@L: Dude, if you are playing easy the game is like cake walk. An attempt at expert on certain songs will end in failure, unless you have talent in that area. Drums = foot, hand , eye coordination for example. Some songs on expert still kill me. T.T @Engel: I have never been to a costume party either. Never had a reason to go to one before. Plus, I hated dressing up. >,< @Z: lol Dude, those look awesome!! I am going to attmept something with that second image. :3 @DA: The second game is suppose to have a ton more songs than the first. And a lot more harder. The second one is suppose to have more impossible songs. For all areas. I was able to do Guitar, Bass, and Mic up to expert on the first game. I did realize a huge difference with Rockband and Guitar Hero. I can't play Guitar Hero. lol Its harder for me. XD   |

@Z: Hey its been awhile since i seen u...last place i remember was Critics Bar. How ya been? WB btw @Gmeis and L: Idk why but Rockband didnt seem that appealing to me lol even when i played it. GH on the other hand is more easier and the only thing im good with (surprizingly) is the bass. I only missed 4 notes xD @L: my plan for halloween is to stay home, order Chinese food and watch whatever "scary" movie comes on XD  Part of the new age Gendou RP veterans: Kira, Rukia, KM Revolution, Smoker, Avian, L, and Ryu. |

Guitar Hero's drums has cymbals (2), and three (toms) I guess, cause there's no snare, compared to the four tom-no cymbal set for Rockband, and not sure about Guitar Hero's drum sticks, but Rockband's are incredibly light. :/ Though you can easily get a better, normal, real drum sticks since they only cost like, 5-20$? Oh, I also wish you could have a double bass pedal, that'd be pwnage, forrealllzzz. I love double bass pedal, though I think it'd be easier if it was set up more like a real drum set.

@Kira: I was fine with Rockband since it allowed more players. But I see Guitar Hero is doing a band game. I found songs on Guitar Hero harder. A lot of people told me it was too. Oh and dude, about the Bass, in most songs on the game, the Bass is easier than the Guitar. XD A good cheap pair of drum sticks. You don't want to go too cheap. Around 10$ is good. I took band class when I was in school, percussion. =.= That wasted a lot of time. lol @DA: The double bass pedal would be awesome. But that would mean more money to shell out for the equipment. T_T |

I saw the new drum kit for Rockband II today when I went to the library (school-study hall). They have the four toms, and the cymbols look more like real ones compared to Guitar Hero's. Is that even possible? Hooking up another pedal to a single set? I've never heard of anyone doing it before. The pedals are pretty stiff though, compared to real ones. Using force to get a basic speed would not be difficult, but maybe straining after a while I suppose. :O

@Gmeis: Trust me, I never even played anything under Expert. I actually enjoyed GH3 more than Rock Band, since that Dragonforce song was actually kinda fun to play. And the drums part in Rock Band is cake to what Drummania gives you lol... @Engel: That sucks lol... Halloween is eh to me, I just like dressing up lmao. @Kira: Try the guitar parts, the solos are fun Through the Fire and Flames is still the only song I cant get a 95% or higher on... I can't play guitar (no... not even when is only red, green and blue keys only) so I guess I'll be singing it... but it's sure gonna be cool~~~ Here at the Single's CLub, we always learn something new or amazing... about the world... about our members~ >_< Hahah~ Is always nice to dress up for fun once in a while~ Ahhh~~~ It'll be nice if I get to meet a handsome guy dressed up as a prince in such a party~~~ o.o A Drum kit?! How much would it cost? A bomb?? But it'll sure be nice to have a drum kit at home to play with... is like having your own game centre!!  |

| @DA You can i think... At least you can buy Taiko no Tatsujin. I saw a video where Gackt played it for the first time. He owned everybody. I was like o.O lol I know there are few arcades around my area in Cali that has it. There is this arcade named Arcade Infinity, and it has everything! From DDR Supernova 2, to keyboardmania, to drummania, to taikos, and much more lol. It's awesome. |

so rockband is easier than the other music sims? drum sims eh? there's this one drum simulation that uses real drumset, DRUM LIVE STUDIO or whatsoever, developed by ANDAMIRO (yeah, the creator of PIU), gosh that thing is waaaaaay much harder than drum mania (same as the PIU is harder than DDR ^^;;) and I don't have a knack for drums... always fail at drum mania level 20 or so ^^;; maybe I'll try my hands at guitar hero sometime later for a refreshment, have tried it only once and it's more enjoyable than the crazy as hell guitar freaks -_-;; I'm always stuck around difficulty level 50 at guitar freaks, and I can only manage to get a D or so for an advanced 54 song.... T-T

@DA: Those pedals you got to watch how hard you step on them. My friends pedal already broke within a month of playing the game. Luckily the allowed us to trade it back in for a new pedal via UPS. Oh and the guitar that came with the game was broken too. The strum would not work. @L: Well, for some reason I do really well in Rockband. When I play Guitar Hero, I just fail. DX I envy your arcades to uhh.. well my 0. T_T @Kira: I wouldn't dare dance in public. XD @Engel: Eh? Engel are you attending a Halloween party? O.O |

[@Engel] Yeah, try to google it to see it yourself, it's pretty sweet. I heard you had to buy the cymbals separate though, hmm. :O [@L] Yeah man, I wouldn't be surprise if he watched anime. He seems pretty knowledgeable when it comes to anime from like, the early '90s or so, but it's so fun. [@H] Hmm, I think I've seen it before, I'm not sure. It's an over shot of the large set, right? And you can choose the different toms, cymbals, double bass pedal, etc. right? [@GM] I'm scared to get so into the guitar, I'd break what would be your pick if it was a real guitar or so. For the drums, I'm scared to hit it so hard, but I don't think it'd break since there's some cushion or so, right? And yeah, the bass pedal might be easily sensitive, though you use more than basic strength (which is nothing, but can be straining after a while) just to push it down. Though then again, it gives you a more realistic feeling I guess since that's how real ones work out most of the time.

DRUM LIVE STUDIO? H... do we have that in Singapore arcades? And is Drum Mania = Percussion Freak?? Sorry~~~ Engel ish mixed up~~~ Why do you feel terrible after reading the posts? Cheer yup girl~~~ (especially we have very little female posters here~~~) Engel not attending a halloween party... cause I dun know of any that I'm interested to go (I only know that some clubs hold it annually and well... I dun really like crowded places) Nice new Avvie~~~~ I know Gackt loves Gundam... he was so happy when he finally got to sing for Gundam (can't remember which one...) ... instead of the usual Two Mix and TM Revelution.... hahah!! Well... one of my girl friend did ever broke the drum sticks at the arcade... and many of the machines with drumsticks attached to them are broken ones. I was told that I hit too hard too (can't recall who though...) though I've yet to break any drumsticks... but... is only fun if you hit hard enough! |

whoaoaoaoa... didn't think that I could finish my assignments early! Now I can sit back and enjoy my weekend... weeee!! ^^v sadly no engel. I have to say that Singapore arcade players have a very different style from Indonesian players. In Indonesia, arcades are something like LIVE performances. The players need not score a lot as long as they have style and could perform to attract larger audiences, that's why those cheapskate Indonesian arcades would buy something as expensive as the DRUM LIVE STUDIO (to earn more money as the return). Different than Singaporean views that look upon arcades as instruments to master at, which emphasizes on mastering an arcade game to the max. That explains the arcade masters that pawns some specific music sims here in Singapore. Sure, that would attract audiences in that specific machine, but they somewhat become close-minded to experience other sims. Like how the DDR masters can't freestyle on PIU and Parapara players focusing upon cheesy and gay freestyles..... They just don't have the urge to appeal to the audience, and that explains a lot, why Singapore arcades wouldn't have something as expensive as the DRUM LIVE STUDIO... oh okay, enough of this arcade bitching of mine ^^;; and I've only seen the Drum live studio twice, in different arcades in Jakarta, it requires 4 coins instead of the normal 2 coins -_-;; and people were queuing up like crazy percussion freaks is the original name of drum mania, aka drum mania Japanese version (in the classic series). Later, Bemani created the V series and changed its official name to Drum Mania and Gackt sung one of the theme for the new Zeta, I think not sure about the different toms and cymbals DA, but the pedal is a normal one, I doubt that a double pedal would be used in arcades even if it's a totally real simulator yes Z, GF is the obvious choice for rocking on anime music ^^ But it's hard as hell... lolz you can comment at anything adel, saying hello is sufficient ^^

@DA: I think they fixed the tweaks in the band set purchases. Originally the guitar that came with it, the strum bar would not register. And the pedal was more likely to break. But I think the fixed it now. ^o^ @Z: Ok.. umm.. my attempt at it failed. DX I think I ran out of patience. I attempted a dual avy for the first time. And yea, failed. For some reason I couldn't get into the drums. Probably because I had to play snare drum when I was in band class at school. And I hated it. XD My friend invited me to go to some pub for his b-day today. I don't feel like going. =.= But I want to meet people. O___O Plus I haven't a clue where it is. lol |
