I just watched the Discovery Channel earlier and found out that Japan is doing a revolutionary construction project called Sky City. It's a tower that consists of an entire city and can hold thousands of people within the walls of the entire structure. There's even stuff about three Sky City towers forming into a hyper city. This whole project will probably end some time in the year 2160. well, there is also an Indian construction project called The Palm Tree Project. its basically HUGE palm tree shapped islands off the coast. each on will have mansions and home estates (on the palm leaves) and a mall, airport, resturants, movie thearte ect. on the trunk. basically everything needed for life... without having to leave the palm. the first palm is schedualed for complettion around 2010 i think? the japanese could very well do something like that. it certinly heading in the direction of everyone's "high-tech" and imginative furture. you know, the one with flying cars and robots that do our bidding as we teleport from place to place XD well, Sky City is a step :T |

| I also heard that they are allowing people to move in during construction. Seeing Sky City, completed or uncompleted, is one of those things that I want to see before I die. |

One more solution to the overpopulation problem of the world. ^_^ But yes, I have to agree. I'd like to see the Sky City even during its construction so I can imagine what it will look like when completed. It's really impossible for me to live until age 174. ^_^ I'll be visiting the link. Thanks |

It sounds very cool. I would DEFNITELY visit it before I died, or if I happened to move to Japan during that time, I'd defnitely try to get one of the apartments in that place. Hehehe. It'd be cool. Thanks for the link! |

Wow, I didnt know about that... sounds really cool! I'll have to remember when I'm 177 years old to visit it... lol

hmm... i saw the show on discovery too...too bad they wont be finishing soon. anyway, somebody was talking about mugenjou..! ehehehe...hope we do head in that direction. wouldnt hurt being with the volts you know. |
