~Hinata Underground Lab~ Trombe: Five, four, three, two, one... *Nothing. Nothing happened.* Trombe: Huh...a dud? *The Mecha Tama suddenly glows, and Trombe sets down his rifle and covers his ears and closes his eyes. The HEAT reappears and detonates at that moment, making a giant hole through the layers and layers of armor, accompanied by a loud 'KABOOM!'. Electricity fizzled over the massive rupture for several seconds afterward. An eerie silence settled over the underground lab.* Trombe: Huh, I expected a bigger boom... *eyes suddenly grow wide* Oh my god... Daitetsu! Get ready to contain the blast! Daitetsu: Wha- *Explosion suddenly starts. Shrapnel starts flying everywhere.* Daitetsu: METAL STORM! *His tsurugi reverts back to liquid, and flies toward the exploding Mecha Tama. All the flying shrapnel starts glowing red, with electricity flying in between them. The shrapnel and the liquid metal circle around the blast, creating a vacuum that focuses the explosion upward through the roof of the underground lab.* Daitetsu: *coughs several times, then collapses* Trombe: *runs forward and drags Daitetsu back* Everyone...please move closer to the walls...the ceiling's about to cave... |

Kyon: What!? *a slab of concrete starts to fall down* Kyon: *takes sidestep, and trips over himself* oof! Yoroko: *raises her palm to the ceiling* Kyon: *thinking* I'm going to- *the concrete falling in the area near Yoroko dissapears* (Yoroko did it again... completley defying all matter of physics) Yoroko: *looks at Kyon and smiles* That was quite close wasnt it? *looking around the room* Is everyone else alright? Kyon: *stands up* *thinking* She's... a total mystery. *glances at Yuki, then pinches the space between his eyes* Sikra: *wiping dust off her hair* I'm fine... Kay:i installed reinforced stainless steel on the ceiling due to Su's tendency to blow things up... Ithuqa:oooh Sikra: *looking around, patting off Gin's clothes at the same time* Where's Nee-san? *nearby, Charmine appears turning over a slab of concrete* Charmine: *raises her hand* Here. Motoko: *cough* Well then... *a head shaped artifact pops out of the rubble, with the Kanji for "Dangerous Cargo" printed on it* Motoko: Hey, that looks like that head that Sarah used carry around all the- *the head cracks, giving off a strong aura* Sikra: Wow! Multiple-Stage boss fight!? *a purple wolf shaped spirit flows out of the head and forms beside the head* Charmaine: I've not seen a exeriment that looked like that... *a pebble falls onto the wolf, going straight though it's body and into the ground* Motoko: It's an evil spirit!   |

We will have our freedom! *stomps it's foot into the ground, mecha tama assemply machines across the lab start to dematerialize* ~outside, Hinata Teahouse~ Seta: *armored with various kitchen accesories, armed with a broom* Mitsune:*holding back the door* Hay Seta! Get over here and help me hold back these-... uh? Haruka: *tips up the pot covering her eyes* What's wrong Kitsune? Mitsune: Slides open the door, with not a single mecha tama outside* They're gone! ~Hinata, Underground Lab~ Yoroko: *slightly tilts her head, looking at the wolf* My, what an elaborate creation... Wolf: Dont talk to me like that, I will spill your-! *looks at Yoroko* Yoroko: *smiles* Please do finish your sentance, I would like to know what you intend to spill. Wolf: *growls, and dissapears along with all the other equipment* Sikra: Wah! *falls onto the ground as the machine under her vanishes* |

Kay:there's a prototype dimension debugger that Su and I created so that we can get back home. It's incomplete and what's worst, that debugger may cause a fluctuation of unnecessary data which might cause this world to go topsy-turvy... Cthaqa:uh...is that bad? Kay:totally bad. it was tested once, and I was transported into this gray world which looks exactly like ours but no people... Itsuki:you meant you accidentally entered closed space? Kay:i have no idea what exactly it is. but when i looked back from where i entered, there seemed to be a rift in the two dimensions. from what was observed, the rift is connected to the real world. what's more shocking was that blue giant I saw heading my way Itsuki:a shinjiin, or Celestial as some of us calls it. Yuki: from what was said, it is possible that the Celestial entity is attempting to escape through the real world via the rift created by the debugger. Kay:maybe, I managed to head back and repair the rift with the debugger and Su's help. Ithuqa and Cthaqa weren't with me so I'm powerless against it. Itsuki:this is a problem...if the debugger is used, this world might be covered by the Celestials. Su:say, now that I remembered it...isn't the debugger all out of juice? what was the power source for the debugger again? Kay:it's a crystal i brought with from my dimension. The debugger uses lots of energy that it drains the crystal's power after one try... Itsuki:then it's safe isn't it? Kay:i don't know...it might be, it might not... Yuki:... |

Look at yourself, you missed everything... (Sadly, I didnt realize Su and Kay's comment on the other debugger at that moment) Haruhi: *wakes up* Wha? *looking around* Everything's pretty bent up... *looks at Kyon* Did you manage to get it on tape? Kyon: *thinking* You wake up and see everything like this, and that's the only thing you got on your mind?! Yoroko: Well, I'm guessing the chance for it finding another crystal are along the lines of a 50/50 chance? Mikuru: .... *glances at Motoko puts her hand in her pocket* Motoko: Uh.. *shakes her head* Well then, it's important we get it back. We'd probably be better of without something capable of doing that. Best we track down everything that wolf took. Sikra: But, how do we do that? Gin: *completely lost* Motoko: Easy... *picks up a calculator, pulls it apart, and starts to tinker with the insides* There... *puts it back together, sticking a peice of metal into the calculator like an antenna* Wherever the wolf may have gone, you can sense it by using this. Pointing into a certain direction... *the calculator displays the numbers 3568* Motoko: Alright, so the 3 translates that wolfy-san is 3 dimensions over... the 5 translates that he's 5 sebrabitts down. The 68 says he's in the area ratio of 68000... *silence* Motoko: Basically, wherever this points, it looks for material that came from this lab. And using the data displayed, you can find out where you have to go. When the calculator displays all zeroes, that means there isnt any related material in that direction. Sikra: Wow! Motoko-san is really smart! Charmaine: All that said, how do we even get there? Leon: *climbing along a pile of rubble, knocks off a pebble and causes all of the rocks to fall over, revealing a only slightly dented demensional teleporter* Motoko: *with leon landing on her head* that. Sikra: Ah right! Mhegan-nee said something about Koalla-san making it a long time ago... Charmaine: But Mhegan-nee-san also said it was disfuctional. Motoko: *looks at the machine* hmmm.... Mikuru: *walks over to the machine* Wahh! *trips and bumps into it, causeing a bolt to come off* *a beam with silent thunderbolts coming down onto a nearby platform by the machine forms* Gin: I guess that means it's working... |

~Hinata, Underground Lab~ Haruhi: A machine to another dimension? Kyon: *thinking* That's just a prop right? They cant be serious! Mikuru: *rubs her head, and stands by the machine silently* Motoko: If wolfy-san said that he was going to find a new home for his brethren, god knows who or what he's going to take from to gain that new home. Charmaine: So, those other demensions are in danger... Motoko: Correct... *scratches the back of her head* This could get pretty messy, but we'll have to clean it up before it gets any worse. Sikra: So who exectly is going to do that? I mean, we nearly got ouselves killed fighting off one of those mecha tama. Besides, maybe all of those aliens and other unknown beings will be able to combat it themselves... (at that moment, came the single sentance that would change the fate of the SOS Brigade, permanantly) Haruhi: *stands up* *everyone looks at Haruhi* Haruhi: *wipes off dust from both of her shoulders* The SOS Brigade freely volunteers to take care of this entire mess and exterminate whatever you where just talking about! Kyon: *looks at Haruhi eyes widening* *raises up her index finger* Haruhi: On the condition that you give us the necessary equipment to use that thing and get back home. And that the SOS brigade gets unlimited usage of the machine. Aside from that, you dont have to pay a single yen. (Argh... still burns just remembering it) Yoroko: ah... Mikuru: ...na-nani?! Motoko: *rubbing her head* ...Huh? Gin: *blinks* Kyon: Y-You cant be frickin' serious! Haruhi: *looking down at Kyon* Of course I am! This is the perfect chance to accomplish our goal! *looks at Su and Kay with a sly look in her eyes* Haruhi: What do you say? *grins* Cant beat an economical price, right? |

The consequences of such actions may be more disastrous than not taking any part in it. *shakes his head* But you're going to say how if you don't do anything, the dimensions may be in far greater danger due to this new threat. We don't care if you go. Just don't get other dimensions or yourselves destroyed as a result. As for Daitetsu and I, we won't participate willingly. Daitetsu: *slowly opens his eyes and sits up* But, Trombe, it might be good for some good old arse-kicking fun. I mean, I haven't had this much excitement since forever. Trombe: *turns to Daitetsu* I don't want to fight any more than I have to, Daitetsu... but I admit, it was kind of fun. And the boys and girls at R&D would want more field data. Which is why I said not 'willingly'. Daitetsu: Haha, what's better than protecting the dimensions and their inhabitants to prove myself worthy of the code of chivalry? Motoko: *scratche her head* ...so you all volunteer to go save the demensions. Hm. Well, as talented as you all are, that mecha tama that came up first is only the tip of the iceberg. You guys all know any other tecniqes? Sikra: Yeah! of course we do! Like how we swing the sword around... Motoko: *holds her face* Ugh... well, that's pretty basic. There are a few more skills out there to learn ya know. Just use your AP. Gin: AP? *scratches his head* Haruhi: *elbowing Kyon* We absolutely dont have time for doing that! Charmaine: *turns the on off lever on the machine* ... Sikra: Now we do! Motoko: Well then, do you guys want to learn about AP or not... you all probably dont even know what it stands for do ya? Sikra: *stands up and draws her sword* Take this! *runs up to charamine* Motoko: Without anything, the only things your cahracter can really do is Move with the arrow buttons, Jump with the [O] Button, And Attack with the [X] button. Charmaine: *starts to run off dodge* Motoko: As you can see, Charmaine cant do anytihng but run from her attack... Sikra: *hits charmaine in the back with the back of her sword* Charmain: *grits her teeth* Motoko: Now Charmaine, equip "guard". ~Charmaine~ AP 1/12 ~Skills~ ~Character~ (new!) Guard: Allows a character to block an attack (1 ap) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Sikra: Come on! *Slashes at Charmaine* Charmaine: *quickly puts her sword up against Sikra's attack* Sikra: Eh!? My attack didnt work! Gin: ... Motoko: *Points Her finger up* As you can see, you can advance your character up by what skills they know. Making them much more powerful in a fight. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Motoko: Skills are divided up into different section when you put them in. There are: ~Character~ Various skills that reflect what the character can do physically. Other bounuses special to Orginizations are also in this category. ~Magic~ Skills relateing to magic. Spells, megic bonuses, etc. Powerful spells usually have an Rechage Time (RT). ~Finishing Move~ How your character ends a combo. None of them are availible as of yet. ~Special Teqniqes~ Special Moves your character knows or learns. Most of these are pretty powerful, and usuall have a Recharge Time (RT). ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Gin: *scratches his head* That's a lot! Motoko: You'll get familiar with it eventually. Now, lets add a Special Tecniqe to Charmaine. ~Charmaine~ AP 3/12 ~Skills~ ~Character~ Guard (1 ap) ~Special Tecnique~ (new!) Slapswipe Hits the enemy on the side, knocking them down into another direction. (2 ap) (RT: 1 post) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Kyon: Uh... what's an RT? Motoko: I'll get there... Charmaine! Charmaine: Hai... *chargest at sikra, hitting her with the wide flat side of her sword, knocking her to the side* Sirka: Oof! *skids along the ground* Kyon: *thinking* hehe... this isnt humane. Motoko: Now, would you like to try it again? Charmaine: I cant. Motoko: Right, she cant. That's because she has to wait out the Recgarge Time. Normally shortened to "RT" it's the amount of posts the poster has to make before they can use the attack again. So in this case: ~RT Recharge Example~ A-chan's 1st post: Charmaine attatacks sikra with "slapslash" which has an RT of 1. B-kun's post: *something happens* A-chan's 2nd post: Charmaine has to wait 1 more turn to use the skill, so she just uses another attack. C-Sama's post: *something happens* A-chan's 3rd post: Charmaine can attack with slapslash again! (so she does!) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Motoko: So, you'll have to keep track of your RT times. But that dosent mean you can use another skill whilst another one is still rechargeing [this might be changed later when characters have tons of special tecniques]. Sikra: *stands up* Come on! That was nothing nee-san! Motoko: Also, be mindful skills in the Character category can be upgraded and allow for other skills in the category to become availible. For example, Knowing the "Rush" skills gives you the ability to also equip the "Wall strafe" ability, which lets you walk along steep surfaces like walls. *looks at everyone's confused faces* Motoko: What, you guys didnt know how to use it!? Geez! Well, now you know, you all have an extra 6 AP to play around with. Have fun. (And that's how we got our first AP bonus, Yay.) @ All: Well, free ap! Now, can you guys try to orginize the skills like in above. It honestly makes things easier in the long run. Now you can equip more skills from the ones availible below. But you guys can also make up your own skills. Please refer to "Sikra's Bulletpoint Advice" Towards the bottom reguarding that. ~Skills Availible~ ~Character~ Guard: Fast Reaction where a user parries an attack (1 ap) Guard 2: An advanced Version of Guard where the attacker is pushed back and mementarily open to attack (2 ap) High Jump: Allows a user to jump high into the air, enough to go atop trees (1 ap) Long Jump: Allows a user to jump short distances such as building tops (requires high jump or higher) (3 ap) Double Jump: Allows a user to jump to a higher elevation in midair once (2 ap) Rush: Allows a user to run at a faster pace than a normal run for a short distance (1 ap) Arial Recovery: Regains posture when knocked into the air. Since you cant respond when knocked into the air. (1 ap) ~Magic~ Bolt Lock On: Magic bolts/orbs cast by the user seeks out the target (5 ap) ~Special Tecniques~ (Hinata Specials! from Motoko) Air Splitting Sword: Slice into the air and create a wave that cuts though the air (1 ap) (RT: 2 posts) Boulder Breaking Sword: Slice into the air and create an even more powerful wave (3 ap) (RT: 2 posts) Spirit Banishing Sword: Slice into the ar and create a powerful wave that can even damage spirits (5 ap) (RT: 3 posts) ~Sikra's Bulletpoint Advice!~ Q: What about skills we want to make up on our own? A: Of course you can make up your own skills! Just remember to send it to me to get it checked before you put in onto your character. Just remember to give me a description and be fure to include the RT if it's a special or powerful attack skill. So basic requirements for a skill: 1) Skill Name: 2) Skill Decription 3) AP Cost: 4) RT Time: (if it is a powerful attack skill) 5) An OK by me before you add it in.
