[@Ki-run] Maybe it's your monitor? I found this out before with past monitors. I use a flat screen LCD HD monitor with a high resolution. And how does it look weird? Is it distorted? :O The club won't ever die. miko's a god friend of mine so I won't like, attack her fake-ism trend of logos. Plus the idea is from the original Haruhiism, so in ways they're like our underclassmen? We're the upperclassmen. The senpais. XD How many kbps do you get? Mines how it is with DSL, but my friends' connection in his dorms is like, 4-5 megs. I was like, sweet! Yeah, I recently been getting pop-ups and after sweeping, finding viruses that are threatening in areas. I've done two system restores, just to move back a week or so to avoid anything that might lead into something worst. Doing a malware sweep now and nothing, but yeah I'm worried. I don't want to have yet another clean-out like before. I gotta be a bit more careful now. Definitely when I get my laptop, I'm only dLing anime and music. I'm going to do that with my PC from now on, too. MSN? Like, spam e-mails? I don't even log into my e-mails really, they're all crap. I rarely sign onto MSN, too, only because since I got my new contact I haven't really added anyone. I use AIM a bit more, since people don't ever text me these days and it sucks... Do you know about the Golden Age Era? It was quite a period of the elite posters indeed. I even helped make it bigger. Joining other RPS, making my own, making some with other people. And yeah, I forget when I left. It was when 'x' members of a group I won't say eventually left Gendou.com. Obviously, everyone else who was involved in the RPs and whatnot, also left and I eventually had to go on a hiatus. When I came back I was pretty much welcomed and missed, and it felt great. I feel bad cause I lost some REALLY awesome friends back then, like FA for one. :( Now I'm really the only Golden Age Era "soldier" left and I'm still going strong today and I like Gendou.com today. It's more organized, though I make sure no n00bs f' it up, an easier pace to follow, and it feels like after the storm passed. Trust me, I don't think anyone except for a few, would survive the days back in the Golden Age Era. The RPs back then were way better, too, now all the RPs here die within a week when they're made. Some days.

@All~ So my sister and dad came back from Taiwan yesterday. My dad didn't buy me anything, but my sister did. She kinda got yelled at for it though. Though I was hoping for like multiple small figures. I got 1 large figure, a key chain, and a Newtype magazine, which I can't read. D: lol I should supply a picture when I get the chance. :3 @DA~ My school never had that. Teachers would tell us when we had tests or quizzes. Never pushed them back. Only that one teacher would do that just to support the school and sports. I think she was yelled at once, for actually not giving a passing grade on their test. I thought it was stupid. She didn't deserve to be yelled at for not passing them. It was their own fault for not being prepared for it. :\ If I talk to girls I just met in real life, I kinda choke up. Very quiet. But for online, I am able to be myself. Its like a weird first impression thing, I guess. @Onii-chan~ Fine, I take baby steps. ;_; lol Any mode with Extreme, Maniac, or Nightmare Mode, I won't touch those modes. Single player mode, Extreme mode on that final fantasy game is rather hard. Too much running around avoiding magic rings and groups of enemies. Library is good now. Home is still chopped up like badly. It use to work around 9:oo PM sometimes on weekends, but now thats stopped. :\ @Adel~ Well... for the past year now... they don't get along that well. He's always complaining about my sister, and my mom is always complaining about his daughter. And while my mom confronts my sister about the complaint, he doesn't talk to his daughter about it. It's basically daddy's spoiled daughter. :\ I highly doubt they will be getting married. My mom has stated that she is tempted to break this off and move out of the house. Probably get an apartment or something. I don't think change is impossible. But it also depends on the circumstances. I can try to change some of the things I do but it will still take time. If I like the change, I will stick with it, if not, I will revert back. Well.. I find Paint easy to use. I envy the people who know how and use Gimp and Photoshop. And.. lol OK, I accept the props then. :3   |

Yeah dude I hate to say it, not out of disrespect, but she failed as a teacher. How many years was she teaching there? Or wait, was she just a substitute? If you let a class bully you around, you've failed at your position. Happens, but it only happened with a few girls. I mean I'm used to hanging out with girls more than guys actually, so I guess I have a natural feel to the first time meeting them thing? ;P lol, you need to get out more and explore the world. ^_~`

@DA: I was lurking and im glad i did...good history lesson about the golden days. Back when i joined gendou i went right into the RP scene and my goodness did we have some good rp'ers. My main Character in most rp's was Kazuma the legend killer and i made sorta a name for myself by beating 1 of the three legendary rp'ers in gendou. Back then RP's had style and potential but now ive taken a break and all my rp buddies (Ruki, avian, smoker, and even adel) have left the rp scene or gone dark. Good days... @adeirin O_O i see... don't be dissapointed...i mean, you're doing all you can...right? @dangel hmmm i use laptop monitor so i guess, LCD? lol naaw, it's just look like...there's some spots on her forehead...XD underclassmen and upperclassmen relationship eh...XDDD it says everytime i connect (the one on the taskbar) 7.2Mbps, lies though... even at the time i'm typing this, it goes to 0 once in every few minutes ._. i see, must be hard @_@ hope everything's ok for ya. i guess the best is to dl only from trusted places...XD not spam emails, i only get them on Yahoo Mail since i register to sites using that emial...XD they're pop-ups, telling me to click on a link...and the sender=my friends...annoying, i once thought it was real :/ people almost never text me...XD lol yeah, i was only lurking back then, since i lived in the *prison* which prevents me from joining and downloading and such :/ i only entered when i got outta there...and having my own connection XD i see :/ that must be hard...but you guys still contact each other right? haha you're one awesome soldier XP i doubt there's anyone who could catch up to your posts O_O lol true...XD but i guess it's better this way...i actually get so slow in typing in forums nowadays, maybe tiredness and busyness...XD and not to mention not much time... @mei lol, good luck XD don't give in...fight the temptation~! lol yeah, better stick to normal...xD i mean, we're playing game for fun, not getting us frustrated over games...haha i see, maybe the person used the net around that time now?  |

[@kiralight] lol, woah, when was the last time you were here? XD The GC back in the day was more fun. These days, they're boring and they die quickly. I was saddened to see how Critic's Bar turned out when I came back. It was totally better when I was an active 'regular' there, but I'm glad it officially closed down. I never really did anything in RPs, I mostly would travel in style, lol. I never really fought, or met anyone, I'd talk to my own characters. The most fun RPs were the ones like Critic's Bar, without story lines and whatnot. I did participate in a few big ones (that have also officially closed), but yeah, the old days... Posts back then were way too unorganized and quick. An adrenaline rush, literally almost 24/7. No member now who never had that type of rush could handle it. It'd be too much, especially during school days and whatnot. Although it's blacklisted, I was banned for posting over 100. A record set which will never be broken. [@Ki-run] Spots? Hmmm, must be the shadows from the artwork. I'm not sure though. Here's how I tell, just like, dL a song or something and tell me the 'KB/sec'. That's the real speed really. I never get that speed on the task bar, at all. Guess I never really learned about it anyways, but whatever. It just sucks cause these programs are supposed to block them without question. Depending if I bring my PC with me to college, with my future laptop, I gotta take care of it even more. The "prison", eh? Interesting... and who, me and FA? No, not really. :/ We were really close back then, really close, but I haven't talked to her since she left here. :/ Well there's going to be more people in the 10K club. I'm sure one day, who knows. It'd have to be someone in the 10K club though, but who knows. I don't have a title around here, so I guess this is the only thing people really know me for if they don't know who I am already. And I'm not leaving Gendou.com anytime soon, so yeah I'll be here for a few more years until anything even comes up. I guess as we get older, we get less time to have free time, except the occasional now and then.

@DA: haha i been a tad bit busy with the new Power rangers thread (which i encourage you all who are PR fans to join) and i got robbed of my 3 most prized possesions so i also wasnt in the mood to do nothing. Damn i miss the arena...I mean its still up but no use in posting when the owner isnt around. But im glad b4 things started getting lame, i finished one rp story and got a few good matches in the arena. lol dude over 100?! Not going to say, I still remember the #, but I'll say this. If a person would post the max (which is 100/day), to reach the 'record', it would take them three days (so 200+). lol, my average posts/day back then was like, 65+/day. It was THAT active back then, or adrenaline rush. And yeah, I'm one of only very few soldiers/vets from back in the day. Jon is also one, as well as Kay (easy to tell; both over 10K way before me). Critic was an awesome dude. I was a part of his personal forum before he closed it down. He rarely leaves GC in his time here, or when he did post here, but yeah he's probably moved on now, as everyone else did before. Hmm, I wonder if I'll be missed and remember if I said my goodbyes? ^_~`

@DA~ Well.. the teacher was rather old. I think it was like 20+ years there now. She was always loved by the students of the preceding grades. She was the main teacher. Just sometimes we had a lot of substitutes. So adding in the substitutes, the tests were constantly pushed back. Some were pushed back by like weeks. Well... I was hanging out with girls more than guys before I left Virginia. But they were all younger than me. I don't really have that problem if they are a bit younger than me. Though, when they are close to my age or older, it happens. Inferiority complex maybe? xD Get out and explore... Probably. @Onii-chan~ Well.. some of these games, if you level up enough, the harder modes are OK. But... its still kinda hard in Echoes of Time. Like my HP right now is only 500 on lvl. 90 some now too. I get hit from 150-200 per hit. Whats worse is if I get frozen. Once you get frozen in a group of enemies, characterd dead. I used the connection yesterday in the morning, but it stopped working at around 11:oo PM. I tried again multiple times throughout the day and night still didn't work. Even tried during 2:oo AM. Its just down badly lately. @Sammann~ Well.. I don't believe they will ever get married. Too much argument with their daughters and not doing anything about it. After that, they even start to argue about their things. I kinda doubt my mother hating me. o_o;; @Adel~ I use to buy Newtype magazines here. Actually had a subscription to it. But then, they stopped selling them out in the U.S. So for some reason, my sister bought a Japanese one on impulse. ._. His daughter.. is like over spoiled. He tried to have some talks with me about getting a job and stuff. So I get a job and work. But with his daughter, there is no force behind it. Man's a hypocrite. When I turned 18 he was forcing my mom to tell me to get a job. His daughter is like high maintenance. Little princess in an air conditioned, internet connected room. lol Adel, OK OK. But, I can't make the first step until I get back home. After that, I can make the attempt. |

@Adel~ It was an Anime magazine that was being translated and sold in the U.S. Just like what Jc said, Newtype USA. The magazine was purchased for like 13$ at stores. Subscribing was bought about $100+. It carried news about all that stuff. Inside info about new upcoming things, even conventions and their dates. Each magazine also had a demo dvd, for new upcoming animes too. I miss it very much. My sister randomly bought cause she though I only looked at the pictures. She just now found out that I actually read them. o.o;; Well... there is big difference. Like the food in the house is for everyone and group meals. At one point there were 2 pieces of steak, that was to be used and cooked with vegetables later. She ends up cooking and eating both for herself in one sitting. Plus, the food is all purchased my mother. Her boyfriend is a lazy bum, who works in the morning and always on the computer till night. Oh and the connection of hers is the home connection, which me and my sister never use. We don't even use the homes wireless connection. The thing is password protected. We can ask him for the password, and then it gets changed again within the week, so just don't bother. He complained about me being on my laptop at some point before I moved. I don't even use his connection, he's just trying to cause an argument with me. :\ @Jc~ Me too Jc. It was like the main thing where I got all my info from. Now I never have any idea, whats new and whats coming out. Too lazy to check the news online. @DA~ Wait... Your going/leaving? Or just online less? O___________O |

I've done a pretty nice job watching over the club in your absence, eh? ^_~` And I'm not leaving, haha. Good to know some people might miss me. :3 [@GM] lol, the older girls is where it's at. Here's a funny story, I went shopping with my one friend's mom one time to get her a gift. I forget what for, not her birthday, but for something else... hmmm... Anyways, we hung out all day and had fun, and we forgot about my friend because of the fun, lol. I think we came back with like this huge ice-cream cake (that we partially dug into first), hahahaa. Older girls? Or the moms of your frineds? Both are a dangerious combination though. ;P No worries, you'll get a break soon enough. Make the best of it. [@Ki-run] Wow your connection seems better than mine, except less consistent cause of that cap or whatever. And no, not really, plus I have a new MSN I less often sign onto, too, so yeah it's like a new tray of cookies. I lost some good buddies from my old one though, I mist just sign on one day with that account and see who IMs me. Oh definitely, I'll be opening the 20K club in the next few years. Wonder how long it'll take. Yeah, like I'll be in school obviously, but it's less hrs a day than high school or so, and I'll use those other hrs for work obviously cause I need money to buy food as well as other stuff, too, but yeah you won't be seeing me leave here any time sure I can guarantee you that. I love this site a lot, that's why I'm one of the most active members here, for sure.

@Onii-chan~ So close to the max level already. Near the last boss in Hard Mode, still have very hard mode left. I wonder what Very Hard mode is like, since I won't be gaining levels anymore. Hopefully they won't be KO-ing me with one or two hits. But I do love it when I can level up as much as I can to be prepared. I can't really afford anything right now. Still jobless, but after my plans kick in, it should be good. Plus, the connection in Virginia is sooo much more stable. @DA~ Hmm... I use to be attracted to older girls. But lately... I am attracted to some who are younger than me. x_x lol If you have fun, one usually forgets the first thing they were going to do. I don't think I have done that though. Whenever I go out to buy something, I usually remember and do that first. Then go for the fun and non-necessities after. I think my mom has done that before. She ends up buying the gift the next day instead. xD Well.. I hope for the break soon. |
