| I no longer watch anime on tv/astro. AXN shows very little anime. It keeps repeating the same animes n its showing less now(last time i checked). On normal tv channels, all anime r dubbed. Animax shows anime in a small box with no subs(u can shange to english version but i hate the english ver too). I juz wish the normal channels would juz leave the anime as it was in good old jap version. If they wanna promote BM they can still do so by subbing them in BM instead of putting any tom, dick and harry they have got as the seiyuus. I believe it can still be tolerated if the subs were in BM instead of the dubbing. |

when I watch anime in malay subs, i found the seeiyu are the same and same voice that easily be recognised. more from doraemon seiyu (i think)  |

hmmm~...i guess they have to make a new reality show on TV called "Seiyuu Idol"...daripada cari penyanyi yang memang dah ramai gila kat Malaysia ni, baik cari "seiyuu" yang aku rasa ramai rakyat Malaysia yang boleh tiru suara Naruto ke apa ke..pas tu paham Bahasa Jepun.... kalau aku nak sebut Dattebayo punya translation pun payah...ayat tu memang tak ada makna! (sebut je la kat sub tu...tak ada Dattebayo Naruto tak original lagi!) but one thing la, seiyuu sekarang ngan seiyuu tahun 80'an cam cerita "Gaban", "Suria Perkasa Baju Hitam @ Kamen Rider Black"...cerita drama Oshin... aku rasa seiyuu dia still sama lagi... |

@ eric Do not double posting! Now Malaysian talk malay now in this thread. I'm not a seiyuu but I want to be one.. I agree with you eric about making Seiyuu Idol-!! If there is, I wanna join!!

okay,i seriously can't imagine mawi watching an anime...worse,becoming a seiyuu??he's gonna ruin any anime!!!n plz,i don want any new 'fans' who watch anime jz bcoz of mawi..that's total horror to me. p/s:when and where does getbackers is aired?   |

No more Mawi. I think that whatever it is, dubbed anime should be scrapped and subtitles be used instead. Occording to my friend, most anime are in B.M so that the little kiddies who watch it can improve their BM. As for us otaku fans... well, you get the pic.

| Yup!!! "Seiyuu Idol"!!! I really can't stand the dubbed version!!! I watch Inuyasha last week and Ming-Chan, you are correct - otaku fans can only enjoy the pictures... Their voices are sucks... oooo... when will there be a Seiyuu Idol!!!!??? |

I think seiyuu in malaysia that we have now should work hard la.. I mean they talk just like 'melepaskan batuk di atas tangga je'. but some of them I think have potential, i the past like Slamdunk and You Are under Arrest.'Boleh layan aarr.Tapi Gundam ngan Naruto tak bleh blah!!!' Then some time They change the seiyuu for the same character in different episode like Yu Gi Oh anime. My friend always record the anime everyday and we found seiyuu for Yu GI Oh voice are different.I mean totally different person. Seiyuu Idol? well i dont think so because I think Malaysia still green for this stuff. may be okay just for P.L.U(People Like Us). HUH banyaknyer aku taip!! |

even worst, there are several english cartoons like spongebob in BM. what the .... they are not funny at all. thanks TV9 for ruining my fav one and only english cartoon >< by set-chan

wut happend to malaysia now? animefan at malaysia need to united to make changes on the anime hehe^^ most of the animefan in malaysia was chinese I realy shock to see this data. i dont think the tv station will agree to make japanise voice on the anime couse the history that has been at malaysia. ^^  |

ha ha ha...actually there was once an anime that happened to retain its japanese voice using BM subtitles. It's Hello Kitty which used to be aired in TV2 around 8-9pm in the morning..but that was only about 2/3 years ago.... BTW,Malay dubs are far better than American dubs!! Why? Cuz in American dubs,you'll found that a girl aged 13 sounds like a 31 while 14th sounds like 41 and so on....in the other hand,i like Nagisa's voice in Pretty cure^-^!!  |
