I think Mugi needs her own OVA, because out of the four (pre-Azu-nyan), she's the least appreciated. She's too awesome, actually it's a hard competition, but I'd be satisfied with another OVA dedicated to the four or five. And yeah, but BECK vs. K-ON!, not sure that could be a battle. ^_~`

They already did release the K-ON! OST a few weeks back, and as for Character Singles, only Mio and Yui have their's released.

lol, I have the mini-album already, full quality, too. :O Surprised it was really short, but yeah a "mini"-album. And it's only two versions of four songs, but Watashi no Koi wa Hotch-KISS is still pretty awesome. The LIVE version is hardly noticeable as "LIVE", but it's more like an in-studio live, if else. Then again the LIVE versions of the songs are too planned out, so it's less LIVE then it seems, lol. Too bad we might not see this song LIVE, or any of the other great songs. [EDIT] Actually, I was wrong. The full mini-album is still going to be released next month, as well as the other three members' character albums as well. I think the Gekichuka Shu was somehow leaked, lol, but the official band album will release next month (but it's only two weeks away). It comes out this week anyways, or else CDJapan's release dates are wrong...

Hmm.. i've got the mini album from the usual source. (thinking of also ordering the cd online XD) Been waiting for 'Watashi no Koi wa Hotch Kiss' but actually I was also waiting for 'Fude Pen ~Ballpoint Pen~'. This was the one playing in the should've-been-the-final ep 12, with Sawa chan filling in for Yui. These 2 songs are just awesome. More songs to learn to play :3 'Curry Nochi Rice' is just ok, but I may start to like it after repeated listens (like what happened to Mio's album, i actually like her characters songs now). And there's of course Yui's version of Fuwa Fuwa Time. Just one minor gripe. For some reason, during the conversion into mp3, the songs got mixed around with the wrong titles (except Fuwa Fuwa Time) So.. Title -> Actual title 01 - Watashi no Koi wa Hotch Kiss -> Curry Nochi Rice 02 - Fude Pen ~Ballpoint Pen~ -> Watashi no Koi wa Hotch Kiss 03 - Curry Nochi Rice -> Fude Pen ~Ballpoint Pen~ Just thought i'd point it out for those getting the same and wondering about it. I agree with DA on the 'live' versions (they're called #8/#12 'Shinkan' mix, the number a reference to the episode it was featured, i think). There's some MC-ing where Yui says the song names (supposedly to the audience), and the audience clapping at the end of it. I've just been quickly sampling the songs, rather than closely listening so, maybe there's something I haven't noticed. Oh yeah.. there is a LOT of difference in Fuwa Fuwa Time compared to the previous version. Specifically, 'Azu's' guitar. Besides the very obvious Yui, rather than Mio singing. EDIT: In the Shinkan version of 'Watashi no Koi wa Hotch Kiss', Mio sings 1st verse, and Yui comes in the 2nd verse (Yui, forgot the lyrics, remember? XD) And Shinkan version of Fude Pen ~Ballpoint Pen~ is by Mio, since Yui was running back to her house to grab her 'Geeta' XD (imho the best I've heard of Mio, or rather, Hikasa YÅko XD) ♪Fude pen fu fu ~~♪ <3 <3 <3

lol, I got like the full on authentic version. Everything was in Japanese so it was kind of confusing, but it came with the full music sheets and scans I think, and no songs were switched (that's weird yours was). ;P Also in the regular studio recording of Watashi no Koi wa Hotch-KISS, Yui sings first and Mio sings second. You can easily hear Azu-nyan's guitar added in the studio mix and of course the LIVE version. Out of all the LIVE versions, Fuwa Fuwa Time definitely sounds more LIVE than the rest. Second would be Fude Pen ~Ballpoint Pen~, to me anyways. ...this release doesn't beat Hirano Aya's new single release though, hohoho~!!! *crowd goes nuts* XD!

HMMMM. Danchou, in your previous post, were you referring to this? O_O http://www.cdjapan.co.jp/detailview.html?KEY=PCCG-963 "K-On!" Sakurako Keionbu Official Band Score Shu & CD - which comes out Sept 2nd. I wasn't aware of this. It comes with '5 ppl' versions of Cagayake Girls, among others. If you've already got all the mini-albums and singles, there may be no reason to get this one. (unless you really want to hear Azu-nyan's guitar on Cagayake Girls XD) But actually, I'm really thinking of ordering this, since it supposedly comes with a 164-page(!!) sheet music (which I hope includes bass and drum tabs). I'm still trying to make sense of the music sheets from the just-released mini album. (yeah, i play guitar/bass, but i can't read music scores >_<) At first glance it looks like it's for vocal (?) (maybe), i dunno. In any case, it's weird, for example if you look at the music sheet for Fude Pen ~Ballpoint Pen~, (you can pick it out by the FU~ FU~ lyrics XD) there are only as many notes as there are lyrics. Okay.. rambling too much here, gomen. Mugi's, Ritsu's and Azu's character songs come out on the 26th of Aug. EDIT: Oh, and before that, Sawa chan gets her own on the 12th. I'm kinda looking forward to that. O_O

Yeah, I'll still check it out, most of those songs are including Azu-nyan's guitar. Isn't 'Don't Say Lazy' only without her guitar right now though? It's hard to tell since they weren't really from "After School Tea Time", so they were re-recorded. And yeah, these albums are also coming with music sheets for fans (that's why you see so many covers on youtube).

I think 'Don't Say Lazy' is also included in the upcoming 'official' album. Wouldn't be surprised if they added Azu nyan's guitar to that as well. Although I wish they had animated her as well. Would've been nice to see her dressed up. :3 Apparently, they're making another OVA/extra episode. [@bkno] The official mini-album has mostly 5-part songs (meaning with Azu-nyan's guitar). Yeah, that was one thing I felt weird about with KyoAni. I'm glad they slightly changed the OP to add in Azu-nyan, but why not the ED? I'm sure there's a version with her guitar. And yup, I heard about that, too like two days ago. Can't wait. What if it's like, in the future and they're at the Budokan!?!?! I seriously hope there's season two in the future.
