Hey Gendou! It's been a while since I last came here.. @ Kanetsuki: Good job for a first time recording....I suggest working on pitch and develop more power into your singing. You sound quite weak when you sing. Also, since this is your first time recording, keep practicing so that you'll feel more comfortable singing with mic or hearing yourself when you record. Keep it up ^___^ @ Mini: And to the rest who posted their original songs....O_O you guys were all AWESOME! Wonderful job! I enjoyed listening to them! *clap clap clap* YAY for the new posts!!!! I want to post my highest quality recording here, but I need to wait until after my group in Gendou Idol is announced for voting and such. I'm happy with the quality of the cover I submitted, but I can't wait to get the feedback from my fellow gendouians. I especially hope that Pame will at some point have time to review my stuff, since I trust her musical opinion very much. :D Kanetsuki: You need to realize that your microphone is not scary. I know that recording can be a nerve-wracking experience, but if you keep practicing, you'll get better at recording. Also, I would try and get more information on vocal technique. You sing through your nose and sing breathily, so I can tell you haven't got the best breath support. Just learn and practice and you'll be surprised at the difference in your voice. I can't say you'll come out of it sounding like an opera star or pop star, because I can't really judge what you're capable of at the moment. Your voice is undeveloped, so I can't really judge your full potential yet. I hope this doesn't come out too harshly or hurt your feelings, because that is not all my intention. I just want to give you the best advice possible so that you can improve your vocal technique in general and the specific areas that I mentioned. Best of luck! |

@s375wb: I agree with Shanta, it really wasn't bad. You have a nice low voice. Just keep practicing. You definitely have potential. I have something to contribute. It's Love Chronicle from Full Moon wo Sagashite I used the piano version. I wish it was longer but it's still pretty^^   |

@ s375wb: honestly, the only training i've ever had is singing in my car while i'm driving (not the safest thing in the world and I DO NOT recommend it to anyone). I've been barely competing in Karaoke Contests this past year. I just started posting covers this past year. I sing cause it makes me happy and helps me forget about my troubles. Singing brings so much joy to my life, I can't imagine it any other way. My suggestion, just practice everyday. If you wanna sing, then SING! Practice makes perfect so just keep practicing. |
