@DamnitsCloudy, although EVA has some nudity, you have to consider that these are children that are being shown naked. In no way is it made overly sexual. Nudity in EVA is there for a reason, also if you think about it, only Rei, Shinji, and Kaoru (and Misato briefly) are ever naked. Nowadays, a little nudity in films isn't a big deal anymore, also most actresses are hesitant about being nude lately, so the actors and actresses in the live action movie are likely to not be nude. Overall though, EVA will most likely be PG-13 or probably R. There's absolutely no point in making it for an NC-17 audience who can't see the film if the majority of the EVA audience are teenagers, right? HUGE EDIT! Finally, there has been some new developments in the EVA world! FOUR NEW EVA MOVIES! I can't believe it! AWESOME! |

Now that I'm a lil farther into the Eva series (no spoilers please) I've noticed a ton of nudity (even for cartoon network standards, which is where I watch it). So that made me wonder...is this movie going to be rated X or NC-17?  Marse Hughes |

Hey, thanks a lot! I can sorta make it out! It looks kinda like Sachiel. I wonder if they'll make a live action version of AVE? BTW, I'm surprised this thread has been going so long.
