I've noted some mistakes in the Kanji/romaji lyrics
along with the elglish translated meaning.
Here I provide a refined Kanji with its romaji, along with literal english translation and another english translation which what the song is suppose to mean.

Please check and do some changes in the translation without altering the meaning if need be.
The lyrics and translation which makes more sense:
