224 mainly focuses on the Matsumoto/Momo fight, though now it seems that they need more help. I'm thinking someone else will come in and at least even the sides, 3-3, but it seems Momo is willing to continue the battle with just the two of them. It was really refreshing to hear her cute, soft voice again. It's sure been a while. She was surely freaked out when she felt that reiatsu at the end there. It probably reminded her of bad times and horrible flashbacks, or just pure strength. The Stark/Kyouraku fight is still lagging on a bit here, but things are going to heat up. Ukitake not wanting to fight Stark's fraccion was kind of funny. He told her she shouldn't be on the battlefield since she's just a kid and should be at home playing soccer, rofl. Preview just looks like a continuation of this episode, following the said fights. Barragan has still yet to take action, and the position of his opponent is not decided yet. Is there really anyone left (other than perhaps Yamamoto) to fight him? Shuffle board!? Then there's Aizen and the two others, but I'm guessing the Vizard are going to make their debut to Gotei 13 when it comes. ------- |

The anime might catch up with manga in a few episodes. You should expect some fillers soon. Personally, I hope the fillers would be about Isshin Kurosaki; I am curious about his past... |

Yeah, I didn't mind them talking about the Vizards (before they became actual Vizards). Something mainly on Ichigo's dad might be totally random at this current point though, but who knows. It'd be cool if they went even further back when he was in Gotei 13. ------- |

Yeah, he's a mysterious character; I wonder if he's somehow related with the Vizard mess since he's in good relations with Urahara. |

Learning about him would totally be filler-ish/extra stuff. Maybe there's other people to know about, too. Who isn't in good relationships with Urahara. He must've had a lot of friends on his myspace. XD ------- |

I know Yama-jii wouldn't be in good relation with Urahara! XD |

Well I think their relationship is mutual, if it was ever negative before. Remember Central 46 banned him from Soul Society, but Yamamoto depends on Urahara with things relating to the Karakura Town. In fact, Urahara is the master behind this entire thing and Soul Society played the price of not listening. ------- |

Yeah, but Yama-jii's strict in laws & stuff so... Anyway, do you read manga? I actually have difficulty reading subtitles & watching the action in the same time, so I prefer dubbed. I was thinking of creating a Bleach manga thread. |

He's strict yes, but he's not going to toss away Urahara's assistance to make himself look good. I don't read the manga. I rarely though, would just pass by some pages while trying to find pictures. The dub isn't as good as the original at all. I've checked out some of the episodes. The VAs are not up to par on even the names and the whole feeling is just not the same. They're going to mess up on parts where things get really powerful and people scream. They're never good at dubbing this. I think there already is a bleach manga thread (spoilers). I can see you're new, so read up on the rules/faq and search for that thread in the anime section somewhere. ------- |

I didn't say Yama's gonna toss him, just keep his relationship with him at a minimum. I know, but I am not good with subtitles at all; by the time I read the subtitles, the action's are already gone... Will look for the thread, thanks! |

Bleach 225 was another average episode that starts more things. The Stark/Kyouraku fight is still edging on, they're really not serious about this still.... Ukitake has his hands full (not literally) with Lily (Stark's fraccion). I thought it was kind of funny when she said "jerk" over and over again. I love it when those three girls fight. It's so funny and cute, and my girl Sun Sun always pwns them both with her comments. XDXD! That Allon monster is definitely beasty though; literally a beast. He completely takes out Matsumoto and Momo as if those three weren't already a tough match already. I don't like how Hisagi and Kira enter though (since they fought already, I wanted to see someone surprising). When Yamamoto stepped in at the end, I punched the air in front of me and was like, "hoo-rah!!" But since Yamamoto is going to fight that Allon monster, he might not be fighting Barragan, which then leaves Aizen and the other two still engulfed in the flames, but when that time arrives, I'm surely expecting the Vizard to come out of the shadows and enter the battle field. These two images are really funny, especially the second with the slowing music, lol: ------- |

Figures... the higher ranking these fights, I'm sure they'd take longer to develop. Hmm, I read up on the Naruto manga and is waiting for Chapter 454, maybe I'll do the same with Bleach in my spare time. [EDIT] Finished 226 just now, and I'm disappointed, but not by the episode, reason will be after I talk about the episode first. Since I'm caught up with the manga, I can predict anything that will happen, and as awesome as it's going to be, I can now (for once) compare the two versions together. Just as I expected though, they revealed the Yamamoto-awesomeness perfectly. He took care of Allom or whatever faster than I thought though, but Sun-Sun and the two others are foolish to fight him head on. What the manga did, and the anime will also do well as is share the fights, meaning show one, then another, then another, to give them equal airing time and detail, and surely, each of them are insane fights so every episode about 'em should be full action and little dialog! One thing that ticked me off was when Hallibel unzipped her jacket or whatever, and revealed to Hitsugaya what her number is (she's getting ready to release), but the anime version added a special part on her "chest", I'm guessing since younger kids watch Bleach. :/ I thought that was lame, but doesn't take away her sexy appeal (actually, it does!?), but surely, her release is something to look forward to, but I'm waiting for Barragan's and Stark's a bit more!! The Ichigo/Ulquiorra fight is going to be epic, the anime will give this great detail like I expected. I hate when Orihime is always calling Ichigo's name and whatnot during battle, just stand back, watch the fight, and shut up. I love Orihime but it's so friggin' annoying. And now the bad news of this episode is the PV shows that the current arc will stop, and now it seems a new "arc", so a new filler arc, is coming, not just episodes, an entire arc. What is feared, but yeah they can easily catch up to the manga within weeks (a few episodes). Now I'm hoping it'll be interesting. It better not be with Lurichio (or whatever) girl, either), but from what Nel said, it's new stuff, and Ishida said it involves the real world, so it might involved some Vizard stuff, Urahara stuff, and maybe Ichigo's dad Ishin!! ...or it can be totally lame and just be comedy crap and school stuff, but Ishida also said there's new battles, so we'll see... [EDIT-2] What's up with 227? I knew this would be filler stuff, but wtf, are they going to like restart the anime? The first episode is kind of like a first episode, but with more character development. Keigo is still his same ol' self, or I should say he was since this is super early! The next episode will be nice though. A Bleach Beach Swimsuit episode!! >_<;; I might not be able to contain myself. I think they're going to do the sand castle battle, too! Seeing Yachiru was to die for. She's always so cute. God I love her seiyu's voice. It's too cute. ------- |

The Bleach Anime has become what I feared it would ... Naruto. In an interview with Tite Kubo, it is now revealed the rest of this year will be all fillers. There will also be NO NEW BLEACH MOVIE because of the fillers. The fillers will be focused on the spirits of Zanpakuto, which could be pretty cool -- so cool infact Tite Kubo said there was a chance that the Arc would make it into the manga in the future and could be considered all canon with the manga, even though it would just be an anime arc. But it's a shame what happened with the anime, and right before one of the best fights so far in the entire history of Bleach, manga or otherwise. But, at least these fillers may be worth watching, since the main character will be spirits like Zangetsu and Zabimaru, and others we haven't yet seen -- and it will even explore all of their origin's. Sounds pretty cool, just a shame the anime won't be showing the awesome manga parts that are going on for awhile. |

It kind of sucks, and for this situation, I'll say this: I hate how anime are made while the manga version is still on-going in production. About 20 pages per week, and an episode per weak. The ratio of content shown in an episode is too great. Naruto's fine right now, because the manga is pretty far, and the anime drags episodes out with boring chit-chat a lot, but we haven't really seen a filler in quite a while and the anime right now is pretty steady (for the time being). Bleach (within weeks) can catch up the manga like nothing, and you can't really blame anyone really, it's too unfair. If there's going to be like, 60+ fillers like Naruto had, I'll kill myself. But here's something weird. The last episode that wasn't a filler, in the PV, Ishida said that they'd be entering a new [filler] arc with new battles and enemies, yet the episode following that was totally irrelevant. Then the following episode was totally skipped ahead, which was like "wtf!?" And if it was that beach trip episode from the manga, they didn't execute as well as I wanted them to, which sucks. I love Bleach and have been a fan for a long time, but sometimes I feel their crew doesn't know what the f#ck they're doing... Although it might be heads or tails on this one, the filler arc should give them the time they need to recover some space. If it's something like the Bounto Arc but more interesting, it might be pretty enjoyable. I'll still dL the next episode/following episode to see how things goes, but according to 228's PV of this week's episode, it skips back time again and it seems really boring (but probably contains funny moments). The only positive thing I see is that we see Keigo's sister who I liked when we first saw her, but yeah nothing else really. If anything else, I'm already following a grand dozen of other titles, so cutting Bleach won't be an issue if the filler arc is lame. One thing I think they did was smart was they didn't dig too far into the Ichigo/Ulquiorra fight at all. I think it was some stalemate situation right as the episode ended so yeah the return to that fight will be nice. Though it sucks that the three other huge fights (which are really awesome) are cut off unexpectedly. If they were going to do what Naruto is doing now, a new movie it seems, every year, no idea what Bleach would've done that wouldn't've sounded cheesy. However I'm widely anticipating the release of Fade to Black in the Fall, w00t! ------- |

No question, it could certaintly catch up in a matter of weeks -- However, I felt they were doing a good enough job of stretching out the episodes and story so that it wouldn't catch up. The whole filler thing is never a bad thing, but when it starts happening so often it can get annoying. As for the random episodes, those were meant for Kubo and gang to get the filler arc ready ~ But I agree when it seems at times they have no idea what they are doing, and thus it's pretty sad the anime and all has to suffer because of it. I think if they planned all these things out a little better we wouldn't have this problem anymore, but meh. u.u; |
