NEWS!!!! "Hana Kimi" SP confirmed Last summer's "Hanazakari no Kimitachi e" drama series is returning for a one-episode special. Starring Maki Horikita, Shun Oguri, and Toma Ikuta, the show was very popular, especially among female viewers. It averaged 17.3% ratings, with the final episode reaching 21.0%. According to Fuji TV, the special will take place half a year after the series' end. With Osaka Gakuen getting ready for an upcoming Valentine's Day event, Sano (Oguri) and Nakatsu (Ikuta) reflect on the final week of their last summer vacation, which falls into the timeline of the original series between episodes 7 and 8. The special also includes a graduation scene and addresses the relationship between Mizuki (Horikita) and Sano.

@VIN: that's bad. attendance you know is important. i was never promoted because of my bad attendance. and the only reason why i was not yet terminated because of my attendance is the fact that i know a lot about our job, more than my managers.^_^ @VIE: actually, it was really sekime who i first got attracted to. the sroty is, if i may tell, i bought the hana kimi dvd set because of ouran. i wondered it has the same theme, later on though i realized it was based on a different manga but with a same genre, i.e. gender-bender. and i don't really watch japanese doramas if i don't know any actors from it, so good thing shun oguri was there. then i realized i've already seen horikita maki somewhere, she was one of the main casts of one missed call final movie (back then i was sooo into these asian horrors, aheheheh...) it was while watching when i realized that there are a lot of bishies in the show, and sekime was the first one i noticed. it was not after that marathon episode, when nakatsu's beginning to like mizuki, that i realized toma's kawaii...^_^ see? a lot of realization there huh?! ahahahah... sometimes baka-ness is kakkoi! ahihihih... and nakatsu's hontou ni baka there. i was thinking that kind of roles are the only thing that would fit toma-chan. demo i'm yet to see maoh. it's suspense-thriller.^_^ sekime doesn't have much shows, ayt? and hiro (nanba) starred in kamen rider. i wasn't able to watch that but his hair is shorter there.^_^ edit: don't you think he reminds you of kirihara akaya on these pics?^_^ WALANG KOKONTRA! /rofl hahaha i see! so thats the story of how u got ur hana kimi cd! hahaha mine was pretty funny! [before going on pls note that I DONT PATRONIZE PIRACY much xD] i was at the store were almost all of the CD's being sold r *ehem* Pinoy version xD and i was browsing through a pile of CD's when I've seen a Hana Kimi CD, i didnt really know it was live since on the Cover thingie all the stuffs were anime-like so i got interested then bought it. Later, i tested the CD at home and found out that it was a live one :p and /zomg ive always loved Sekime since his first appearance! although he became much cooler later :p ooh and since ur on to "asian horror films" ever watched Shutter? i still think that the original one is better than the American version! xD and yes havent watched any films of my beloved Sekime besides Hana Kimi! >.<" and hey hev ya olredi watched the live of Honey and Clover? Ikuta Touma plays the role of Takemoto so yeah didnt like it very much it coulda been better if he was Morita in there! xD

takemoto is the lead role that's why it was given to him. After his popularity in hana kimi, he's being offered lead roles now. Although, in the current MAOH he remained the "other guy" in a love triangle. But, MAOH isn't a love story so the lead characters are both male. I haven't seen honey and clover yet and i didn't even know the story but because ikuta's there, it's on my list of to-watch doramas too. And hey, you know i think i'm becoming an unwilling supporter of piracy because it's the only way i can get access to these shows. My bad. I hope one day, they'll be able to eliminate it totally so that i won't see them around. Ahahah... sekime's 1st appearance is really notable. It's one of the "wow" scenes there. I wondered if that was an electronic board or a flat-screen t.v. Ahahah... But he was loveliest when he and mizuki were talking at the hallway i think. When he was sitting on his butt, both knees bent in front of his chest. Almost like L but more relaxed. It's so childish and that made him cuter. He sure is baby-faced. WALANG KOKONTRA!
