Fenris [Relous Leader] Training Room, under the Relous Hideout Almost as soon as Fenris had readied his stance Dust pounced at him. The kid was fast Fenris thought as he stepped out of the way and spun to face Dust again. As soon as Dust had landed he spun to face Fenris and started running towards him. Fenris decided to test how far the kids abilities want and delivered a fast leg sweep which Dust evaded by jumping forwards and tried to deliver a flying punch to Fenris' face, which was deftly blocked and Dust's momentum diverted to another direction. While his balance was gone Fenris gave a firm shove to the back and Dust landed to the floor. Fenris: You seem to be quite fast and your reflexes are pretty good but you act much too rashly and you don't seem to have any close combat training and not that much experience at it either. Dust: Why would that matter, huh? Dust pounced again towards Fenris but his attack missed again as Fenris sidestepped the attack. Fenris: You seem like the type that learns best with their body, so let me give you a demonstration why the training and experience matters. This time Fenris was the one that pounced towards Dust but he kept his jump lower than what Dust had done and as Dust tried to sidestep the attack as Fenris had done Fenris simply extended his hand to the floor and used his momentum to power a sweeping kick that knocked Dust off his feet. Fenris: First lesson, never lose your 'touch' to the ground, meaning that you should always be able to change your direction if your opponent moves. Dust rose from the floor growling, and started running towards Fenris furious at his humiliation. He started throwing punches as fast as he could but everyone was blocked by Fenris. Fenris: Second lesson, never let your anger control you, when your rage controls you your attacks become predictable and easy to block or counter. Fenris took a hold of Dust's arm as he dodged a punch and threw him across the room. Dust: How can you do that? You're only a human. Dust charged once again putting all of his strenght into a single punch which Fenris blocked by using both of his hands. Fenris: Third and final lesson for today, never judge your opponent by how he looks. Fenris let his bestial side appear and as his ears and tail grew and his hands turned into claws Dust retreated in surprise. Dust: You're MB too? But... I didn't sense anything! Fenris: Well I am a Class 3 MB and I can hide my bestial side so that even other MB's can't sense what I am. And this is where our training ends. Fenris crossed the distance between him and Dust and delivered several hard blows to Dust's midsection driving all the air out of his lungs. As Dust fell to the floor clutching his stomach Fenris kneeled beside him and rolled him to his back. Fenris: Well if you want to join Relous I should give you some basics first. The Relous is compromised mainly of the escaped MB's such as myself and Shiko but there are also some human members, our main objective is the fall of Espon corporation or at least the halting of the program that has created MB's. Fenris: So would you tell me your name now? Dust: I'm... Dust. Fenris: Well, Dust, I'm Fenris the leader of Relous, nice to meet you. Now take a breather and after you have regained your breath meet me upstairs at the dining hall and tell me if you want to join or not either way you'll have a warm meal. Fenris leaned closer to Dust and whispered into his ear. Fenris: And don't worry I won't tell Shiko. Fenris winked and tapped his nose knowingly. With that Fenris left the training room and headed towards the dining hall all the excercise he had done today had left him hungry as a wolf.   |

@all: yes, I gave Fenris my permission tu take control of my character ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dust Misaki Relous Relous HQ||Training Room Dust waited for his breath to come back, as he was taking in everything Fenris had just told him. After his breath had returned, Dust started to walk to the didning hall, thinking to himself. "Was that remark about Shiko...I haven't even todl him I'm inlove with her..." He exited the trainign room, and came up in an elborate building; or it was to Dust, since he wasn't the brightest of people. Dust wandered around for about 15 minutes, looking for the dining hall. "How does he expect me to come tothe dining hall when he doesn't tell me where it is?" He said a little aggravated. He kept wandering around, hoping that he would find some other Relosu member to give him directions. Sadly, he had no luck. So he just gave up, and leaned against a wall, and decided to fall asleep.

Noctis:Well,it can't always be fighting.If it came to that,we'd have been long kill. He sighed again and decided to find something..or someone to tinker with.Jumping down from the rooftop with ease he proceeded to wander about.He vaguely saw Fenris going somewhere. Noctis:Going to eat I suppose? He shook his head as he then felt the pang of the atmosphere around him.It was just too peaceful these days.It had seemed that the last mission they got was ages ago.He then looked around when he caught scent of the new comer.He saw him sleeping against the wall and shook his head,then started to go to him.Then he started poking him using his feet. [Shiroyuki|Relous|Akihabara|Chiyoda City|Outside the Cafe] Shiroyuki was standing out looking at the cafe.He received intelligence that a bunch of neutrals were staying there.But amongst the neutrals were MBs.He decided it was better for him to confirm it with his own two eyes rather than coming from his sources. Shiroyuki glanced left and right and saw the streets were empty except for a few beggars here and there.Looking directly at the cafe he went towards it silently and swiftly.Using his keen senses he saw people inside. Shiroyuki:This'll make it easier then. He then pushed the door open and a bell rang,announcing his arrival.As he entered,he already had his "Persona" on.As the door opened his was smiling and his eyes were closed. Shiroyuki:Eh~?! I thought this...was a cafe... He looked around uncertainly and looked at the sign. Shiroyuki:I-it is a c-c-cafe isn't it? Shiroyuki then started to observe everything about the cafe called "Second Home".  |

[ OOC ] Sorry guys I was waiting for some others to post before I make my move my self. Plus with the projects I had to work on before the coming Monday. Have no fear am still here and news is I might create a new RP some time soon or not. Shiko Kujo [Relous] [ Shibuya | Relous Hideout | Outside ] Shiko watched from the roof the battle that took place, it was amazing to see Fenris battle as his skills out master almost the rest. Including Shiko. As for her she only knows that few of her attacks could ever hit Fenris, but never a critical one. She was too soft on others. Shiko: "I hope they would be alright..." Shiko watched closely till both of them finally ended the training. She couldn't hear what they were talking amongst themselves, and then saw both have entered the building again. She thought that Fenris would have most likely asked Dust to meet him back in the dinning hall. Shiko: "He... might get lost inside..." She flew down from the roof and entered the warehouse, it was empty as ever near the font entrance. Since it was daytime no enemies would dare to attack when people are active outside. Shiko then started to wonder down the hallways, and there she saw Dust leaning down on the wall, asleep. Noctis was already there to bother the guy with light kicks. Noctis:Oi,it's not hygienic to sleep on the floor,we may look poor but we still have beds you know. Shiko: "Please don't kick him Noctis-san...Dust-san..." she said softly. She crept closer and keeled down by his side. She started to gently pat his shoulders, trying to wake him up before Fenris got restless. Shiko: "Dust-san... ~Espon Headquarters, Some Corridor~ ---------------------------------------------- Dr Sakuya and Hana raced down the corridor, Hana transforming as she ran, was soon miles ahead of poor Dr, Sakuya. She burst into the room ignoring the guards standing outside who reached for their stun guns at the sight of the enormous white tiger. Instinctively Hana leaped at the man in the room shoving Mei aside as her jaws clasped around his throat. The man was squashed up against the wall as he and Hana were still for what seemed like an eternity as Hana struggled against the powerful urge to clamp her jaws down, and crush the stranger's throat. She breathed deeply, trying to calm down. Hana(thinking): He... he smells nice... like a friend Almost as a reaction Hana rubbed her head against the man's face and immediately felt a deep sense of embarrassment. Why was it always so hard to ignore her tiger urges when her emotions ran wild? The man looked incredibly shocked, but tentatively patted Hana on the head. To her eternal shame Hana began to purr. Quickly she transformed back into a human in order to stop the embarrassing noise. When she was human again she stood with her hands pressed against the man's shoulders to pin him against the wall, hoping he wouldn't notice how bright red her face was. Ryoma: What... Hana (low whisper): Meet us at 2 AM on top of the old bakery just across the street from here. Ryoma: But how will you...? Hana: We have our ways of getting out for an hour or so. Glancing over her shoulder furtively Hana pressed her finger to her lips Hana: Now, shhhh! Just go along with what I say! Oh, and if you ever sneak up on my sister again, I'll rip your head off! Hana stood on top of her bed and pushed up a loose panel in the ceiling, she beckoned the stranger over and pushed him up into the now exposed air vent. Hana: Carry on untill you see the light, you will come to a locked grate, we usualy use a claw to pick the lock but you will have to make do with this. Hana slid a hair pin out and handed it to him. Suddenly the rushed footsteps of Dr. Sakuya were heard just outside the door. Hana: Go! And don't make a sound! Dr. Sakuya burst into the room and looked at Hana and Mei sitting calmly next to each other. Dr. Sakuya: What was wrong!? Hana smiled innocently. Hana: Mei remembered my appointment was on Friday and panicked, every-thing's all right now, Dr. Sakuya Dr. Sakuya (suspicious): Oh, really? Well I have places to go so I'll leave you now, but remember Mei we actually do have an appointment tonight, don't be late. She walked out of the room quickly, leaving the twins alone. Mei: Hana... Hana (quickly): I wasn't purring! I just ate something weird for lunch, ok! Mei: Never mind that! What are you doing with that weird owl-boy, and what were you doing with Dr. Sakuya? Mei frowned at Hana and moved slightly further apart from her, twirling her hair and looking down. Mei (sadly): And more importantly, when did you start keeping secrets from me? Hana bit her lip and looked away.    |

Fenris [Relous Leader] Relous Hideout | Dining Hall Fenris had grabbed something to eat and found a quiet place at the corner. Now that he had little time he decided to take a look at the info he had downloaded from the Espon server. He took his palm computer and connected it into the harddrive which contained the dta he had downloaded, after looking ir for a while he realised just what he had managed to acquire. Fenris rose from his seat and quickly made his way to the counter. Fenris: Ah, it's you Yuki. Yuki was smiling as she always seemed to be. Yuki: Hello, Fenris you need anything? Fenris: Actually yes, I was supposed to wait for a possible new recruit here but something came up so I'm moving to my lab. So if you see the new guy, his name is Dust, or Shiko or Noctis you should tell them to come to my lab after they have eaten, and if Dust is alone have someone to guide him. Yuki: Okay I shall inform them. Have fun. Fenris: You can believe I will. Fenris grinned madly as he jumped to the rafters of the dining hall and started heading towards his lab. To actually get my hands to Coldwell's research files, it seems that luck was on our side. But I still wonder about the contents of this folder, well I look into it later, now I have some tinkering to do. |

Arthur Coldwell [Espon] [ Sub Zero Wing | Laboratory Dining Area | 1:30 PM ] Coldwell's Deputy Scientist finished her brunch, after Coldwell waited for her for a while. Coldwell's Deputy Scientist stood up, stretched, and walked near Coldwell and then, she suddenly fainted. Coldwell was shocked and knelt down to check her vital signs. But before he could've done it, his Deputy Scientist clicked a button on Coldwell's control panel and hugged him tight. Coldwell : WAIT. DON'T HUG ME. YOU'LL GET FROZEN. Coldwell waits a while and he sees that his Deputy Scientist is not freezing. Coldwell : Oh so you deactivated my suit. Coldwell's Deputy Scientist : Sorry, sensei. It won't happen agai--Oh my. Coldwell hugged her back. The Deputy started feeling warm. Coldwell's Deputy Scientist : Sensei, I've never been this happy before. Coldwell : Really? That's nice. Well, do you want to savor the moment for a while? Coldwell's Deputy Scientist : Hai, sensei. After this, we can go back to work! Coldwell : That's a good girl. [ Sub Zero Wing | Laboratory Proper | 2:00 PM ] They hugged each other tightly before they got back up. Then, they exited the Dining Area. All of a sudden, all the other scientsts were staring at them as they went out. Coldwell got a little uncomfortable. Coldwell : Uhmm, why are you people staring? Get back to work. We have a schedule to follow. Scientists : Yes, sir! After that commotion, they all went back to their posts and continued their research. All of a sudden, his phone rang. He opened his e-mail and found that Shiranui replied to his e-mail. Shiranui's E-mail: Well, I don’t know if I am a decent person to you or not but yeah. I want to discuss something with you. It is professional though. Is 3pm or 4pm ok with you? I have something very important now and I don’t know how much time it will take. By the way, I am sorry that I didn’t accompany you for breakfast. I am very busy today. Coldwell quickly replied to that e-mail. E-mail : That's OK, Shiranui. I was unavailable as well, after Valter ruined my schedule. So yeah. Do e-mail me back once you're available at either 3 or 4 because I'm available at both times so don't worry about my schedule. See you later. After that, he put his phone back in his pocket and sat on his EZ chair. After a few minutes, his Deputy Scientist approached him again, wearing her standard lab coat. Coldwell : You had your fun, Deputy. Now, it's time for work. So, what brings you here? Coldwell's Deputy Scientist : Sensei, I have good news and bad news. Coldwell : Start with the bad news. I could use some action right about now. Coldwell's Deputy Scientist : Sir, Sub Zero's IT department could not trace the culprit that stole our research files. Coldwell : I see. It is a great loss to have handed that researc--wait. You did upload only summaries of my research to Espon servers, right? No specs or whatsoever? Coldwell's Deputy Scientist : Of course, sensei. You always did say to me, "Discretion is the key to our research's success." Coldwell : That's a good girl. Well, think of it this way. At least they now know who to fear. Coldwell's Deputy Scientist : True, ne. Coldwell : Now, fill me in on the good news. Coldwell's Deputy Scientist : Sir, we have an incoming stream from Iron Frost HQ. The Deputy Scientist turned on the large screen beside Coldwell's chair and showed a familiar face.  The Founder Novus Commander The Founder : Greetings, Cold Steel. It has been a while since we last talked with each other. Coldwell : Wait a minute. The Founder was the project I had with the American government. What is the meaning of this and who revived my Novus project? Coldwell's Deputy Scientist : I did, sensei. I figured that if we are to truly make our research discreet, we need everything we can get our hands on to defend it from any outside force. Coldwell : True, Deputy but, isn't Novus a bit too overkill for you? Even I didn't think about defending my research with that much power. Wait. Let me talk to The Founder. Coldwell fixes his posture and rotates his chair to face The Founder. Coldwell : Founder, now that you have been revived, I believe my Novus cryo-units are operational as well? The Founder : Yes, Cold Steel. All 450,000 Viktor units have been found with no defects and are all fully-operational. The Founder flashed a picture of an operational Viktor unit.  Viktor Basic Novus Unit Coldwell : Good. Do tell me more about Novus. I seem to have lost track of the whole Novus project. The Founder : Accessing database... The Founder started speaking in an incomprehensible language. After a few minutes, The Founder stopped and spoke in its usual robotic tone. The Founder : During your contract with the American government, they made you develop an army that was to be personally controlled by you, for the benefit of the United States Armed Forces. Thus, with your current knowledge of cryo-techonology, you made prototypes of heavily armed cryo-bots. Thus, the Viktor unit was born. Also, you didn't want to be busy so you developed a main commanding unit that would be able to understand battle situations. Thus, I was born out of your knowledge. You decided to name your apocalyptic army, Novus because you believed that your vision would spark a new revolution. Coldwell : I was still mad with power that time. But how did you survive the onslaught outside? The Founder : We were shipped to the USAF base in Japan. Then, your Deputy learned of this army, secretly shipped it to Iron Frost and then she revived us. As of the moment, she has increased the Novus army by 450% from the original 100,000 Novus units. Coldwell : Deputy, where did you get funding? Coldwell's Deputy Scientist : Sir, I did not fund it. The Japanese government did. It was their way of saying thanks to you. Coldwell : I see. Anyway, nice to see you again, Founder. I'll keep you in charge of Novus and Iron Frost. Deputy, you focus only on the tasks I assign to you, okay? I appreciate your concern for my research. For that, I'm thankful. Now go back to your post. Coldwell's Deputy Scientist : Rokai! The Deputy ran back to her post happily. Coldwell kept staring at her, amazed at her charisma. After that, Coldwell went back to his chair and continued chatting with The Founder.  |

Ryoma:(Sigh) well i gues i have no choice(goes into the air vent) Ryoma:(crawling to the air vent) Things happened so fast i wasnt able to say goodbye (air starts getting cold) hmm (peeks through the air vent) Hey thats Coldwell over there (listens to their conversation for a while) looks like theyre talking about viktor units or something... anyway safety comes first )starts crawling through the air vent again) Ryoma:(Reaches the clsed gates) fially here I am (uses the hair pin but easily breaks) man that was useful (spreads his wings plucks a feather and uses it to pick the lock then flies away)  ![](http://i35.tinypic.com/ng4y3c.jpg") |

Dust Misaki Relous Relous HQ||Hallways As Shiko started to pat his shoulders, Dust started to wake up, and when he noticed Shiko he blushed extrememly. "uh...uh...Sorry..." he said while putting his hand behind his head. An embarrassed expression on his face. He stood up and looked at Noctis, then back at Shiko. "So...you two know where the dining hall is?" He said. He knew that they knew where it was, he just felt awkward since Shiko was there.

[Noctis Lucis Caelum|Relous|Hallway] Noctis sighed and shook his head.He smelled something in the air around Dust and he knew well enough what it was.He decided to break the silence. Noctis:Alright,alright.Shiko you can take a rest,I'll take the new kid to the Dining hall.I'm hungry anyway. He then grabs Dust by the collar and starts to pull him away while whispering Noctis:I don't think your making the right impression on her,New guy.You gotta speak up or else somebody might get to her. He then proceeded to laugh. Noctis:Not that it matters now,eh? There's always a next time.Anyway,you better grab something to eat and a few winks before you get murdered by the Muscle-bound-guy we call for a leader...Er..Not that he really is a Muscle-bound-guy but you get the idea... He then stopped to consider something. Noctis:Now that I think about it he looks like a guy to took too much steroids rather than a Half-Wolf,don't you think?Anyway that's not our problem for now. They then arrived at the dining hall was. Noctis:You can eat anything that you can see...excluding those that are labeled with names such as mine or Fenris',unless you want a very very painful training session,eh? He then let go of Dust and went to the "Bar" and got himself a cold drink. Noctis:What's up,Yuki? |

Yuki [Relous] Relous Hideout | Dining Hall Yuki saw Noctis coming in with someone she didn't regocnize, that was probably the new guy Fenris had mentioned. After Noctis had given him a short talk, the new guy headed for the food stands while Noctis headed towards the "Bar" where she was currently on shift. Noctis sat at the counter and spoke to her. Noctis: What's up, Yuki? Yuki: Ah, Noctis, Fenris asked me to pass a message for you, the new guy, I suspect that he's the one you came in with and to Shiko, have you seen her by the way? Yuki: Well, anyways Fenris told that you all should eat something and after you have finished eating meet Fenris at his lab downstairs, you probably should and tell... Dust, I think Fenris called him. Yuki: Fenris seemed very enthusiastic when he left so you won't have to worry anout knocking. You know how he gets when he has some new things to play with. Yuki smiled to Noctis and rose to leave. Yuki: Well I should go and find Shiko then. Yuki left the room from the door where Noctis had come in with Dust. Fenris [Relous Leader] Relous Hideout | Personal Lab After Fenris had arrived at his lab he had decided to look what the folder she had left contained. Inside there was two memory drives, one labeled Fenris and other labeled Coldwell, there also was a strange watch and manual. He plugged the drive labeled Coldwell into his computer and started to look through the data it contained most of it was shipping records for different materials the Coldwell had ordered but there was strange markings in some of the shipments, there were two different marks one with that resembled a snowflake and one that resembled a lizard. There was also the coordinates to a place where some of the materials originated from. Comparing the this data with the data he had gotten from the Espon servers gave him a a good hint at just what Coldwell had used to make his experiments work. There was two major experiments logged in the research summaries, the Coldwell cryo research and another project of Coldwell's this one including chameleon genes. Fenris had to admit that Coldwell was a great researcher and scientist even if his morals were somewhat questionable, but thanks to this information he could finish his personal project sooner. And if he had everyhting needed here he could pass some schematics for Noctis when they arrived. He then decided to take a look at the watch that had been in the folder, it was way more complex than any he had senn before and when he started reading the manual he realised why. She had actually managed to smuggle one of these out for him, he would have buy her something for this. Cryo-watch with this he could finish his project way sooner than he had ever hoped. It could be possible that he could even get it working today. Then Fenris got to work. He made a extensive use of his lab which contained lot of tools some of which weren't usually associated with scientific research. His lab had a chemical "studio" at one of the corners, the second corner contained the tools needed for smithing including a furnace, in the third was the electronic workshop, the fourth corner had the door and some chairs for lounging and talking and in the middle of the lab was the computer system that rivaled those of the government, it's core had been stolen from the Espon facility where Fenris had been kept before the escape and most of the rest had been customised by Fenris. The speed and precision that Fenris used when he worked never ceased to amaze bystanders, not even those that had seen him working before. |

Karen:(seems to be confused,later calms down) Konichiwa,God-san. God: *curiously looks at Karen from head to toe* "..................." *walks closer to Karen* "....... Excuse me....." *touches Karen's cheek while looking straight into her eyes* "..... Heeee~~" *gently pats Karen's head* "Nice to meet you too, Karen-chan..." It seems that God knows about Karen being a persocom after he touched her cheek, and is not surprised at all. Well, it's more like you can't tell what exactly lies behind his straight and cold expression..... Shiroyuki:Eh~?! I thought this...was a cafe... He looked around uncertainly and looked at the sign. Shiroyuki:I-it is a c-c-cafe isn't it? Shiroyuki then started to observe everything about the cafe called "Second Home". While Snake is playing against the Russian soldier, a white-haired guy awkwardly entered the cafe. Judging by his awkwardness towards the lively atmosphere of "Second Home", it seems that it's his first time visiting the cafe. God quickly greeted the guy when the whole cafe is excited looking at Snake's game... God: *straight face, greets Shiroyuki monotonously* "...... Ah.... Irasshaimase, we are closed for today, if you want to go in, go get me some chocolates or cinnamon sticks from the nearest seven-eleven..." Melissa: *shouts* "Aniue!!! What kind of greeting was that?!" God: *stares at Shiroyuki for a while* "......................." *sticks out his tongue* "....... Nanchatte~..." Tiffany: *kicks God's feet softly* "Nanchatte jyanee! It's a new customer! What did you just say?!" God: "..... Oh... A new customer is it...?" God stared at the new customer for quite a long time, without changing his straight face at all. Dust Misaki Relous Relous HQ||Dining Hall Dust marveled at the food. There was everything he liked to eat there. he filled up his plate with a bunch of meet, then got a jug of milk. His MB half was feline after all. he ate like a best, shoving food in his mouth and barely being able to swallow. Followed by a few gulps of milk. This was heaven to Dust, since he hadn't eaten in a couple of weeks. it took him about 45 minutes to finish eating. And he layed back in his chair and stuck a toothpick in between his teeth. HIs stomach was a bout ready to burst(figuratively speaking of course~). He stood up and decided to go to the sleeping quarters. Too bad he didn't know where those were either. Along the way, he bumped into Shiko. "Oh hey Shiko. I'm lost again...heh heh...mind giving me a tour of the place?" This was the best thing he could think of.

[ Fenris ] I'll take control over Yuki for just a bit to make things go smoothly with Dust since Kenji hasn't replied to Yuki. This is so Dust can go on to your lab. Shiko Kujo [Relous] [ Shibuya | Relous Hideout | Outside ] As Shiko was off back to her bed room, she had been called by someone from behind. It was Yuki, one of the members of their team. Shiko gladly stopped to face her and asked what was going on. Shiko: "Yuki-san, is there anything you need?" Yuki: "Ah well you haven't had anything to eat yet." Shiko: "Thats alright, not that hungry anyway. So are they meeting up with Fenris-sama?" Yuki: "Yeah, after they eat I told Noctis to take the new guy with him to his lab." Shiko: "I see. And thank you for worrying about me. Yuki nodded in reply of the thank you. Suddenly they see Dust coming by, it seemed that he came from the dinning room not too long ago. He had a grin on his face. Dust: "Oh hey Shiko. I'm lost again...heh heh...mind giving me a tour of the place?" Shiko: "Ah... Well actually Fenris-sama wants to see you after you ate... I can show you where the lab is and we can get Noctis-san along the way, unless he already left without you..." Shiko then looked back to Yuki. Noctis:Today is just too..boring. He was about to turn a corner when he heard Shiko talking to Dust.He stood silently at a corner and Shiko's back was facing to him and Dust facing him.He gave him the two thumbs up and mouthed "I'll see you downstairs then." and silently as a fox he went away,proceeding to the Lab. He, again, contacted the Deputy with his intercom. The Deputy came in rushing, also with a worried face. Coldwell's Deputy Scientist : What is it, sensei? Coldwell : Tell me exactly what you uploaded on Espon servers. Coldwell's Deputy Scientist : Well, let's see here. Erm, I've uploaded progress summaries of our lizard research, our sources for the materials we use, and basic cryo-technology, so Espon does not question our actions. Coldwell : I see. What about the Novus project and the Iron Frost Headquarters? Coldwell's Deputy Scientist : Espon has no clue, sir. Everything about our advanced cryo-research is uploaded on our secure offline servers in Iron Frost. In other words, sir, neither Espon nor Relous knows about our Neocryo project. Coldwell : Good, Deputy. I knew I picked the right person to be my right hand. The Deputy blushed and grinned. Coldwell's Deputy Scientist : Just doing my job, sensei. Coldwell : At least now I'm assured that the rest of my critical research is safe. That would be all, Deputy. Go back to what you were doing. Coldwell's Deputy Scientist : Rokai! As the Deputy exited the room, Coldwell went back to talking with The Founder. The Founder : Where were we? Oh yes. Remember that time when you spilled cryo-fluids on your lunch? Coldwell noticed it and smiled back at her. But then, he remembered his meeting with Dr. Sakuya. Coldwell : Anyway, thanks again for that snack. I really should be going to Dr. Sakuya's place. She invited me to talk about something professional. Don't worry, Deputy, maybe it's just some consultation thing or something. I won't be revealing our research to that ingrate. Coldwell's Deputy Scientist : *chuckles* Ahahaha, Sensei. You even call your colleagues ingrates? Coldwell : This is just between you and me. And of course, that was just a joke. Fenris [Relous Leader] Relous Hidout | Personal Lab Fenris didn't even rise his head when Noctis entered the room. Noctis: Yo, what's up? Fenris: Science, and some other stuff I reckon. But Noctis remember the talk we had before raiding the Espon warehouse the one where you joked about getting a stealth button for your car? Fenris: Amongst the data we acquired there was info on a stealth field generator, I have managed to make what I think is a working generator and can be fitted into a car, so do you want to have it? Fenris: The blueprints are on that computer over there, password Noctis. Fenris pointed at one of the screens in middle of the room. Fenris: You can use my tools here to create it, ask for help if you need any. Fenris was almost finished with one part of his project, all that was left was to let it cool before installing it into the shaft. Fenris had just finished working with one of his other projects this one intended for Shiko: a naginata with folding shaft that was colored black while the blade was electric blue with silhouette of black crow etched to either side. This was one of Fenris' hobbies, creating weapons for his friends and for himself. There were also several small pendants lined up at one of the tables all made with different person in mind but they all had the same function the pendant worked as a communicator. Almost all Relous members had been given such pendants on the previous night, but Fenris hadn't been able to finish these special ones in time. These pendants were intended for the Relous members that moved more about the city than others, this included Fenris, Noctis, Shiko, Shiroyuki and the members of the Wolf Guard. They included a device that could shroud a small area around the user from MB scanners for a limited time. The Wolf Guard had already received theirs and the one for Shiroyuki had been placed in his quarters. The ones remaining belonged to Fenris, shaped as a howling wolf head, Noctis ahped as a fox head, Shiko, shaped like crow and Fenris had even made one for Dust shaped as a snarling tiger head. Fenris took his and Noctis' pendants from the table and tossed one for Noctis. Fenris: These are also finished, that one's yours. Fenris put on his pendant and began working again. |
