I don't mean if they knew and how it would affect the storyline entirely. I meant the people that didn't know, like the citizens or something. Only a few of the closer characters were touched on what happened (e.g. Suzaku). I wonder what happened with Schneizel in the ending. He was like, drugged out of his mind or something. XD

OMG This anime was EPIC! It is damm sad that Lelouch had to carry all on his one but HELL Best end of all! Solitude was his anwser to protected all he wanted. Beutifull really wonderfull... [reading past posts to camment ne? XD] ... hmmmm Maybe yeah it might had another ending with EVERYONE happy and EVERYONE alive but wouldn't have the deepness and the meaning that this end had. it was kind of a budist idea of living... don't care for the material just think in the spirit. Lelouch ideal will stay with those were close to him and understood him and that was what he wanted. I think the most cooled of this all was that everything got the way he wanted XD   |

@DA + Dfly Ah, the citizens. Well yea, like DFly says, but the thing was that, the people hated/disliked the "dictator." Also, everything about the war and the faults were shoved on to Lelu. The true meaning of his death was to take all of that and take them with him to his grave; to "destroy the world and recreate it." Had the citizens known of Zero's Requiem just destroys that meaning since it's the foundation of the new world Lelu was trying to create. ^_^ And yea, a couple of my friends were wondering what happened to Schinizel too xD It's like one moment he had a significant role, and then when he got geass'ed, he lost the antagonist slot :D "Oh, you got geass'ed?" *Throws character in recycle bin* >:D  |

If I only knew about an anime ending like this one, it'd make more sense since words only confuse. :P Anyways, I really do need to see more from Code Geass. Not necessarily a new season, cause I don't see why they'd make a new one anyways. I wonder what they did with all the FLEIA warheads. Those are dangerous weapons man. If they showed an OVA or something like that, they'd show a lot of couples hooking up/already hooked up. I'm thinking about Toudou and that one girl who likes him, haha.

what!? FLEIA showed as destructed XD remember the scene where it was burned in the sun!? All was so well chained XD I don't think they left any points behind of no explanation for the third season... Maybe they will make something totally new with new chars and everything~ |

Ah, i am so sad that Geass is over and completed. What a beautiful anime; so well constructed! From start to finish, it was a non-stop, keep-ya-on-the-edge-of-your-seat epic anime. To think, Lelouche planned to bare all of that hatred by himself, only to disperse it to nothingness with an easy move like death, all for the sake of peace. I have to say, that is an ending that i didn't expect and probably never would have. And now we wait for the next beautiful piece of work to arrive ^_^  |

yea the ending was amazing!!! too bad i had to wait to wait to finally watch it due to some circumstances.. But i have to disagree with the people who think that everyone should have known his greatness just because 1) It ruins the moment and the magic it had with all the emotions for example if people knew the plan maybe the ending wouldnt have been the saddening 2) like some one said if knowing the truth what difference would it have made in the world if a tyrant like that did not exist I believe that only his closest friends should have known and kallen and nunally finding out too is just perfect..like who cares what ohgi thinks or tudou |

People will continue to talk about Code Geass' ending for ages. Epic endings such as this are rare nowadays. I also believe that Lelouch became an immortal and is traveling the peaceful world he created together with C.C. |

wow. juz finished the whole code geass. the ending is really epic, as everybody had said. lelouch mabe still alive, but i my opinion, if they show him being alive again doing things as lelouch will spoil the epic ending. anyway, long live lelouch! *suzaku-Zero is COOL~~ |
