The correct one is Ootsuki Kenji. I think they got it typoed.
I've encountered many artist/title typos on CDJapan.

Bure means literately blur, but it's is used in the context of "Twist" The whole story is about a "twisted" person.
The Lyrics are incorrect and needs to be changed.
