Of the anime currently airing, Uchuu Kyoudai, Shinsekai Yori, and Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun are my favorites.

Of all time probably either Full Moon o Sagashite or the old Hunter x Hunter series (and its various sequels and OVAs). Of what I am watching now probably Minami-ke Tadaima. Sword Art Online, despite its flaws, was probably the best anime I watched last year.

Full Metal Panic.. one of the first ones I've watched and now as I'm watching it again (for the hundredth time, but after a really loooong time of not watching anime in general) I'm loving it more and more :3 (Sagara Sousuke-Gunsou is just ... <3)
