu from ichigo mashimaro, or kana from minamike... And that is awesome. Good episode... I hope it'll just get better with the jokes |

If they're mum is called something like Yue I'll actually laugh my as off. And Tatsuya, imagine that! If they had another sister, Yui, Ui, and I. Lol. XD KyoAni do indeed rock. What? There's going to be a PV for the OP? dLed the OP (off of here, couldn't find it directly), and the full song is nice. The TV Sized version is perfect though, but I expected the transition to result that way, but wow, just heard a nice part of the full OP and yeah, it's gonna be perfect sorta. Haha, I'm loving Toyosaki Aki more and more (and always picture Najimi in my head).

I got the full versions from good ol' Nipponsei. It's cool 'cos in the Cagayake Girls song, they do a little bit in the middle of it where they shout out the girls' names and do a little solo. It's brilliant :D There's now a club on Myanimelist for "Ritsu's sexy forehead". Must say, I'm a proud member xD.

I also got the OP and ED from good ol' Nipponsei XD Not to discredit the very nice people who uploaded the songs to gendou.. but of late the songs I got from here have some weird recompressing. If you look at the file details under windows, a lot of the songs have a bitrate of 320 (max for mp3s, cd-like quality). But it doesn't sound like it, and it rarely is. Try using another music software to check it and it's more like 160 bit. Maybe I'm just a bit too particular with my music.. But i digress.. after listening to the full versions of both songs, I must say that I've gone over to the OP fence, so to speak. It's just too catchy and cute >_< @Kirky Yeah I heard that part too, where they're shouting the girls' names.. and those are the actual seiyuu voices too, no mistaking it. It goes: Ritsu: Oooo.. Yui! (*guitar solo*) Yui: Mugi! (*keyboard*) Mugi: Mio! (*bass*) Mio: Riiitsu! (*drums*) All: Sei no! On a side note: This was found on the Fender.Jp staff diary/blog, translated here.. Wow! “K-ON!†is awesome. Sakurakou Keionbu looks like hot stuff. What’s more, the bass player Mio-chan is using quite a vintage jazz bass (the 62 JAZZ BASS), and she’s a lefty as well… it’s so moe. I predict a break [?]. Adios!

Hehe, I wish there would be more than 13 episodes, but then again I guess it's because the manga is only 2 volumes so far. And the 2nd volume just came out this year. :O The music from K-ON! is awesome though, so awesome that I went and bought the CDs~ :D |

@BK. I love that bit with the girls shouting and solo-ing. :D:D I've had a few quality issues with some of the songs I've downloaded from here though :/. Nipponsei is the bomb yo. K-ON will never end! Long live the moéééé. *Goes to listen to full opening* /fangirlin'.

Nice, and also there's a poll on a random forum about two of my lovelies Mio(k-on) vs. Misaki(hatsukoi limited) and Mio winning by like 50% xD I'm more for Mio of course, but who can resist Misaki after reading the manga. ♥ |

@Chiisai OMG, you put us all downloaders to shame >_< Other than getting it online from CDJapan or similar sites, I don't see how I can get the CDs from my local anime store. They do have anime music OSTs but for a spanking new anime like K-on? I doubt it. I see you have some knowledge of the manga. By the rate it's progressing, will these 13 eps cover just the 1st volume then? Or should we expect to see minor spoiler sometime soon? @Kirky Yeah, the melodic bass lines of the OP really gets to me. I wanna play like that too! >_<; @Miko XD I see you've got the gnunu (gununu?) of the K-on girls on your siggie. XD Random info If anyone's wondering what the girls are singing at the end of the OP, where it seems they're going crazy looping the words, they're actually singing.. d00d seriously, Ricchan is my favourite. But Mio in the maid garb with the "kyuun" = =^_________^= Moe moe. As they said. Ricchan's forehead was exceptionally sexy in this episode;  I really can't get enough of the music. This was a cute little episode. When Ui woke Yui up her bed hair put any bed hair ever to shame. It was intense. Looking forward to the next episode.
