~I-241 (That Afternoon)~ Kaiuu: *lets her cell phone peek out of her pocket to look at the time, 2;40 and it's amost the end of the day, she looks at the teacher as the classroom starts to do some early packing away to rush out the classroom* Miss Aoko, do we have any homework? Aoko: *Finished writing something about Captain's duty on the board* Ah yes.. For your homework, you'll be doing an essay about "What rank do you want to be and why" *The whole class protest loudly* This homework will be 5% of your total mark for this semester, so if you dont do it you lost a quite big chunk of mark there. Renma: *Finished writing on his notebook* okay, so that's the homework... Okay then. Think Im gonna do for a sergeant.. being the leader just doesn't suits me... Aoko: And that's it.. Class dismissed.. *Staring at Renma for a short while, as if signalling him for something, then she left the class* Renma: *Looking dumbfounded, he stand there, waiting for Aoko to leave the classroom first* That was quite a lesson.. ~Tabatha Academy, Front~ Kaiuu: Ouu~! Lets go and give the grand tour of the town to the newcomer! Pierre: Dont yell it out loud! Shianne: We're off! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Along with Conlin, we when around town. The town is arranged like this; Everything rests on a large delta, and is surrounded all around almost like a moat around a castle. far north, where we started is where Tabatha Academy is located. Almost strategically placed at the highest point on the delta where one can see everything. Though, in honest truth, it's height is only dominant to all else in the delta area. Once apon a time, there was large river that flowed through the valley. the river was damned up by some of the first settlers of the area. Today, a modern hydroelectric dam exists, which is the only reason a town like this can even exist. But now, back to the town itself. Tabatha was promptly named after the valley, and stream that it now inhabits. Shianne told me that Tabatha Academy was originally a mission, that was used as a base to convert the natives whom lived in the area. It was built a few years after the first Tabatha Dam was built. Geez, they certainly chose a pretty dangerous spot to put it. The town is layed out like this: there's a string of mom and pop stores and shops at the center of town. Everybody's homes surround it. The only two really notable landmarks are the Academy, Town Hall, and Church. in other words, this is one of the places where you have to wait a month after a new game is released to get it at the local gAme-stAtion. After that, there's the forests that surround the town. and the Twin bridges that lead out of the town. Without them, the only way out of town is with a boat. It was already getting dark when we finally made it to the Commecial Center, or as the folks call it: "The Plaza" ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~That Evening, The Plaza~ Shianne: *waves her arms into the air* This is the plaza Pierre! Pierre: Yeah... how nice. Furuko: Pierre-kun, you should be more enthusiastic about this. The plaze is where everything happens in the town! Pierre: *Looks at Furuko* What, is Nihon a lot more boring? Furuko: Well... if you came from as far up north as I did.... Shianne: Well, what do you wanna see Pierre? Pierre: Uh... you can decide. *Shiane looked at Colin* Shianne: Is there someplace you'd like to go to?   |

Cafe Chocolate. Solely owned by Naga, this cafe operates after he has done teaching at the academy. On weekends, it opens from 8am and is a bit more crowded than weekdays. The cafe regulars mainly consists of academy students and fellow shop owners. Naga: *wiping tables* Yosh, that should do it... *yells at Sora* Sora..! Open up the cafe, please..! Sora: *lifts the iron bars* Haihai~~! Sora lifts the iron bars that protected the cafe's front door and turned the placate from CLOSED to OPEN. Now, Cafe Chocolate is open and awaiting customers. Who will be their first customer today? Sora: *notices people from afar* Are...? That's Tetsubasa right? And with a bunch of other academy students? Wonder if they'll stop by...

Karuzo: Calm down girl... -then the two parked the bike and went inside, then the girl rushed at the display stand saw observed- Rilyana: Woooh..... Haha... sorry for being slow on updates.... guess I have trhe same "school related" things going on too. ~The plaza, That evening~ Shianne: ...uh? Alina: Looks to the town hall's clocktower* it's... a bit after 8. I bet the Chocolate is open. Pierre: is that a cafe? Shianne: Yep! Nice guess! Furuko: Nice place as any to go. Well, why dont we figure out where to go next there? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ As we walked to the chocolate, I couldnt help but notice a girl nearby standing by the sidewalk. I bet she was nervus.. consideirng how nervous she looked, I guess she was waiting on a date of some sort. Though seriously, who would wear their uniform on a date? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Alina: *tugs on Pierre's shirt* Pierre. Pierre: *looks at Alina* Huh? ~Tabatha Village Church~ Fuu: sorry about blabbering like that, hahaha I tend to talk a lot when something peaks my interest hahaha by the way im Fuu..and *looks at the priest again* your the resident priest right? Ademius: *rubbing his head* ...no, actually. I'm Ademius Pepperstien, the Principal of the local academy near the town. I was just helping father Krelin with some things whilst he was out doing errands. Fuu: Oh! im sorry, i just assumed you were a priest, judging from your clothes and the way you talk *bonks her head with her hand and laughs* anyway its nice to meet you Mr.Pepperstien I'll be on my way then...thank you *Fuu left the church and continued to explore the town before heading for the Walsh's residence* after school,Ethan headed straight back home to rest ~Ethan's Home~ Mrs.Walsh: good your home, Your father's assistant is suppose to arrive today you better tidy up Ethan: dad's assistant? i see...tidy up? Mrs.Walsh: yes..that means no messing up my kitchen... that evening Mrs.Walsh: that's strange..she hasn't arrive yet..she must have gotten lost or something...Ethan would you be a dear and fetch her? Ethan: uh, ok but how can i fetch someone i have not seen before Mr.Walsh:...and you call yourself an academy student...We hardly get any visitors in town do we? I'm sure you'll know if its her or not..plus here's a clue for you..according from my friend she wears glasses and is a bit oriental..that's should do right? She's very elegant and lady-like in the academy.. Yet, somehow she's like different person outside the academy.. To think that I have live with her for quite a while.. It's kinda long story though. But to sum it all up, I saved her out from a big problem and she's sticking with me like a glue. *sigh* Her antics is kinda childish though...Oh well, that's expected for a rich girl. ------------- Ryuna: "Err, can we go to Na-chan's cafe?" But it is kinda unbelievable that Naga-sensei is The Pride of Tabatha since his antics is kinda crazy. And the girl beside him is Sora, I guess. tabatha-PLAZA -early evening- Fuu explored the town and she quickly realized that half a day was enough to explore the "vital" parts of town.. the only thing left to explore was the academy Fuu: that's it..this town..is..boring..*takes a seat at the plaza...i guess its getting late..I really should head over to the Walsh's house..but...*sniffs the air* after a quick cup of coffee... she stood up and searched the area for the source of the aroma... Fuu: ah ha! there it is... Cafe Chocolate~ Fuu glanced around the shop... Fuu:*in thought* just your typical coffee shop...guess this is where the academy kids hang out...ah a fellow Ninhongo...*takes a sniff* ah the smell of good coffee...enough blabbing..time to get a cup! Fuu took a seat and waved around the waiter tabatha-PLAZA -early evening- Ethan took his bike and headed straight to the Plaza.. Ethan: she's bound to be here..i mean this is the only active part of town at night.... he glanced around and a girl in a coffee shop suddenly grabbed his attention... Ethan: a foreigner with glasses...how obvious can you get... he mumbled and headed towards the girl Fuu: ah its about time, uh let see, i'll have a cup of mocha latte and a strawberry cake.. and..uh..can you hand me a menu please? Ethan: a menu? what? Fuu: a menu, you know the list of food and drinks you offered? c'mon, your a waiter for pete's sake Ethan: uh..i dont have one..and Im not taking your order...because im not a waiter and im here to get you Fuu: huh? Ethan: Im Ethan Walsh, the son of Henry Walsh..your employer Fuu:ahhh..oh sorry!*bows down* i was about to head there when i smelled the coffee... Ethan: i see..well the Cafe Chocolate is famous for their delicious lattes...*sits and raises his hand* hey Naga! 2 mocha lattes and one strawberry cake please! |

Sora: *smiles* It seems like it'll be another busy night for us... Makoto: *takes a seat and looks at Naga-sensei* Yo sensei! What do you have here? Naga: *prepares a dish* The usual... Cakes, coffees, and my cocktail creation, but I can also cook some chinese food if you want it! Shianne: Sora! Can you just get us the special of the day? We brought Pierre along too! Sora: *opens the cabinet* Special of the day, super layer cake, coming right up! Ethan: hey Naga! 2 mocha lattes and one strawberry cake please! Naga: *opens the fridge* Right away sir! Karuzo: two chocolate mousse and two parfait please... Naga: *rushes* Sir, yes sir! *looks at Rilyana* .......... *grins* Hey, Karuzo-kun, I believe I've never seen her before... Who's that cutie? The waiter is one of her student, she knows him cause she's teaching his class. As soon as Renma seen his order, he eat in that instant, leaving Aoko sipping her coffee silently while staring outside the window, wondering about her unfinished sentence earlier. Renma: *While his mouth is full, eating parfait* Hey, oneesan.. What was it you're trying to say anyway? Aoko: Nothing... Never mind.. Finish that already. Remember that you have an assignment due tomorrow. If you have bad grades this semester I Will have you to do those extra trainings again. Renma: *Choked and coughing* Hey hey, oneesan.. Let's not go that far, shall we? Renma recall all of his hellish months, few months ago he was trained by his sister, using her so called Extra training method. Well, to his consciousness, His neesan's training is hell already, let alone an extra dosage of it which makes it worst than any hell. Heck, Renma will gladly choose going to hell back and forth rather than facing the extra training for the 2nd time. Pierre: *scratches the back of his head* Well, to be honest, where I lived would be more like "Suburbs in Development". It's was just really developing when we moved out. But... I'd say that in comparison, most everything there wasnt more than 3 years old. Shianne: W-wow~! Furuko: Considering most buildings around here arent much younger than 120 years... It's a pretty stark difference. Alina: *looks at furuko* But you're used that idea, right? Didnt you come from Akkaido? Furuko: Yes... though, the snow isnt as bad as it was where I lived. oh, if I recall, you said you where born in the city too. Shianne: *eyes shine* r-really!? Alina: Well... be definition, yes. Sure there where enough to keep somone occupied each weekend. but, tabatha has it's perks too. not crowded, not puluted, beutiful scenery, maybe except for the hydroelectric dam. Pierre: Oh, that Dam. It's the one that's automated, right? Alina: Yep. The only one of it's kind. Though, they dont really take care of making it look all too nice... Shianne: Oh-! Hey, do you guys wanna know a really interesting story behind that dam? Pierre: what? Does it have to do with Oyoshi-samas? Furuko: Shhh~! Dont ruin it! Shianne: Well, not exactly. More like a conspiricy theory. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ shianne managed to drag on her explination with her wording, but it basically whent like this: Years ago, there existed a town that would now lie in Kassan Lake, a large artificial lake created when the Dam was built. The town was a camp used by refugees during the Nihongo Civil War. That, was back when the USSR was still a superpower. Shianne said that the camp eventually developed into a town. quite like Tabatha. The dam at the time was small, so it didnt pose a threat to flooding the refugees. But, over a single month, the massive Tabatha Dam was built to replace the old earthen dam, and consequently flooded the valley behind it. Though, the refugees had more than enough time to escape the rising water, there isnt any record of what happened to them. Not suprisingly, there isnt any record of the government issueing any kind of warning or eviction notice to the refugees. though, it's not like we have any kind of records about it readily availible. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ .... Shianne: Ah-! Dont you think it's scary?! Pierre: *sighs* Well, it's got that mystery thing to it... Alina: *looks at Furuko* Well, wouldnt you feel some resentment towards us then? Furuko: Nah... the government has their own mind about things. All I can say is that it's very unfortunate for them. Blame should go to the ones who comitted it. Pierre: *finishes the last of his cake* Who knows, maybe they got taken to another refugee camp or something. They might be here and we dont even know it. Shianne: *looks down on the table* ...that's the worst thing possible. Alina: *scratches her head* Ahhh... these conspiricy theories are going to ruin my report. *Sighs* Well... Furuko: *takes putd down the pay onthe table* Sensei, Sora-chan, eh, I have the pay here. *Furuko waits on getting her change* |
