This bums me a lot , the cpu shop I went to (Not the place I'm doing my posting) is really a great shop except one thing , when I ask them to use their scanner to scan my drawings , they allow it , with a 'price' to pay , RM5.00 per scan >.< *A-WHAT!!!!* , well , they're using some state-of-the-art photoshop tools there but RM5.00 !? I got a lot of drawings to post , and I'm not 'Richie Rich' for goodness sake !!! So , sorry , no pics for now :P @All Soooryy I have to compile up all of your comments of your drawings , but I promise I will comment individually , so I would say just keep posting more drawings 'cause they're all nice (I've seen all of them ^^) @Red Rackham Eeeekk !!! I did a fatal mistake !!! O__O I mistook you as Dragonfly *Glomps* (You're so in trouble , Angelus) !! Gomen ne !! So , all of the comments I've made on Draco Mulfoy was actually for you (Looks like I'm still not sober enough) ,so do read it , kya ? Trust me , it's not easy to draw those effects without the help of screentones , IT'S REALLY DIFFICULT !!!! It'll take a lot of time to create the simplest of effect (I did it for all of my comics , it's really tiring -___-*) @Forest Well , I know him though :P , but yes , creepy .....(O.O)* You got that right ;P . Venus is the Roman Goddess of Beauty and Love , similar to Aphrodite in the Greek Mythology (I think Isis is also the same for the Norse Mythology O.o) @Werrior Welcome back !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ^^ Yes , I agree . I'll be waiting ^^. @Poko-Poko Hmmmm ..... , I would say the first thing is to do is try putting simple shadings on , the 'typical-we-all-use-it' style at places where light dosen't reach it (But firstly , do determine where is your light coming from first , then it would be easy after that ^^) . @Red: Ooh, love your character! Nice tattoo, too. Yay, blood! :D Good luck with your exams, hoping to see more from you :) Oh, and here's a tip: If you're having trouble with chibis, try drawing the head bigger than the other body parts. The scale for semi-chibi figures is 1:2 with the head and for chibis is usually 1:1, at least that's what i do. EDIT Whoops, forgot to add... Pointy chins are a big no-no. And lose the details, keep it as simple as possible! |

Okay.....i'm still busy with final exam so i haven't draw anything....so, i'll do more reposting. THis time, this character will become my protagonist character in my next manga.....(some of you have already see this)  He is a Demon/Monster Hunter with a Mystical Sword (sword that have soul and can talk). The thighs are a bit exegurated (spelling) but the facial expression is right on. @ DarkCyntax personally for me I use ink/gel pens for, well, inking. Technically I use 0.4 mm to ink small images while I use 0.6 mm for large images, as well as inking the outlines. for the shadows and the like, I do that in the computer already. If i ever to put shadows traditionally I would just avoid the use of the gel pens and go with the pencil. |

I dunno if this is the right place to ask, but what pen do you use and what like for shadows, hair, eyes etc. 2B, HB...and so on. Just curious...
