kobanwa~ somehow getting deja vu feeling...did we had dis conversation b4? @bkno9 uh ill try to online 2-3 times a week with average 1-2hrs only per-session to get the latest of mangas and mp3s. what with the sudden pop quiz on otome thread,ive answered it anyway i thought -chi is variation of -chan? so do -tan, -chin, -rin.some of cuteing-up-the-cute syndrome huh yeah,you got another fan of fmp here,well i dont see anything on other boards either.the second raid was ended hastefully choking the story developement, seem like theres problem behind.hopefully next season will at least maintain the animation detail-ness.i bet sousuke will ride bonta-kun to deal with the new generations mech.uh~ trying to imagine bonta-kun with lamda drive......^^ HEY~ youre spoiling the best part there......i see the manga end at volume9 and full metal panic-sigma is in progress.there're 5 novel title, which one did you read? @mel is it Vampire Night or Vampire knight?Vampire Knight is on chapter 39 at the moment  loneliness = freedom!!!! |

maybe bk09...i'm going to move in the end of the year or next year,well i can't keep on worrying or stress about something that is decided,that'll be even worse and i don't want myself to lose concentrated on my studies cause of it again T_T can i ask something?how much chapter does Vampire Night manga has?I've been saving it,it said it has 38 chapters but my friends said it's 39 chapter O.o |

XD yeap, i think you're right.. it's the sai moe tournament.. which is held annualy. hmmm.. i can guess how you found out about my age (pretty obvious, huh XD). But with that statement, i also know how old you are, NiL-sT-kun XD @DT chi? XD I've heard of that honorific before, but never found out how it was used.. my guess is that it's an informal version of 'san' XD you're in college/uni right? MUET.. is it still compulsary? I think your english is pretty good, i dare say you won't have too much problem there XD err.. 52 episodes in 3 days~!? O_0.. I really have to learn from you guys how to watch anime faster.. my speed like 5 episodes in a week T_T @mel-chan hang in there okies.. I suppose your mom's job does have priority. Can't help it really.. T_T Whatever happens, try to keep an open mind about it yeah? And it's an important year for you too.. does this mean you'll be away from gendou for some time too? I've watched 2 episodes of Soul Eater.. what can I say.. I'm a sucker for good animation, and this anime has really really really good animation XD A couple of groups have subbed Soul Eater in HD, but my laptop couldn't handle it T_T (a bit jerky here and there). But the .avi was still good XD It's by BONES animation studio, after all XD I haven't been exposed to the manga, funny that you guys (and one of my frens) said that the manga was only so-so. *shrugs* well.. I'll be following the anime for sure XD Btw.. anyone here a fan of FMP? I wonder if season 4 will come out, since the novels are almost complete. I wanna see Sousuke and Chidori confess their feelings to each other, since it's finally happened in the novels >_<;

hayate no gotoku is pretty good.. it hav 52ep (REALLY drains my energy to watch) and the season 2 on the way.. ^_^ i cant wait 4 it.. :) @mjia-chan good luck on ur mid year exam.. :D @bkno-chi soul eater..? ive read the manga, not as interesting as bleach, but its ok i guess.. i wonder abt its anime.. ('~') .........>o (-_-') i jz remember that MUET exam is around the corner, less than 2 weeks frm now actually.. and im taking it too.. (T_T) well.. guess ill fail this one cos i don study or go to tuisyen at all.. (im a private examinees, mind u, but not the retakes one kay..) good luck to me and all other MUET examinees.. ##finish watching hayate no gotoku (this one takes me almost 3 days to finish) ##currently watching bamboo blade, ichigo mashimaro & gakuen utopia manabi straight (what the heck.. im still watching anime crazily right b4 exam..) x_x'

ous~ lol,hayate no gotoku is beyond good;its a must have heh~!!.full of parodies!!im sure youll be smiling from ear to ear seeing gundam RX-78,optimus prime,kenshin himura,gendou,etc etc etc making appearance in it^^, kept sharp eye when watching.... ive read soul eater manga before,but its not so exiting,so discontinued.... thanks for the extra detail explanation of vocaloids and moe^^.i think the tournament is the Sai-moe(most moe??) contest.i just remember one of the nominee is katsura hinagiku from hayate no gotoku,never heard the winner. im pretty sure youre 7 years away from my age. damn-right!school-conducted-test is just a dot compared to the whole school life,buts thats just our(boys) defitnition^^. loneliness = freedom!!!! |

@DT I've heard some good stuff about Hayate no Gotoku too.. think I might check that out later. I just downloaded a new series called Soul Eater.. will update you guys if it's good. So far the 'comments' have been good. @NiL-sT Vocaloid isn't an anime (vocal+droid i think)... but I heard some form of 4-panel comics have been drawn that features Miku.. Vocaloid, to put it simply is a software that was developed.. when you input some lyrics into the software, it will playback in the form of a song, sung by an animated character. I've not seen the program or any snapshots, so..I've only got the general idea of how it works. Anyways.. together with vocaloid, some animated characters were introduced. Hatsune Miku was the first one. The second repackaging of vocaloid saw another two new characters.. twins (a boy and a girl) called Kagamine Rin and Kagamine Len. These animated characters were called the 'Vocaloids'. Of course there are the characters based on an english language version, and some other fan made versions (variations of different Miku personalities). If you look at my profile, there's that youtube video right? That, are the vocaloids.. Miku is the first one that appears, then Ren and Len come in, and then 2 others I don't recognize. And the last two on the top are supposedly different personalities of Miku. Kawaiii~!! Moe.. now this is another hard one, cos moe is different for everyone. The literal meaning (or direct translation) is 'light up' or some vague burning feeling in your heart XD That translates to 'something which excites you'. In our world (the not so normal otaku world XD) moe is a quality that some characters posssess. I've seen it being associated with both anime girls and boys. And these qualities makes that character attractive to the viewer. Tsundere is a moe quality XD. Some other examples of what other ppl might consider moe..meganekko (girls wearing glasses), maids, anything chibi, ponytails, clumsiness/innocennce.. you get the idea..For girls, what they might find moe are.. the 'cool' type of guy, loli-shota, yaoi-love, a prince, or the strong-silent type XD There's an annual moe tournament which lots of ppl vote for that year's most moe characters.. I forgot what it's called XD Never voted before, cos everything is in Japanese >_<; Ojisan~!? -_____-;; At most I'm 5-6 years older than you are.. please dun start calling me that.. T_T @mjia-chan breath, mjia-chan.. breath. If you're thinking and worrying about it, then most probably you're doing something about it, right? Studying, I mean. Sometimes, stand a bit further away and the problem may not seem so big. It's only a mid term.. what does one mid-term mean in all your days of school? XD A bit of stress is good, it will help you push yourself to do better, but not so much til you can't breath and think.. so yes.. relax a bit yeah XD

By the way,mid year exam is coming...OH MY GOD!!!I haven't well-prepared yet and my homeworks are like a mountain.Many tuitions ,activities and i didn't have much time to online.T_T...Why life of a student is SO difficult??Full of stress,and cause me can't breath.Anyway,wish myself good luck for the exam.... evening~ @bkno9 ahaha,i dont know much about vocaloids,never checked the japanese streaming site that released them weekly.lets say that the pics as a thanks for explaining meaning of tsundere heh.so now please try explain to me the meaning of moe actually,novels got the same chance getting animated as mangas do.the above mentioned kara no kyoukai come from novel,so do fsn and tsukihime i think. some of the novel will be adepted to visual novel(or "h-game" if you didnt familiar with that term) before coming as anime.so just wait.other than mai-hime~destiny there're also fate/zero novel to be prayed to get animated Mospeada is aired on our national tv on my child time!(i think on my kindergarten time since im more excited to play outdoor after started primary school)and its been aired again few years ago(5or6 years ago).i've always been exited to japanese anime than western cartoon heh.im way younger than you that i dare to call you bkno9-ojisan heh,in early 20 actually. @DT thanks,i myself love those pics on my posession Mx0 at ch95 -purely joke chapter you could swith-off and un-plug your brain prior reading it. bleach at ch-105<--is it negative???=story 105 chapter away before 1st chapter start???ive been confused of the numbering since ch-108 hayate no gotoku is great!!love it!!but i only dwld it until 25 ,wish could continue dwlding the rest soon loneliness = freedom!!!! |

@Mi-chan Your post makes me lolz for some reason.. so.. random XD @Emiya S (Shirou? from FSN? XD) I'm halfway thru GxS now.. just finished the part where they meet Pricilla for the first time in that armor tournament XD GxS is very stylish.. and the character designs are pretty good, think this is one of those must-recommend animes to my frens, good mixture of humour and seriousness XD I so ROFL~ed at the El-Dorado Five and their 'Voltron-like' armour XD .... no actually, that episode was very very touching for me, when the gang was 'spiritually' reunited with the last member T_T *sniff* @DT @_@ <-- *really really big eyes*.. you plan to finish all those within this week~?! Compared to you, I'm a tortoise.. a typical 26 episode series takes me like 2-3 weeks to finish T_T @NiL-sT you see sometime its budget restriction that really ruin the anime eventhough the manga was so successful - there's the difference there. I dun have much exposure to manga, therefore I have little or no expectations about the anime. And also, I tend to only watch animes that have received some favourable response, so I can't say I've ever been really disappointed in an anime (well, there were a couple of animes that really sucked, but it's kinda a rare thing in my case XD) As for Evangelion and ElfenLied, I don't think they're boring XD It's just that.. I'm not as excited about watching 'em as I used to be.. somehow I kinda lost the motivation to watch these two great shows, what with so many new animes coming up XD Arghh~!! thanks for the piccies~! especially tsundere miku XD you've been visiting my profile haven't you?? XD I'll surely be putting tsundere miku in my next piccie change XD Mai Hime destiny novel.. no chance of that being animated huh.... Mospeada.. ohayou!!its over 5am and im not even drowsy,so here goes... @bkno9 well we had different opinion in action gerne,i'd prefer action in manga than in anime eventhough it could get real messy like in dgrayman. you see sometime its budget restriction that really ruin the anime eventhough the manga was so successful.they hire cheapest studio that produce unappealing drawing,reducing frame causing movement stiff as wood,cutting this and that part to fit in as much scene in one slot,so on and so forth.how depressing when that happen... speaking of bgm,have you watch mushishi.the bgm line-up is really great befitting everything you would expect.i downloaded the 2 disc of bgm from nipponsei,its 320kbps so guess the size... i havnt watch evangelion,but i dont think you should give up on them.both of them got the "mind poison-ing" property and not kids stuff.i could assure you elfen lied is not boring despite the outdated colouring style,its thriller gerne and every episode end with cliffhanger,so you might watching the whole series in one go.for evangelion.....i dont think its receive multiple award for nothing,i only watch the 2 movie... yeah,both tsukihime and fsn is by type/moon.thier latest project that just came out is a movie; kara no kyoukai~ the garden of sinner,a story in the same world as tsukihime. havnt found fansubbed version yet. some extra stuff 4 you  tsundere miku!!   mai-hime ~destiny novel sekirei manga cover,musubi is the girl at the back[edit: found somemoar interesting stuff]    Gundam girls!!! remind me of Mospeada if you ever watch them on your child time loneliness = freedom!!!! |

waai.. im jz drop by visiting 2day.. its been more than a month since i last drop by, every1 change sooo much.. ^^' @es : u watch La'Cordo too?? i love dat anime.. ive finish watching it around 2-3 weeks ago tough.. anime currently watching (on-list) : rosario+vampire, true tears, Goshuushou-sama Ninomiyakun, Magical Lyrical Nanoha StrikerS, ef a tale of memories, Shigofumi, Snow Fairy Sugar. ### i plan to finish all of these anime by the end of these week.. so ill be buzy.. ### v(^x^)v

@kaito welcome~! XD everyone's pretty friendly here, and there are no specific rules for this thread, just the usual Gendou's forum rules. All and any topics are open for discussion, from your homework to what anime you're watching or what you did with your date last night (maybe not XD). @NiL-sT the handful of frens that I have who do watch anime and/or read manga are divided over this. I share both their opinions as well, there are pros and cons. On one hand, the manga does flesh out the characters better..and usually there's a much better pacing. Sometimes the anime goes too fast and skips out on a lot of background story; puts in fillers that are super boring. For me, I get really confused at action scenes in manga, it can't be depicted very well. (IMO) Anime does the action scenes much better, the characters really come alive and best of all.. are the seiyuus, the voice actors/actresses who really bring the emotions out. The BGM/soundtracks really help with the mood too. So, yeah.. I'm partially favouring anime XD But if possible, I'd like to read the manga first, and then watch the anime. But because of time constraints, I have to pick one over the other. Hmmm.. I thought Evangelion was older than Elfen Lied? I was planning to watch those two as well, but I changed my mind especially for Evangelion cos it's really dated by now.. I know I'd be affected by the old style of animation so much I wouldn't enjoy it, even though I know the story itself was pretty good back then. Tsukihime was from the company who did Fate/Stay Night right? Hmm.. think I saw somewhere on the top 100 animes that mai otome was rated higher than mai hime. I wonder why.. personally, I thought Mai-Hime had much more in terms of storyline and presentation (exclude then ending XD). But Mai Otome is very stylish, and the two OVAs, Zwei and Sifr are really something XD

irrashaimase kaito^^,feel free to poke around! theres lot more space to fit in here. @bkno9 uh well i got lot of manga scan piling up gigs in my HD.sometime i prefer manga more than anime e.g. naruto,bleach;the anime suks big time!my imagination while reading the manga really better than that. owh,your friend that going to give you mai-hime manga is 'she' eh? if you check on others general discussion on mai-series you'll find that the rank of favourite goes~ 1.mai-otome manga 2.mai-hime manga 3.mai-otome anime 4.mai-hime anime ahaha,the anime i listed isnt the ancient i mention.those ancient anime are Higurashi no Naku Koro ni,onegai twins,evangelion,last exile.the most old anime i got on hand right now is elfen lied & tsukihime,i think elfen lied is much older. GS and GS destiny also on my list eventhough i already watch em from friend who bought them from store that we already know the sub were craps and the video quality is bad. congratulation,you actually could remember it was from tate yuuichi heh. the group creator is akuro.most of ppl there only "park" thier name there but im sure you know everyone that posting frequently in the forum loneliness = freedom!!!! |
