Episode 7 was win. Ami in a cute swimsuit and that hairstyle (forget what it's called) was made of win, completely. :P I had no idea I never saw 7 and 8, so I had to dL them right now. I haven't seen 8 yet, but it's still dLing and I'll probably see it tomorrow or whenever. Anyways, the episode was pretty cute, as always. Taiga is especially cute in this episode. Actually, she's always cute when she's embarrassed to talk about things she struggles at or doesn't feel comfortable discussing about. For some reason, she's free to express them to Ryuuji, but he's looked upon as a big brother in this episode, well, that's what I thought. Still not sure if anything more will happen between them, but at this moment it just seems like a sister/brother type thing, though Taiga's really taking advantage of him most of the time but Ryuuji's too caring and a nice guy to maybe care, instead of realizing. He's smarter than that. Taiga's still falling for Kitamura, but Ryuuji seems to have backed off Minori in this episode. Ami's still her usual, evil, manipulative, conceited way, always bullying Taiga. /awwww~~~ =^__________^= The sound effect near the end of the episode where Ryuuji pulled Taiga under the pool was simply histarical. :P [EDIT] Episode 8 was the best! Funny moments and an awesome ending! Speaking of the devil, the end proves something else, but we'll see on how this carries on. There's a scene where Minori looks like she's on drugs or something, that was pretty funny. Ryuuji's mom falling asleep on his leg, I thought that was cute. She's a pretty loving, cute, drunk mom though. XD The ending was the best part of the episode though, no doubt about it. Reminds me of a good Shana/Yuji moment, or something similar. I loved it. Episode nine, I just saw now, was another good episode. I love going on trips with anime; there's always fun moments and stuff like that. You see a sensitive side of Minori in this episode which I thought was lovable. Her and Ryuuji had that moment together, but it appears that she's not interested in anyone right now. I loved the Curry Dinner scene. It's like they were all suffocating on it but Minori thanked for the food, lol! There's five people in that Villa, but it appears Ami's looking for her special moment, too. We see more of a relationship develop now between Taiga and Ryuuji. I'm curious to see if it'll lead to something else. ------- |

toradora is really good in that it has plenty of character development and you can really see the characters grow and change as the series progresses. this is especially fitting considering they are high school students. it's really fun to follow them through happy and sad moments, good and bad times. it's really different from any other anime i've watched, and i love it. |

Episode 19 has to be one of the best thus far. The Christmas IN song is friggin' AWESOME! I have to check to see when it's available! This has to be one of my favorite roles from Kugimiya Rie. Now it's time for Ryuuji x Taiga to shine, hopefully. Speaking of the OP, it's fun how they mixed the artist from the first OP/ED to the OP/ED of the second chosen OP/ED. The music for this anime just gets better. Currently, I think I prefer the second ED rather than the second OP, which isn't bad, but ORANGE is so catchy. Episode 20 was fun to watch and I'm glad things are sort of back to normal. It's fun seeing Minorin acting all crazy again. The Shiritori scene at the end was hilarious, especially when Minorin went. XD! I thought the way they showed how Ryuuji got seriously ill at the beginning was irrelevant. I wanted to focus more on that, kind of like when he was unconscious earlier in the series in the pool and Taiga was there. Something like that which had sparks was more fun to watch, but that's just me I suppose. Episode 21 was so confrontational, though I loved it. The ending scene was win! ------- |

Episode 23 is very dramatic, but totally sugoi desu ne! I love the romance in this anime, because it's not obvious romance you see in romance/love animes. The love is not blatant, it takes careful thinking to see who likes who. Best scene was the classroom scene when Taiga handed out the homemade chocolates to everyone, then she thanked Kitamura for saving her at the trip, when it was really Ryuuji. Minorin's reaction was very dramatic, as she realized what Ryuuji had done, but the best part was when Taiga tried to run away and Kitamura and Ami blocked the doors. I love these moments in the anime because it really grabs your heart and brings you into what's going on. Toradora has to be one of the best titles currently airing, and it's been totally consistent since episode 1 with storyline, comedy, artwork/animation, just everything. ------- |

The seiyu cast of this anime is epic, especially during very intimate, emotional moments. Never expected to see not one, but two fights in this series, and they were shweet! XD I know Kugimiya Rie is the main star seiyu here, but the seiyu for Minorin is damn good! ------- |

@DA-san: no surprise tho, Yui Horie is actually been is seiyu business longer than Rie Kugimiya. The combination of these seiyuu surely leave big impact in Toradora especially both seiyu been voicing tsundere char a lot.

Yes, agreed. Pretty much all of these seiyus are good and compliment each other quite well. I call it perfect. There are a lot of other notable side role character seiyus as well, such as Ai Nanaka, Tanaka Rie, and Asumi Kana, who's relatively new, but I loved Yukari-chan in Sekirei, as well as other roles she did for pretty recent anime. Also the fact that mostly all of these female seiyus, are also pop singers/idols, who sing the OP/ED themes, as well as INs. I loved Holy Night, I want to hear the full version, regardless of it being Christmas time or not (Spring starts this Friday?). ------- |

this month is all about Clannad, but i'd say Toradora is one hell of masterpiece as well after watching the last episode i can't predict what will happen anymore, this kind of development are exactly what i been looking for in anime series.

Too bad JC staff didn't follow much of the final volume of Toradora light novel. The scenes were hurried and there are some missing important parts. :/ It the ep was still good though. |

Zomg, episode 24 was so friggin' good. The latest episodes have been so dramatic, the drama has been intense, but good! I'm glad this isn't the last episode, though watching the end of 24, it seemed like it, though if it did end that way, things were left unanswered and whatnot. [@Raizo] I think Toradora might be a bit under appreciated, because it should be insanely popular. Clannad is darn good, no doubt about that, but Toradora, in general for titles airing currently, has been one of the most consistent anime to air, everything just gets better, it's an pretty darn good anime with an amazing seiyu cast. ------- |

@DA-san: well among japanese viewer Toradora is not under appreciated at all, i have seen many news about Toradora, mainly because the queen of tsundere(Rie Kugimiya) is voicing Taiga, the studio JCstaff are known for producing shakugan no shana and zero no tsukaima with 2 tsundere char which resemble each other and Taiga a lot and in the end Taiga got the no 1 tsundere heroin title xD it might be under apreciated from viewer outside japan but heck the same goes with Clannad, action anime is more well received compare to drama series. if u have nico2 acount here is a toradora MAD ã€ãƒ‹ã‚³ãƒ‹ã‚³å‹•ç”»ã€‘åŠ‡å ´ç‰ˆToraDora -DEEP LOVE- ã€ã‚»ãƒªãƒ•Ver.】
