I've caught up with the recent episodes lately. Good stuff. The argument of comparing it to season one in terms of which is better is highly debatable. I will say for sure, Mio's character is way better, and more shined in Season 1. I think the star characters this season are Ritsu and Azusa. Of course Yui is good, too.

A K-ON thread? I wonder why I haven't seen this before... /blames school Anyway... @ SRS- I saw that before, but still very funny (Coincidence, I don't think so) XD Also, is it just me or is the full version of "No, Thank You!!" not as good as the other two endings? Honestly, I felt as though the full version was lacking, and I think that "Listen!!" and "Don't Say 'LAZY'" are better. I even listened to each of them, one right after the other, and I still think the other two are better. But then again, that could just be me. Does anyone else agree? (I'm afraid I'll start an uproar with my opinions XD)  |

Note: About that other repeat thread, none of that senseless child BS crap about something you're obviously in the wrong for. Don't flame, don't start some pointless argument before you get flamed by someone higher up. Also, this wouldn't happen if people BUMP THREADS OR KEEP ANIME DISCUSSIONS IN THE FORUMS ACTIVE! GEEZ. Have both the new singles albums. The full OP, even the TV OP, I am in love with. At first it was insanely fast paced for me, but the second time I heard it and onwards, I began to love it more and more. The most addicting thing is the chorus. This song fits Yui's singing style the best, as also fast paced pop-rock. Too bad they're actual skill isn't that good yet, lol. We better hear a new live performance soon. I love the dark feeling riff in the ED. It has that gothic novel feel to it, staying true to the pop-rock style of the band. Kira Kira Days and Girls in Wonderland aren't bad songs either. By far the best OP/EDs in my OP, in respect to the first season's.

@ Naru- It's the opposite for me. I love the new opening but the ending seems bleh to me and I don't know why. XD @ Kelrei- The cover of the regular edition is entire group in the second outfits of the ending (The ones that don't look like school uniforms), and the background is the room that they're in for the ending (The one with the green walls). @ SRS- I like this ending too, but it just doesn't seem as catchy as "Listen!!" or "Don't Say 'Lazy'" for some reason... But as I said before it could just be me. |

From what I read yesterday, these two singles are the top selling singles on the iTunes store. VIOLA! There's no way they can top Oricon though, and they haven't yet. I'd be very interesting to see Nico Nico Douga covers of the OP though.
