Nataski warrior:This land has been claimed by the ruler of nataski. this is our property now, and you are tresspassing. ah, and you have what we want...the orb of renzokuken. bring me the orb, and we'll let you live. elder:that's bullshit! if you want to claim this land, you'll have to go through us! The gates open to reveal hundreds of mages and knights decked out with weapons. elder:CHARGE! N.warrior:it's your death! ATTAACCK!!!!!

Ray, mage, mokona a fierce battle broke out and ray was outside near the temple. the village elder ran up to him. elder:ray, you must go into the temple, and take the orb, and flee from this village! ray:but you said it was forbidden to touch the o--- elder:there's no time to explain! Hurry u*slushmp* ugh.... A spear went right through the village elders frail body. blood splattered on rays face and he cried out in shock. the spear was removed by the same nataski warrior that claimed the land. N.warior:well lookie here, it's a mage. tell me, boy? have you ever heard of death? because now you shall experience what it's like!!! He raised his spear and dove at ray, but ray dodged and ran into the temple. He took the orb and cried "Help me! please help me!!" the orb lit up and shook violently, and at once there was lightning striking down on the nataski warriors, killing all except one. The remaining warrior staggered into the temple and aimed his sword at ray. "you're giving me a hard time, kid...give me that orb." ray stepped back. "no...." "then die!" the warrior raised his sword and viciously stabbed ray in the heart "gyahhgg....ugh.."ray dropped the orb, which began to glow with a white light. The warrior stared at it in disbelief. "what the?---what's hap--!?" he never finished the sentence, because at that point an explosion occured, enveloping the entire village and incinerating and killing everyone in it. except.... ray woke up on the ground, with the orb cracked next to him. he could hear a voice..."keup...ake up! Wake up!!" (END DREAM/FLASHBACK) RAY WOKE Up to find chiko and karou staring at him. "..whuh? what happened?" "I remember that one guy shooting poisonous thorns at chiko...then I leapt in front of her to protect her from the poison...."
