Yeah watching Gekisou so many times made me want to explore into Minorin and Goto Yuko a bit more. The skit they did was just awesome. I love how cute Goto Yuko was, just mind blowing, forrreallllzzz. I like Minorin's techno~ ish style as to compared to her more, relaxing, slower paced, melody singing style. Both are quite enjoyable though, though I'm so into her techno~ish style a bit more. Actually, I just prefer Chihara Minori, and yeah her voice is pretty "unique"~~ =^-^= She seems to have done pretty well on her own after the first season ended. Animelo appearances, and even a Tour, too? Awesome. Her career seems REALLY short, since she only started around '04 or something. She's 28 roughly, looking as gorgeous as ever, so I think music wise, she's going to get it going pretty soon, more major hopefully. Everybody loves Chihara Minori. Just reading her name, her goddess of an image just pops up in my mind. /wondersoffintocandyland~~~ Watching the first part of Gekisou gives fans a chance to experience who the seiyus REALLY are, personally. That's why I was never bored watching any of Gekisou... and maybe why I'm so fond of it, watching it said so many times. O.o` I wouldn't be surprise if they're all best friends outside of the seiyu world, cause they interact together so~so well, though if I had a friend named Hirano Aya, Chihara Minori, Goto Yuko, Sugita Tomokazu, etc. I'd probably go insane... with joy (no mental condition here! XD). Goto Yuko had a nice cute face when performing at Gekisou. Before I wasn't such a fan of her appearance compared to her two sisters, though watching Gekisou, I have to say I was dazzled by her charm and cuteness. :3 Plus she rocks bangs a bit better than Aya-chan ever did. ^_~` She's done a few other anime singles, though I haven't checked out anything other than her Haruhi related work. Her Mikuru, higher pitched voice, don't you just love those voices in anime period? About her being an idol, I highly doubt it, though there are a lot of idols out there we don't even realize. Of course Hirano Aya is the #1, and is currently the #1 most popular idol girl right now in Japan. I think they should all do stuff together, as a trio. I love them together anyways, since they're best friends. Hirano Aya was such a baby at the ending credits of Gekisou, though in a good way, haha. It was so cute. Hare Hare Yukai anyone? I'd have a glass of that for breakfast everyday. （￣ー￣） Anyways, just my fandom going on here, sorry for the pointless ranting. ^-^" [EDIT] Part B of my post - deleted.

DA really loves gekisou!hahaha @DA i see..i thought the random order was the airing order...since its random..who the thought that its random as in watching it in random..sheesh hahaha so first goodbye is from the drama cd..ahhhh thanks for clearing that out... @sai goto yuki is a motorcycle gang member?! |

hohoho... You sound really excited XD well, enjoy them while you can. But really, i don't think the trio had made another appearance together again since lucky star and dragonaut. so we can only wait for the second season to come to see them together as the main characters again. And regarding the second season, i got bad news >.< quoted from another forum Interesting rumor circulating around 2ch. Apparently Tanigawa, author of the Haruhi novels, is the sole reason why there hasn't been a season 2 animated. He wasn't satisfied with the amount they were paying him given how much revenue the show generated, so he refused to give the producers (kyoani) the rights to air any more episodes. Kadokawa is in negotiations with him, and threatened to refuse to publish any more novels until he greenlighted the show. He still hasn't given in, and now the latest novel is "TBA", even though it's been supposedly finished for months. just rumors... Oh please tell me it's JUST RUMORS @Z That's what i read from wiki... Remember lucky star episode 23 when a scary lady steped up before the fighting minoru and akira? Well that's the real her... At first i was thinking "the heck? The cute voiced Yuko depicted this way?" Then i did a little research and there, motorcycle gang wiki says... Dropped my jaw upon this info... -_- Not really sure about the "gang" thing though. But one thing for sure, she's a woman biker, her blog got a picture of her and her big bike... wait a minute? even Tanigawa is getting all greedy now?!what?! i really hope this is just one big rumor...i mean unless he's really getting ripped off (which i highly doubt) this is stupid..canceling our beloved SHNY 2 just because he doesnt get paid enough?! *prays with sai* please just be rumors...please.. @sai wait a sec..the gang leader lady at lucky star was goto yuki?! i thought she was some big shot VA or something.. wow..but i wouldn't mind joining a motorcycle gang if the leader is as cute as her!hahahah |

[@ZPART] Well, they wouldn't air it randomly for the world, haha, that would make it more confusing from the start. The thing that could make it even more confusing is if they aired the chronological order, making it like a double order. O.o` But the aired order, Haruhi's order, is the aired order, though the confusing thing is with the episode numbers laid out through the internet for you to use. a.f.k.'s subbed episodes, are all in the aired order, which can make it confusing, since naturally you'd think they're laid out the DVD way or so, since all anime (vast majority) have the same order. There's a random order and then Haruhi's alternative random order, which to me is just a waste since it's nothing different basically at all. Overall, go with aired or chronological. I think I might've watched it aired twice and chronological once instead of the other way around. [@SAI] What forum did you find that rumor on? I read a similar thing about a month ago or so, but differently. There was that rumor last year it was going to release 7/7/07 (!) but never did, then releasing that year's winter but never did as well, as we're all here today waiting still... In response to Zpart's following post, I might understand why he's demanding a bit more cash. I mean, look at his creation! #1 anime in Japan, #1 most popular anime in Japan, #1 most popular anime female character in Japan! It's tough because things are partially "overdue" by now, so I can tell people are starting to get a bit skeptical here. I think it could be true, but they'll work out a negotiation with it soon enough. Overall, I'm not worried because something tells me 涼宮ãƒãƒ«ãƒ’ã®æ†‚鬱２期 (Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuuutsu Second Season) will air. But if you look at Kyoto Animation's line-up as of now, they have the Lucky Star OVA then the After Story season of Clannad, which will last into 2009 possibly. 2009 is already expected to be another high year for new titles, so I wouldn't believe anything yet cause I won't anyways. About that picture of Goto Yuko, I've seen that a few times before, too! She how cute she is? The whole concept reminds me of GTO, haha. XD

@DA ahh i see...so basically the "random" order is watching it in random...like putting it on a playlist and shuffling it right? ive seen it in airing and chronological order too..so im good with it!hahaha yeah SHNY is one of the most popular anime in japan and i dont think kyoto-ani is not paying the author enough...uless they are really screwing him in royalties but that's very impossible...but those are just rumors and he'd be digging his own grave if he is the cause of SHNY 2's cancellation... |

To be honest, I'm not quite sure. I mean before finishing it again recently, I have no idea when the last time I saw it again was. There's no need to worry about it though. I only wanted to watch it again. Though, like I said before, I didn't need to since I know all the episodes pretty well, etc. From my personal opinion, I think he has the right to demand more money. I doubt he's only wanting to do it out of pure greed though, now THAT'S unlikely. Someone who helped create the #1 anime after it released? Please... Then again in defense, I don't think they should threaten him if this rumor is said to be true. Though in another defense, if he denies them right to create the second season which has been announced publically already, he won't be making anymore money and he could end up with nothing in the end, which will be bad. But like I said above, "I'm not worried because something tells me 涼宮ãƒãƒ«ãƒ’ã®æ†‚鬱２期 (Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuuutsu Second Season) will air." Also if this was true, you'd see and hear more talk about it around the net, right? Since news about this anime are pretty major, at least to fans, it'd be more of a topic than just a rumor. I wouldn't believe anything else until there's more proof, and as of now, holding off the series until 2009 is very likely and probably what WILL happen. It's been over a year since the announcement, though fans have stuck by and have waited together. Haruhiism is active as far as I know.

yeah it would be disastrous and illogical to cancel a VERY POPULAR ANIME even the light novels...plus these are just rumors!hahaha besides as you said, kyoto ani has a lot of work for them this year |

Season 2 would probably push through after Clannad: After Story, KyoAni really likes to build up the tension! Yeah It would be a big apocalyptic action to cancel Suzumiya Haruhi! Yet right now the final book is still not out (and it's release date was last year I think) ...I wonder what's the real reason for the hold-up? hopefully it just what I referred earlier D: Other than that... I just hope Kyo Ani would give out more goodies like more new scans and such.. I'm really itching for new stuff!

the only season 2 teasers i saw was the long haired haruhi pics and those phone cards.. other than that not even a decent trailer...(though the trailer posted before (the grainy vid) was kinda awesome) |

Of course all the fanmade trailers were fake, though I can't blame their common impatient for something, as of all of us. Though we won't be seeing a real trailer anytime soon unfortunately. :/ Why!? The second season is not even in production yet so it's impossible, and if it's Kyoto Animation here, I doubt they'd use material from season one. Kyoto Animation has gained high reputation for it's last few titles, a huge hit with Lucky Star and Clannad, once they're done with those two titles, it's "Welcome back Haruhi..." afterwards, hopefully. I think KyoAni is quite fond of this series personally, creating such a system as complicated as the episode order. That was just genius if you truly understand it anyways.

People might not know of Kyoto Animation as much because it seems they have only a few series, but in reality, they've been around since the '80s or so. O.o` I think the series was heard everywhere. The whole Haruhiism fanbase idea was just a splended idea for fans, it's kind of hard to go to some animated place online and not see something relating to it, if not a LOT of it. XD
