I envy those of visual-kei bands and such, their hair is always awesome. I am slowly getting my hair like theirs, I sraighten it (which doesn't help if it rains ;.;), and put a few diffrent stuff in it to style, soften, and de-frizz(god I hate it when it does that). I'm thinking of getting one of those japanese straightening things that permanitly straightens your hair, so they say.

I love Visual Kei hairstyles... I wish I could get my hair to do that... I'm half Chinese, and my hair is pretty thick. I'm going to die it black this summer (it's dark brown). I wish I could get it to look like Mana's hair (in Moi Dix Mois). It would take A LOT of gel, though... I like Asagi's hair, too...

No fair, Japan has a special brand of hair wax that I want, but it's not sold in America. :P

hrmmm im viet if u dunt know and i got like asian-long hair .... hrmm i wnat to start changing products .. i hnking of gatsyby but idunt really got a credit card.. the stores recommend muk and rockstar .. is any good for me? and does straighten ur hair give u split ends??

[@Faelle] I don't think it's that simple, unfortunately. D: And, I'm not sure how good it is compared to other hair wax products, but I've seen what it can do and it's super sugoi~ There's some tutorials on how to use it or so on YouTube, and there's a few of them which shows you different styles, too. It seems pretty easy and you like, hardly use any of it (which is good cause the product will last longer), but it depends on the person cause I guess a part of it is having an eye for it, or so. I know you can get hair wax here, but knowing the Japanese (who have GREAT hair), it's probably the best, or extremely good anyways. Plus it doesn't take that long to use it as well, and I think it's more efficient and looks better than using hair gel or spray. I'm not sure how long it holds for, but I've read somewhere it's pretty strong, so maybe it's long lasting, too. Whenever the time I get a hair cut, I'll make sure to get hair wax the same day, I hope.

hair style... been thinking of growing my hair longer and make it visual kei style, but I think the process will put a lot of pressure to the hair, not to mention straightening my natural hair which is like my treasure -_-; so yeah I'll stick with my natural hair, "your usual medium length shibuya boy"

Well... Depends on what style Vk has spikey hair and crazy colors the more tame styles have a softer look to it than western hair styles.

Asian hair style huh? I'm asian. The Asians like to style their hairs. They full of style anyway I tried to style my hair like Teru Mikami from death note, but i failed. My hair doesnt look like Teru. When i cut my hair short, i decided to style it like tidus from ffx and i was a big success. But i have use gel all time hehe

I haven't gotten a haircut in such a long time, even though I am Asian and thus technically have Asian hair. I went to this Asian salon about a year ago, and the styles in the magazines were really cool, but all the girls dye their hair and have half-bangs and curly sides. I wonder it the styles have changed recently. Sometimes, I wish I was a guy, since guy hair is so much more interesting than girl hair (at least I think so). I know next to nothing about Asian hair :D At least my hair is so straight that I never straighten it. I want a haircut now. |

Well, I my hair ain't straight now, not the way I want it. But I only straighten it up for cosplay, which I rarely do nowadays. I even go to school without brushing my hair before, nobody would mind anyway. And yeah, since much of my hair is already turning white, I'm planning on dying it to dirty gray. Now I look like Yuu Himura from Ef. |
