i think nakamaru from maburaho or belldandy from ah megamisama. i hate this two ,but of course there are more . i just think why people waste their time doing this characters. here are others shippo-inuyasha mizuho,hatzuho,maho-onegai teacher usagi-sailor moon. she is absolutely annoying,even more than miaka from fy. chi-chobits
